A very pleasant stay. Great hospitality. Natsuki-san has been very helpful, kind, polite and friendly throughout our stay. We actually extended one more day of our stay. The house is clean and well equipped with everything you need. Washing machine and dryer are provided. Very convenient for people like us who travel light. Natsuki-san provided us transport to and from the homestay and the nearest train station. Brought us to temple to experience local tradition on new year eve. One of the best hosts I have ever met. Highly recommended!

We stayed two nights here and enjoyed it so much. The room was very comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful. ANA lost our luggage and the staff of CAMOSIBA coordinated with them on our behalf to have it delivered at the hostel, which we appreciated beyond words. The breakfast at the hostel was also very delicious— I really recommend it. The heater worked great for the cold nights we stayed there, and the owner gave us great recommendations on food in the area— there are lots of great restaurants within walking distance and also very close to the station. I would absolutely stay here again!

お手頃価格でゆっくりと過ごすことができ、非常に満足です。 秋田中心部からは遠いですが、周りは自然豊かで良い環境でした。 写真で見ていたよりも綺麗で、清潔感がありました。 ホストの佐藤さんもとても親切にしていただき、ありがとうございました。

Wir hatten nur einen Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht geplant. Wir bereuen es sehr nicht länger geblieben zu sein. Hiro und seine Mitbewohnerin Nozomi sind sehr nette und freundliche Menschen. Wir haben uns direkt heimisch gefühlt. Am selben Abend nach dem Check-In haben wir gemeinsam eingekauft, gekocht und gegessen. Wir haben bis spät in die Nacht gemeinsam geredet und gelacht. Für uns war es einer der besten Abende unseres Urlaubs. Wenn wir nochmal in der Nähe sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Danke Hiro und Nozomi für eure Gastfreundschaft!

This is a beautiful place for skiers, hiking, and exploring the region. Mr. Akira rents snowshoes and is able to provide you with diner and breakfast if you book this ahead. Otherwise, you should be sure to bring food with you as there are not a lot of restaurants close by; and be aware that the shopping a good 15 to 20 minutes away.
