We had a great stay at Sonya’s bungalow! Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and she even loaned us something we didn’t have. Sonya and Chris are super friendly and very responsive. Their dogs are adorable and you will likely encounter them on your stay as the bungalow is in a shared backyard. We highly recommend as the price is a huge savings over hotels in the Tampa area.

Great little place in a cul-de-sac. Alvaro was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay again.

Loved our time at Vera’s place!! She was super responsive and was available when we checked in. The place is exactly like the photos and it’s a very quiet area as well. Highly recommend this place and would stay again if we ever visit the Tampa area!

While the location of this home is in the midst of the city and near the airport, the neighborhood was quiet and walkable, stores and restaurants were nearby and there was easy access to highways. It was a comfortable place to return" home: to each day. The beds and couch were comfortable and the air conditioners really helped. James and his family were very friendly and helpful. The size of the unit was fine for two people, but with a small bathroom and kitchen, might be a challenge for 3.

My daughter and I spent 4 nights at the Tree House and it was lovely. It is in the back yard of the host's home, yet felt very private due to the lush tropical landscaping and trees. For me, the best part was the screened-in porch where I spent hours each morning enjoying the coffee Susan provided. It's located in a great little older neighborhood with easy street-parking and within walking distance of Hyde Park area - lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The approx. 100 year-old apartment was as described which means I understood we would not have the luxuries of a dishwasher or central heat and air - and we were fine with that.

We had a lovely stay at the Coach House. The place was very clean and cozy. I would definitely stay again here when I visit my son next time. Thanks for everything Emily.

We always have a blast when we stay at Kaarla's Studio Zen! I look forward to our trips down to Dade City to visit our daughter at St. Leo U. Studio Zen is just around the corner and has such a cool fun vibe to it. And I'm always artistically inspired to draw and create when I'm there! Look forward to our next visit! I may just come down by myself and spend a week drawing and enjoying the serenity! Many thanks Kaarla! And we have STILL not seen Pearl!?!?!

I stayed here for 3 weeks, and it was a great stay. The place is very cute inside and was very clean on arrival. It’s very private with a fenced backyard space just for this guest house. The AC worked very well, which is a necessity in Tampa for at least 6 months of the year. There were lots of little helpful things like laundry detergent, k-cups, iron/ironing board, disposable razors, and even beach towels. There was a small issue with wifi on the first night, which Vanessa responded to very quickly. I somewhat did not realize how much I use a stove/oven, which this place does not have, so just be aware of that. There are various countertop appliances you can use in place of this, though nothing is a perfect replacement.

We loved staying here for a few days! Gorgeous and peaceful corner of Apollo Beach and the outdoor area was such a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee. We're really grateful we discovered this place and Rose was so welcoming. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an escape in the area.

Liset’s place was perfect for our one night stay! It had the perfect amount of space and was very clean with everything we needed. She was very flexible when I needed to change my dates and the location felt very safe! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again!

What a cute, reasonably priced and clean little place to spend the night on our way back from a dance convention in Daytona Beach. Ricardo was friendly and responded quickly to any questions. Lots of privacy. Much more cozy than a standard hotel.

Really beautiful place, very peaceful and amazing chill vibes. Everything met our expectations and more, we had a blast using the activity recommendations in the binder. This place was just awesome, Ben was so pleasant,, with a beautiful pool to hangout and a grill too! 10/10

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Hailey and Nick’s Airbnb. It is an absolutely darling, clean and charming place. Hailey made our time above and beyond great with her kindness &!wonderful recommendations that allowed us to enjoy the best part of Lakeland in Tampa. This is by far our favorite Airbnb we have stayed at and we are so thankful.

Exact as the pictures. Wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was. Enough space for me and my daughter as we were only there enough time to sleep and shower ,we were attending her dance competition for the weekend which was 5 minutes away. Cute little place .AC worked excellent and area was quiet. Definitely recommend.

Yamaira's place was very clean and had all the amenities as described. The communication was very clear.

Everything was great, it was clean and comfortable. Javier and Adnan were very easy to communicate and they were very helpful. Definitely worth to stay and if I come to Orlando I will definitely stay in that place again.

It was a beautiful quiet guesthouse within a backyard garden with a lot of amenities. Surprisingly very spacious. His mom was super cool and willing to help if we needed anything. Worth the stay!
