Great place and within walking distance to a lot of great coffee spots and restaurants. And a very short drive from downtown!

Barbara's place was clean and a beautiful community. Captain Pete's Boathouse was a great place to walk to for eating.

The property was great. Location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Had some bad weather and didnt get to BBQ outside, but feel that would have also been enjoyable in the courtyard area. Great mini vacation spot.

The place was spacious and the view was breathtaking!!! Sunrise and sunsets paint the sky with beautiful colors as the sun rises and sets into the hills. There are deer everywhere. Amazing to see! Highly recommend!

Great location with river view and helpful reception. Olivia’s apt is with quality and design, well kept. We loved very nearby food street, and a short Uber ride to downtown Austin. Olivia was very accommodating and allowed early check in. Very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Sydney’s house. We stayed there for family Christmas and she had a lovely 12 foot Christmas tree set up for us. The house was perfect, loved having two master suites. My kids enjoyed the pool and spa. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of games and entertainment. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for my fitness competition, and it was the perfect spot! The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything sorted out quickly. The hot tub and backyard area were a great bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at Caroline's place! She is such a great host and is very responsive and accommodating. I live in Austin and had a staycation with a group of friends that came from out of town so I knew this location was perfect especially if you're looking to explore the heart of downtown. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance from her place. What made the stay for me was how well the place is taken care of and there were some thoughtful touches that made the space feel extra welcoming. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and there was more than enough room for my group of 7. As an Austin local I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a well located and relaxing stay. I would definitely book this place again in the future.

This place was a perfect place to stay for a small family. It is in a great neighborhood walking distance to a park/playground/community pool, and convenient to Leander. JoAnn was great to communicate with and made many aspects of our stay convenient.

Kate has a wonderful home and is a great host. We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in the door and looked out on that beautiful deck and backyard. The house is set up comfortably and completely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for a three-week stay. Kate communicated with us to see if there was anything we needed. The home is private and we especially loved all of the deer walking around the golf course, our backyard, and the town. Thank you, Kate, for sharing your home with us for a lovely stay.

Neel was a great host. Very responsive and helpful when needed. Property was excellent and in a great area for relaxation and very safe.

I'VE FOUND MY GETAWAY SPOT! Very beautiful location! Great host! Comfortable unit! Nicely stocked and clean with a lot of complimentary items added by the host! Even though it was off-season, there was a good bit of guest there, the restaurant was nice and I got the peace and tranquility I was looking for! Can't wait to book again!

We had such a great time. The area is so peaceful. The place was very clean, quiet. We loved watching the golfers and there were many as there was a tournament. The area is very quiet tranquil and great place to walk. Beds were super comfortable. There is great activities just a few minutes away. There is a nice restaurant just a few miles away on the water. We can't wait to come back to Point Venture. Highly recommend.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay at Debra's place. It's conveniently located, the rooms are lovely and super comfortable, and we truly felt right at home. It had everything we needed - pots & pans, coffee maker, etc. We loved it! We'll be moving to Austin soon so this was a wonderful place to explore from. Hopefully we'll get a chance to stay again.

My husband and I came to celebrate Valentines and they had the bed decorated with hearts of flower petals so nice! We loved the place and the hot tub was amazing since the weather was cool, the views are relaxing and beautiful! 10/10 recommend! Can’t wait to come back !
