Very clean and welcoming apartment! Wes provided excellent instructions proactively knowing Google maps doesn’t take you to the best entrance for the location of the apartment within the building. Area felt safe, clean and friendly. Neighbors kept to themselves but were social when running into any. Would recommend and would definitely return to this Airbnb!

I had a wonderful stay. Caroline was helpful and very responsive. The apartment is immaculate and in a great location. Walkable to downtown Morganton. I highly recommend.

We booked last min(the day of) and needed to check in really late with a crew of teenagers coming from WinterFest at carowinds! Responded really quick when confirming we could check in super late. Clean space. Nice layout. Had everything we needed! Would book again!

A great spacious apartment over the shops on Main Street in Blowing Rock! Amazing location to walk to everything. Perfect for my husband and I. Very nice open living space and very large bedroom with a comfortable king bed.

We had an excellent stay at Hickory House! It absolutely exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of room for our 6 person group so it was very comfortable. Dan was easy to get in touch with and check-in and check-out instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again! Nice area of town as well! Thank you Dan!

The townhome was great. It was so clean and cozy. It’s in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. Kristin is a wonderful host. She responds quickly and checks in with you throughout your stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The home was a fantastic stay for our family. Extremely clean, thoughtfully appointed, great extras (sharp quality chef knives, a true Belgian waffle iron, etc). We will definitely come back. The covered, screen deck was great, the front and back decks uncovered were very nice, as well. We felt secluded in the woods. Outdoor living during our one rainy day out of five. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location. Neighborhood is quiet and walkable with tree lined streets. Rental was straight forward but stylish and updated . Everything we needed for a 3 night stay was there. Very clean. Hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We love the house! The surroundings are beautiful. We even caught some fish in December. Most of our time was spent purely relaxing, and this was a perfect place for that.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home 5 mins away from a million restaurants! The home was very spacious and welcoming. Everything exceeded our expectations with this 5 bedroom 3 bath home. It was definitely a stay that made us all not want to leave. The location was very peaceful and quiet and I would definitely recommend anyone to book this place. It was well worth it and if we happen to be vacationing near charlotte again I will definitely be looking up this listing.

The house inside was great for what we needed for the weekend. Useful things like paper plates, kitchen essentials and cleaning supplies provided. Outside could use some TLC, but the house overall fit our needs.

The benefit of this place is definitely the location. After we unloaded, we didn't have to use our vehicle for the next two days. Being able to walk to Beech for skiing made all the difference during our trip. One day the weather was so bad I was glad we didn't have to drive. The next, the crowds and traffic were insane so also really happy we could just walk to the mountain resort. Our stay was focused on skiing, and as such we spent most of our days outside of the rental, but also found the rental perfectly comfortable for the evenings. Kitchen had all we needed for our meal prep. We enjoyed the puzzles. Host was responsive and flexible. The bedroom with the bunks is right along the hallway and the walls sort of thin so we could hear other people coming and going in the evening. But the place was generally quiet otherwise. We had a great time and would consider staying again if we travel to Beech again.

The condo was as described/pictured. It was clean, free of clutter, the kitchen had a nice amount of pots and pans to cook your own meal. Nice washer &dryer, which was nice. The condo is roomy. The wifi worked well. Great safe neighborhood, great for walks! Neighbors were friendly. Close driving distance to shopping, grocery stores , restaurants, banks, gas stations. Felt at home during our stay. Eli is a great host, friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing! So clean and quiet. I love watching the squirrels, birds, and even deer from the balcony. It’s decorated so cute and cozy. 10/10 recommend staying here! There are so many cute restaurants near, including Papa Doc’s on the lake. If you are looking for a place to stay to have a relaxing time, this is the place!!!

Place was great for a weekend getaway with kids, they loved the sledding hill which was right outside the condo few mins walking distance. Cozy and quaint!

Nice quiet area. Good TV setup nice balcony with chairs and the bed was very comfortable.

We stayed for a long weekend to ski at Sugar Mountain and absolutely loved Fabby's place. This is NOT a 5-star place, rather a perfect 10! This was the cleanest airbandb we've ever stayed at, and it was also a perfect setting/decor for the area - rustic condo. King-size bed was so comfortable. Just keep in mind, you do have to be in shape to walk down steps and then a slight hilly incline to get to the ski slopes - it takes about 10 mins. (slow-go in ski boots), but it was no issue for us. Fabby left us a bottle of wine, and the amenities were just about everything we ever need - straws, sugar, tea, coffee, biscotti, ice cubes in the freezer, water in the frig - then the bathroom had hand soap and a bar of Dove, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Pocket size tissues, and 1st aid kit. Just show up, kick your feet up, and relax! The view of the mountains were breathtaking. If we return this summer to hike, this will be our 1st choice!

Great place to stay. We will use Zain and his property when we return to visit the area.
