My friends and I wanted a place that is central to Tampa downtown and beaches for a weekend. This place allowed us to get to our desired spots easily. Very clean and comfortable / functional. Great place !

I had a very nice stay. I'm very particular about things and I really don't have complaints. There were a thing or two I brought to Mariana attention and she was very grateful and responsive. Just minor improvement areas . I would definitely stay again. The upstairs people did make a lot of noise all threw the night so if your not a parent and that gets to you might not be a place you can love but we did. I'm 100% Mariana would address it if it was bothering us.

Solangie's place was perfect! Just what we needed after a long day. The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. The hosts were great.

I would totally stare here again. It was clean and exactly like the photos and the ad. I felt very comfortable in the home. Lauren/Nathan was so very kind and responsive. Anything we needed or communicated they handled immediately with no attitude or rudeness. Which I’m sure we all can appreciate. It was a stay full of women and normally the amount of tissue they provided would have been ok for 1 or 2 females but 4! We needed more tissue on day 3 of 5 and seriously less than 30 min tissue and other goods were at the door. They were dreams hosts and the apt was very nice couldn’t have asked for a better stay. P.s my friends that stayed with me echoed my sentiment

Great stay. Plenty of space to spread out and all the amenities. Enjoyed the modern touches and well put together. We walked to nearby restaurants, Ybor City and even the Tampa River Walk and Hyde Park (you have to like walking for the later). Comfy beds, quiet, and a very responsive host. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful weekend stay in Spring Hill! Our host Michelle had great communication before, during and after our stay. The very accommodating house has plenty of room for privacy with 4 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We enjoyed the screened in garage too.

Sid was very responsive and his place meet all of our needs. Comfortable, clean and the hot tub was fantastic.

This was the perfect place to stay! Super clean, peaceful, and private. The layout of the home is ideal and it is nearby many places to shop and eat. Very responsive and kind host. We would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to the area. 100% recommend this home.

Bu arada beş kişilik rezervasyon için dolabı iki şişe su bırakmışlardı sanki o beş şişeye çıkarılabilir☺️

El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía con la familia y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a todo. Está cerca de los parques de Disney y cerca de toda clase de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. Gary es muy diligente, ofrece instrucciones claras y estuvo pendiente a que no tuviéramos problemas a la llegada.

We had a group of 7, 3 being children between the ages of 6 and 13, and the place was perfect! The kids bedroom was huge and had plenty of room for them to play and hang out. The place was very spacious, very clean. There were plenty of games in the home for us to play plus the arcade in the community which the kids enjoyed! The commute to Universal was close as well. We would definitely stay again.
