Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

What a great experience! We stayed at Manny's after deciding on a last minute trip to ski on MLK, Jr. weekend ( 15 min ti Gu stock Mtn.) Manny's place is wonderful! The unit is spotless, comfortable and well- maintained. It has everything you need to cook your own meals, although we opted to eat out. Manny is very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. The views are amazing...would love to come back and experience the summertime on the lake. There is so much to do!

We had the best time this weekend. The house was adorable, and super cozy. Megan was so friendly and responded quickly if I ever reached out. I only wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back ( hopefully in the summer! )

Gary and Nick were wonderful hosts, extremely accommodating and very communicative and flexible. The surroundings alone were so picturesque , each morning and dawn was like a painting - I’ll be back for sure !

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. This location is absolutely perfect for anybody that wants to be close to the water and to the town. There was so much to do and so many great restaurants close by. We loved being able to go for walks during the day and at night time the game room was perfect. We had kids ranging from ages 1 to 13. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back in the future.

Beautiful setting! We enjoyed coffee on the large covered porch sitting in the swings. We love to cook and the kitchen and open concept space was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We walked the trail along the lake and enjoyed the sunset. the bald eagles were great to see every day too. we also really enjoyed the kayaks. the name mirror lake was very appropriate!

we really enjoyed out stay. the best renting experience i’ve had. this place met and exceeded out expectations from moment we walked in up until we left. couldn’t think of anything we needed while staying here. this place was cleaner than clean! very spacious. very modern. the view was beautiful!!! would highly recommend this place.

We stayed here with our family for our wedding at castle in the clouds and this was the PERFECT location to get ready and relax before and after the wedding. It’s gorgeous, spacious, and Tamara is an absolutely lovely host and helpful when we had any questions. We booked the house across the street from her too for the wedding party and it was so nice to have a quiet family complex!

Miguel's home was comfortable, spacious, clean and well-equipped. Beautiful views, lovely setting. We appreciated a few extra nice touches (coffee, Perrier sparkling water, games in the common room, two fireplaces). Pet welcoming - with pet treats. Host was very quick to respond, kind and helpful. Highly recommended, hope to return.

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

John and Angela were fantastic hosts; they were quick to respond, provided helpful recommendations, and were friendly from the start! The house was clean, cozy, and had BEAUTIFUL views. We felt right at home! Our daughter enjoyed playing with all of the fun toys and stuffed animals, the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and the jacuzzi tub was awesome! I only wish we had stayed longer!

We were there during a time when there was a great deal of snow. This area was beautiful and the host made sure our driveway, porch and walkways were cleared every morning to make sure we could get in and out to main road if needed. This Kitchen was fabulous and the host responded very quickly anytime we had a question.

We stayed in the winter so we ran into some initial issues battling the cold. Luckily the groundskeepers live nearby, so they were able to help us get heat by the second day, and we got the hot tub working by the third day. Seems like it would be a fantastic summer location. Very effective water heater, clean showers, lots of towels, I think 3 or 4 TVs around the house, lots of dishes, and nice new washer and dryer in the basement. No spooky mystery rooms - big plus haha. Hot tub large enough for 7 people and the oven plays a fun little song when it pre-heats.

Karen’s place was wonderful! It was clean and had a gorgeous view with easy lake access. She was very accommodating and answered all questions promptly. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Caitlin’s lake house. The views of the lake and the hot tub made for the perfect late winter/early spring getaway. The house was extremely clean and Caitlin was incredibly responsive and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Jennifer's Home is wonderful. This is the second time we stayed there. The place was immaculate, the kitchen is excellent with everything you would need. Loved some of the suttle touches made to the place since last time. Jennifer has a special place and we will be back!

The house is great, beautiful view of Loon Pond, easy to find, a bit close to the road. The inside is like living in a family home. I mean knickknacks and family heirlooms everywhere. Travel books filling bookcases, grandma's handmaid pierced lampshades; it has all the kitchen utensils anyone would ever need, great game room downstairs, lots of water craft in the garage. While our kids are in the flew the coup category, this is an ideal place for middle/high school kids during summer. Gentle shallow slope into Loon Pond, which is really a good-sized lake. Cathy is extraordinarily responsive (IMHO) our example was a brief issue on arrival, she was about to make a long drive to resolve, fortunately it wasn't necessary, fixed itself! Response time was always in minutes We brought our two border collie dogs (they are like family) and outside, needed to keep them on leash due to road proximity. Our visit was late Sept, and we wanted to mostly go hiking, so did not do any water activity.

5/5 Stars We had an amazing stay at this lake house in Wolfeboro, NH! The home was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. From the kitchen supplies to the cozy furniture, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The host was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect for enjoying the lake and exploring the charming town of Wolfeboro. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed retreat.

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything you would need was provided. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush and you are all set. The house was even better than described, if that’s possible. The layout was perfect for gathering and just catching up. The beds were so comfortable. And the outside was even nicer. Lots of places to sit and relax. The lake was just a step away. Tanis was also very easy to communicate with. You can tell he really cared about our stay. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

Amazing place! Perfect for unplugging, full of all the creature comforts you might ask for. Definitely coming back!

This was our favorite place to stay yet!! The house was so clean, and we felt so at home and comfortable! We can’t wait to stay again!

We returned for a second visit to Browyns place. We absolutely love the space and love the host! Any concerns were addressed immediately and she was full of recommendations and very helpful! Even in the snow storm!!

Super cute home with all the basic necessities. Awesome location, about 10 minutes to town and a gorgeous view of the lake. We stayed off season and came for a wedding so couldn’t enjoy the water but they had great options for water use if you’re going during a better time of year! Clean up at the end of the stay was easy enough and everything was labeled around the house so easy to get the house comfortable for you. This home has everything you need without all the frills so if you are looking for that, this wouldn’t be a great fit! Definitely enjoyed ourselves and all agreed we would stay there again in the future. Thanks again!
