Τόσο ο Νίκος όσο και η Μαρία απίστευτα εξυπηρετικοί !! Εύκολη πρόσβαση και το βαγόνι σε απίστευτο σημείο για χαλαρώσεις και με μεγάλο κήπο για κατοικίδια ! Μας έστειλαν επίσης και χάρτη με δραστηριότητες τις περιοχής! Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

It was a lovely country house, and if you like country life that’s perfect to stay in. Very beautiful, quiet, and easy to access. Myrto was very helpful and friendly and she was quick to answer all of our questions. She also gave us great recommendations about things to do in the area. Only thing that could be improved is the shower experience. The pressure of hot water was very low. But I guess this might be something temporary, or something that can be improved soon. All in all it was a lovely stay! We would definitely go back! 😊

Μείναμε δύο τετραμελής οικογένειες. Δεν μας έλειψε τπτ. Ήταν όλα άψογα. Ιδανικό κατάλυμα πολύ κοντά στο χιονοδρομικό. Ο κ. Δημήτρης ευγενεστατος πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.!

Byt je priestranný, plne vybavený a v pešej vzdialenosti od centra. Je v blízkosti hlavnej cesty, ale nie je to rušivé. Parkovanie nebol problém. Ilche je veľmi ústretový a nám pomohol pri našich problémoch s autom, za čo mu ďakujeme. Ak vám niečo chýba, alebo potrebujete pomôcť, neváhajte ho požiadať.

Summary: Superb experience! Maria's place is wonderful, situated in the centre of Agios Germanos, a lovely mountain village nestled above the Prespa Lakes. The property is located next to a little stream and one minute walk to the local Taverna. Maria and Thanos are perfect hosts, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Once you walk through the gate into their courtyard, you find yourself in a quiet little oasis with a panoramic view on the surrounding mountains. The accommodation was lovely, a main apartment split onto two levels, spotlessly clean with everything you need plus some welcome gifts. Other breakout spaces on the property were also available to use, e.g. an outdoor kitchen and dining area and lounge room supplied with drinks. We had breakfast on the lawn every day and Maria makes delicious local savoury pies and cakes. They also have an organic vegetable garden behind the main property where they grow just about anything you can think of. We were invited to fill a basket with aubergine, spring onion, courgettes, beans, potatoes, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes ... The Prespa Lakes area is a paradise for nature lovers. Bird watching, hiking, boat tours on the Great Prespa Lake, or just a picnic next to one of the little streams. All this in a spectacular landscape of a tranquility that has become so rare in our days... And the nights are fresh, even in the hot Greek summer, so good sleep is guaranteed! If you want to reset and reconnect with nature, this is the place to be.

Beautiful apartment in a very good location. Loved being right by the lake and very close to city centre. Enjoyed our stay even though it was short. Everything was super clean and Fanis was very responsive and helpful! We highly recommend this place!!

Εξαιρετικά φροντισμένο και εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα. Πεντακάθαρο και άνετο. Η διαμονή μας ήταν απροβλιμάτιστη και η επικοινωνία με την κα Αγάπη άριστη. Αν ξαναπάμε στη Φλώρινα θα το προτιμήσουμε και πάλι.

Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα, σε κεντρική περιοχή της πόλης με εξίσου όμορφη θέα από το μπαλκόνι αλλά και απόλυτη ησυχία. Οι χώροι εσωτερικοί και εξωτερικοί όλοι πολύ άνετοι και οπωσδήποτε καλύτεροι και από τις φωτογραφίες της καταχώρησης. Απόλυτη καθαριότητα και πλήρης εξοπλισμός του διαμερίσματος. Οι οικοδεσπότες φιλικοί και επικοινωνιακοί, βοηθούν τόσο με την παροχή χρήσιμων πληροφοριών αλλά και ικανοποιούν οποιοδήποτε αίτημα σχετικά με τις υπηρεσίες που παρέχονται. Αποβλημάτιστη προσβασιμότητα και χώρος στάθμευσης εμπρός από το κατάλυμα ενώ υπάρχουν όλες οι ευκολίες και είδη πρώτης ανάγκης σε κοντινή απόσταση στην περιοχή. Άριστη σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής και συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα.
