Stayed at Jenny’s place for 2 nights and we were a party of 6. Lovely lovely place in a quiet neighborhood.. lots of options to eat and a great place for families visiting Rotorua on holiday. Place was better than displayed. Jenny is very responsive and helpful. This was a home away from home. A great find!

My group and I had a great time at this house. it was easily able to accommodate 10+ adults and had space for all of us to relax and make the most of our time there. Barry was a great host, very responsive to messaging and flexible with our groups requests. We would happily come back.

Had a lovely stay with Whanau and the perfect spot to catch up. The spaces were huge with room for everyone and accommodated us all perfect So many amenities. The massage chair was a huge hit ! Hot tub fantastic Jennifer was excellent host. Loved the organic vibe with great recycling and Food scraps Orchards are amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend and especially return

Lovely, tidy apartment that’s much bigger than we anticipated. Well appointed for our stay, and an incredible view! The property is set into a hill with deer and alpacas grazing which is a lovely vibe.

What a fabulous place to relax. Loved watching the river, the stars from the hot tub and the leaves rustling. The river is cold! But plenty of firewood to warm up and a quirky, well-maintained space to enjoy. Would definitely come again and recommend to others.

My friend and I stayed here for a girls weekend and it was phenomenal. The photos were amazing but nothing can describe how this place makes you feel. The view makes it feel like you've stepped back in time 200 years. No neighbours, so tranquil, the spa, the outdoor bath, 2 saunas (with exquisite views), the pond, the alpacas and Anna's warm, welcoming and helpful support and recommendations made this the best Airbnb stay I've ever had. Will definitely be back.

Sherilenes place was the perfect home away from home. Everything from the comfortable beds, to the amazing shower and well appointed kitchen and living areas made this the ideal spot to enjoy a wonderful weekend in homely comfort. We especially loved the easy access to the beach and playground, perfect for our busy toddler who wanted to swim and play all weekend. We loved our stay and hope to return again in the future.
