We were very impressed by this place! Location is perfect from Downtown San Antonio/Riverwalk - about 5 minute drive. We had our own rental car so it was easy for us to get to & from places. Parking was great for us. We were there for a business training event & was pretty much out majority of the time. Yet the times we were able to relax, parking was always available right up front. Super easy to find the location. We also got to enjoy the amenities (pool & gym) during our stay which is very nice + clean. We met some other tenants along our stay & they were super friendly. Even recommended us a few restaurants to dine in during our stay. Our host Q was very responsive & able to accommodate any of our needs / answered our questions in a very timely manner. Check in instructions/overall location went very smooth. The bed was super comfy & honestly we felt right at home while we were there. Would definitely consider staying here again if ever in town! Highly recommend

The aparment was perfect in every way that we hoped for. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, ready to use kitchen and so much more. If we ever go back to San Antonio we will definitely book again!

First visit to San Antonio and I’m so glad we stayed here. The location is lovely and super walkable. I walked downtown with my 6 year old son, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants along the way. The hosts are very responsive and the room was perfectly clean.

Lina’s place is in the absolute best location in San Antonio. We hardly moved our car out of the parking lot, everything was walkable along the Riverwalk, and the walk is so beautiful! We loved the amenities available at the complex, and enjoyed the pool, gym, and pool table. Lina was extremely proactive in communicating the check-in and check-out process. We hope to be back again soon!

Location was tier S. There is a parking fee but definitely worth it for peace of mind and trust me you won’t be needing to move your car much. The riverwalk is literally just a couple feet away with the touristy area less than a ten minute walk including the Alamo. Location provides everything you need from a full clean kitchen to a washing unit for those with longer stays. At first I was worried about the squeakingness of the floorboards but it being a historical building it’s understandable and it gives character to the place. Only issue for me was the morning city sounds but it’s easily overlooked by everything else this location has to offer. Recently broke my leg and although not as “handicapped” this building is def equipped to facilitate anyone on a wheelchair or that is mobile restrained/constricted. It has elevators and a small lift for the entrance for wheelchairs, as well as an inside ramp. Our host was amazing. Very responsive and clear on instructions. Great place to stay!

Sandy's spot is in a nice area by a trail and part of the river. There is a little burger restaurant very close by. Very close to the river walk and Alamo. The check in was very simple. The home was well kept and no issues. Would recommend to anyone visiting or traveling through San Antonio.

Thomas was a very responsive host. He quickly responded to all of our questions. We were just a few miles from the riverwalk area and we were able to drive and uber to the area very easily. We lost internet connection for a brief period and Thomas had already notified his internet provider to get the issue resolved. Having the coffee and purified water was a very nice touch. I love my morning coffee, so it was nice to not have to worry about purchasing this. The area was very quiet as well. We would definitely stay at Thomas’s rental if we return to San Antonio.

The views and the rustic home were amazing. It was a perfect place for our family if 5 and the porch was an amazing place to sit and drink coffee in the morning. I fully recommend staying here.

Great place for a getaway.

Our stay was wonderful. We've been going to New Braunfels for years and this has been a favorite stay. Check in was easy, the house is in a great spot, has easy river access, and we loved that there was plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and be comfortable. Our one year old grandson had plenty of room to play in a safe place. The sunroom or the screened in porch is a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and having the chairs and BBQ pit were perfect for the evening. We floated twice from Little Ponderosa and got out right at the house which was great especially since some chose to just hang out in the river by the house. We will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you for being great hosts!

The property is located in a peaceful setting with a nearby creek that adds to the quiet atmosphere. The house has a practical layout, with bedrooms on either side of a shared bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are part of an open floor plan, making the space easy to use. Both the front patio and the back sitting area are comfortable and well-suited for relaxing. Cheryl was very responsive and attentive. I would stay here again! Thanks for the peaceful vacation!

his Airbnb was a wonderful escape! Surrounded by lush greenery and rolling hills, the property felt like a slice of paradise. My family and co-workers were amazed by the local deer wandering nearby. The house itself was cozy and inviting, with a spacious living area perfect for relaxing. Large windows showcased the stunning views, and the open layout felt airy and bright. The hot tub was a highlight since the lake was so low. The owner was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing our concerns when we informed them the microwave wasn’t working. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen added to the charm. This retreat, with its beautiful surroundings, relaxing amenities, and attentive host, was perfect for unwinding.

Ramiro's place was excellent! Such a great location, right on the Riverwalk, super close to lots of cool spots. It was clean and checkin was smooth, with clear instructions. We appreciated Ramiro's good communication and recommendations for nearby places to eat. Parking garage was easily accessible to the unit. The only issue we had was some neighbors played music or videogames with very loud bass until about 10:30 at night, but it wasn't super noticable with the sound machine we brought going. Overall, a really great experience! The complex pool looked lovely l, as advertised, and we would have used it if the weather were warmer during our stay.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay, my husband and I enjoyed our amazing and peaceful stay for our romantic getaway . I loved seeing the fox’s, Deer and fawns. The area was perfect. Listening to the baby birds and watch them hop from branch to branch at the balcony tree was so enjoyable to me. I loved the beautiful sunset. The bed was so comfortable, the pillows were even amazing! A getaway with a greats nights rest is much needed when you plan ahead for full days of excitement. I definitely hope to find a time to come back with our family it was definitely a memorable experience. The owner checked in several times with me to make sure all was well our entire stay. I would definitely give 5 stars! Wonderful Service provided!

Great stay in SA. Condo was as described and pics were accurate. Gym was great for daily workouts!! I highly recommend!

The location is fantastic and exactly as described. It's a very dog-friendly area, with a dog bar within walking distance, along with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Access to the riverwalk is convenient and inviting, making it a great spot to explore. However, the check-in process was disappointing. I had contacted the owner on the morning of our arrival to request an early check-in, which he agreed to—allowing us to check in one hour earlier than the scheduled time. We drove in from Wisconsin and timed our arrival accordingly, but upon reaching the property, we were left waiting until the actual check-in time. Had we known the early check-in wouldn't be honored, we would have adjusted our plans to avoid sitting around for an hour. This was not an ideal start to our trip. Despite that hiccup, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the area. If you choose to stay here, I recommend planning to check in at the scheduled time rather than relying on an early check-in agreement

The host was so very responsive, he made us feel at home. The place was so comfortable and charming. He is quick to respond, checked in to make sure we were happy with our stay. I will absolutely stay again.

Great place, very quiet, yet walkable to great restaurants and some fun food truck yards. Ramiro was great, quick to respond and help with any questions or needs we had while staying here.
