Beautiful cabin in the woods. Looks just like the pictures, private and peaceful. The pond is right in the front yard of the cabin, absolutely gorgeous. Comfy beds and everything inside the cabin was very clean. The only trouble we had was the lock on the gate, it takes practice but not a big deal. Definitely will be back! Maybe next time we will bring the kids, but a weekend of quiet is hard to beat😅

The cabin was very nice, my husband and dogs loved the outside space and hot tub. We were able to utilize the surrounding area and visit the nearby lake. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. I surprised my husband with the trip, which was a combination birthday/anniversary. This house was PERFECT! We farm, and being able to be out in the country, where it was quiet, was a must, and the hot tub was such a TREAT! Hands down, this was a perfect trip. I brought food to cook, and I think we used every dish, pot, and pan there! Everything we needed was accounted for, which made it so easy. I absolutely recommend staying, and I hope we get to have an opportunity to come back sometime.

We had the most amazing time at the cabin! The cabin was updated and had everything we needed. We loved the direct access to the lake and the hot tub. I would definitely recommend!

For selfish reasons I almost hate to give this place a great review, I'd like to keep it a secret as I intend to visit it again. It's a great little place that is closer option than Broken bow and offers similar experience. Make sure you check out BrewBirds and the Back Porch! We'll definitely be back!

This place was sheer peace, an experience of memory lane and the BEST nostalgia known to man! The games are super unique, the hot tub rocked our kids worlds, the fire pit had us singing with the quitar and talking about our lives, together. It was super cozy in every spot and functional for a family of 6. We had to peel them away when it was time to leave. They even played the old school video game outside on the back porch. We loved the sounds of nature all around us. Thank you, Thank you!! This therapeutic to the soul!

This was an awesome stay! Great for privacy and relaxation. There’s many sitting places, great to hang out. Great amenities for cooking and grilling. Jacuzzi was just the right extra touch! This place is special🫶🏽

This is my 2nd stay at Pondside and definitely won’t be my last. It’s so peaceful out there!

This was very nice and very responsive host, thank goodness because we were tired. Before getting there I thought the price might be a little high but this place was very clean and tidy dust free even. Felt like it was worth the extra effort that had obviously been put into this beautiful space. Thank you host for a comfy clean place that our family felt safe. Loved the deer and ducks too!

Jeff & Leslie have a beautiful little cabin surrounded by true beauty and peace. I enjoyed yoga on the dock listening to the sounds of birds chirping and water flowing. The kids loved the bonfire, and the little visitors we had. (Bunnies, birds, squirrels) overall, loved the location, the place had everything I needed. Not once did I need something they did not have. I cooked several meals and we had a nice time unwinding and relaxing away from the big city. Would definitely return.

We booked this cute cabin last minute when we came to town for a funeral. It turned out to be a little oasis for us and our pup! Only 10 minutes from town, cozy space, and it had everything we needed. Our only regret was not booking it for longer! And a bonus, Kathy is a great host!

Extremely comfortable beds and cozy cabin with all the amenities you'd ever need. Our girls loved the playground! We loved how patient Robin was with letting the girls feed the animals. Our souls were replenished being around nature and the animals!

Beautiful cabin in an idyllic setting surrounded by pastures with horses & cows. Very reminiscent of an old ranch house at which my wife & I used to spend many weekends riding horses! A wonderful place to celebrate our 44th anniversary. We hope to be able to stay here again someday in the future.

I will absolutely stay at one of Ms. Bonnie's cabins again! It was BY FAR the best Airbnb experience I've ever had! The beds were so comfortable and my daughter fell in love with the loft! The cabin, and it's surroundings, were beyond cozy and inviting, and very kid friendly which is important to me as I have an 8 year old. It was IMMACULATE! Literally the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The design of the cabin, both internally and externally were quite breath taking. I often caught myself day dreaming about how gorgeous everything was, and how well Ms. Bonnie does at decorating in general. My daughter LOVED feeding the koi fish and playing with the sweetest dogs. She made us feel quite at home. It was peaceful and serene. The bathroom was to die for, that shower was unbelievable! She also had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, plus more. What I loved most was she went above and beyond to accommodate us. I give the cabin and her top marks! We will visit again!

Great little place, 2nd time staying there. Very convenient location for our reason to visit. Will stay there on our next trip to the area.

My sister and I stayed one night but wish we’d stayed 2. The cabin was as Scott described. We felt very comfortable, but we especially felt safe. Beautiful lake tucked back into a wooded cove. We left the cabin as clean as we found it and made sure to take out the trash, even though Scott didn’t request it. We were disappointed to find out we didn’t have access to the dock once we got there. Even though the main photo showed the dock. We did walk out onto the dock and it would’ve been a lovely place to enjoy the lake or even fish. I made the mistake of not reading the rules first to find out we did not have dock access. Also, tiny hot water tank only kept the water hot for about 5 minutes or so. My sister wait about an hour and took a shower after me and had about 7 minutes of hot water. Overall, we’d enjoy staying again.

We were grateful to have such a peaceful restful stay. The cabin was very clean, as were the buildings that house the kitchen and showers. Our hosts were kind enough to leave ample wood for the fire pit and we enjoyed the beautiful walking trail surrounding the property. Location is also just a hop skip away from downtown Edom.

Perfect place to stay for fishing Fork Lake. I can’t say enough good things about Amy and the place. The place has everything you need and more. The beds were comfy and loved having the super quiet heat/air unit in each bedroom. Amy’s dad was passing by on our first day and was so helpful. Loved watching the cattle each day!

Sung's listing was exactly as advertised. Everything was as in the pictures. Sung was very responsive and answered any question I had in a timely manner. Very easy to communicate with. The house is as advertised. I couldn't be happier with the rental. It is very peaceful and beautiful. The private pool was a hit since it is hot in the summers in Texas. They also had a paddle boat and canoe which my kids and their friends enjoyed out in the lake. The town is small but it's cozy and there are stores and restaurants near by. Excellent place for the price and away from city life. There were deer in the morning and evenings out in the yard. Just a beautiful quiet place for family amd friends to hang out. Loved every minute of it. Strongly recommend and we will return. Thank you Sung for your hard work on the house and upkeep.
