we enjoyed the interior designing and coziness of a fairly small area that was very homey and comfortable. The pool area was very nice and very large. We enjoyed the hot tubs too. Everything we could possibly need was provided and very well stocked in the cottage. The coffee bar was an exceptional addition. If we are able, we would definitely reserve Sue's place again.

We had a short one night stay but we wished we could have stayed longer. We loved the hot tub!

My husband and I had just finished hosting 12 family members at another ABB and wanted a weekend to detox before heading back north. This place is adorable and had everything we needed! Ultra clean and an incredibly friendly neighborhood. We enjoyed the walkable, safe streets. We now prefer ABB's over hotels, and this host did not disappoint. She has thought of everything, and I cannot tell you how much we appreciate the little items that you forget you may need. We even discussed how this would be a great neighborhood to buy into for the winter months. Also, not too far to watch the Tigers play in Spring training! Thank you, Corrie!

We enjoyed our stay at Fredy’s house. The house had a great open kitchen, dining and living room and was perfect for a group of four golfers exploring North Tampa golf courses. The house was clean and had comfortable beds. The pool was a fun addition! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and is easy access to surrounding golf and restaurants are a quick 10 min drive away.

Melanie’s Place was a lovely retreat from the cold Canadian weather! Would highly recommend, very friendly and responsive host! We were there 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! Lots to do in the area. Great pools on site!!

I’m giving this review 5 stars because overall, we had a really great stay. Hernan’s place was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and a perfect home away from home for the week. My daughter and I especially enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and spending time by the pool. We were there almost twice a day and only saw one other person the entire time, so it was very quiet and peaceful, especially around sunset! While the area was mostly calm, there was some construction right outside that caused noise during the day and occasionally late at night. There were also birds that got pretty vocal early in the morning. Outdoor noises were more noticeable in the converted porch bedroom, where my daughter slept, until the last two nights when the sounds became a bit too much and she moved rooms. If you're a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs just in case.

We were very comfortable. The cottage was clean and there was a lot of thought put in to make it a great airbnb. Sort of out in the country but close to major retail/restaurants etc. We would stay there again.

These Folks were the Best! The home was cozy, quiet, exceptionally clean and you can hear the birds chirping. When we wanted to eat, walk, checkout the malls every thing was a short distance away. The rear of the home (back Yard) welcomed us to sit, look at the trees, listen to the birds and just relax and enjoy each other. My wife and I hope we can get an available date in the future as we found this little beauty unexpectedly. My wife and I enjoyed our 3 mile walk along the river and watching the boats as they passed by.

This was our 2nd stay at Tyler's and we've already told him we can't wait to book again for next yeat.

Sarah has a cute small house in a more natural setting. She's taken care with design. Lots of nice outdoor areas to lounge. Place was very clean. Wasn't a major issue for me, but something people might want to know- the property is near a CSX freight railroad line- you will hear freight train whistles throughout the night. Also, the main mattress is a spring type that whenever you move you hear a symphony of spring noises. I was able to sleep well and enjoyed my stay, but thought others may want to know the above. I'd stay with Sarah again.

We did rent this place because in the description it does say it has a heated pool unfortunately we came at the end of October and the pool wasn’t heated yet so we wasn’t able to swim

The Alafia River House did not disappoint. Check in was easy with helpful photos & directions. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but yet close to everything too. The house is tucked in right on the river, the yard is lush & Florida tropical, it is the perfect place to sit & read, eat a meal or take a nap. Watching the chickens and surrounding nature are an added bonus. The home is old with character, but so clean & refreshing. All the things you need and more are carefully stowed in antique furniture. Martha is easy to contact, but you shouldn’t need anything. The kitchen is up to date & has all of the extra things that you probably forgot to bring. My husband and I had a sweet trip & the Alafia River House was a gem. Thank you Martha.

We arrived at night days late due to flight cancellations from home weather. Ashley and Josh were very understanding and welcoming. They were responsive and kind throughout our stay. Their daughter showed our kids around the property and shared her toys, making everyone feel welcome. The back house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The area is beautiful and we felt very safe with our small children. We enjoyed walks to feed the cows, playing with the dogs, finding frogs, watching lizard play, listening to birds, dipping out feet in the pool, and collecting eggs from the chickens. The location was convenient for getting to many locations in and around Tampa.

We had a wonderful stay at Diana’s place. The scenery is breathtaking, and the house is very cozy. Diana was a thoughtful and helpful host throughout our stay. We would definitely stay with her again!

We had a great stay! We loved the view and loved feeding the baby goats and cows! We came for a trip to check out the Weeki Wachi springs and it was about 20 minutes away, so very close. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Brandy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Wonderful cottage in a quiet area. I loved that we had access to a propane grill, we used it several times. Very clean and contained everything we needed. Hosts are very nice people and responded to every need quickly. We loved being near friends and family which made our stay so pleasant. Thank you to Bernice and Dexter for making our stay the best time we ever spent in Florida.

We stayed at Nancy’s place for a family get together and had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space to spread out and lots of amenities to use! We immediately felt at home and loved spending time on the expansive back patio, swimming in the canal, or kayaking on the main river right around the corner. I would absolutely stay here again!

The house was very cute, clean and was in a great location. We were only two blocks from the Main Street (Plant St). There was a cute backyard for us to enjoy as well.

I stay here often. It's a great place with an excellent location and everything you need.

We were in Clermont for a week for the Spring games for my daughter’s softball team. It was a nice place to stay . The village itself is a bit dated but quiet and in a great location close to the games , grocery store, shopping and restaurants . We cooked most of the time and the kitchen was stocked very well with all items needed to cook a meal . Mary is a great hostess and answered our questions promptly. Highly recommended.
