Fantastic location just a few blocks from the beach. Great restaurants right on the beach boardwalk and quiet, pristine beaches to relax. The view from the apartment was lovely as you look out to the water from the balcony and the living room. The walls in the apartment building are thin so you could hear the neighbors and they could hear you. But the neighbors were respectful and friendly. There were no paper towels or napkins but other than that, the place was well equipped and comfortable. Not hotel quality but decent beds, lots of towels, good shower, and a pleasant, functional kitchen/dinning room. The dinning room chairs screeched across the floor so I would recommend the owners get a rug or add some felt to the chair legs. The owners were very responsive, helped us figure out how to take the metro to the apartment, and recommended a great restaurant on the beach.

Die Wohnung ist ein wirklicher Tipp. Sie hat viel Licht von Osten und Westen, ist also immer hell, aber mittags nicht heiß. Ggf. gute Klimaanlage. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer (2 einzelne und eines ist vom Wohnzimmer durch eine Schiebetür abtrennbar. Es gibt viele Handtücher, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien.Vom Balkon sieht man den Strand und bis Valencia (18km). Die 4 km nach Perelló sind wir oft am Strand gegangen. (Tipp: Dort hatten Sonntagmorgens die Geschäfte geöffnet.) Zur Bushaltestelle 2 min, Bus fährt nach Valencia und Perelló. Parkplatz im Hof im Schatten. Elena und ihr Mann haben uns in der Wohnung erwartet, die Kommunikation war immer nett und sehr gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

We really enjoyed our family vacation at Ambrosios place! The apartment is perfect for children as it has a crib, chair and baby bath and has space to run around. The bed was also big and comfortable and there is two bathrooms and all the amenities needed. If you come by car, it also has a garage. We really enjoyed the balcony and the neighborhood - there is play area in front great for children. We would recommend this and come again for sure!

Super Apartment, mit viel Platz und Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie Kommunikation ist perfekt, hilfreich, schnell und immer erreichbar. Kleine Probleme und Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und gelöst! Das Apartment am Strand ist eine tolle Abwechslung zur Stadt und eine Erholung für Augen und Seele. Es kann laut werden am Wochenende aufgrund der Disko in der Nähe. Muss aber nicht. Straßenbahn und Bus sind direkt in der Nähe und man kommt gut überall hin. Sehr gerne wieder!!!

Я в восторге от балкона и видов. Это было лучше, чем я ожидала. Апартаменты уютные, чистые, но вид с балкона лучше, чем я ожидала. Также я в восторге от Феррана и его жены — это прекрасные, милые, добрые люди. Спасибо большое за теплый приём, и помощь. Ферран и встретит с вокзала и отвезёт обратно, если вам нужно. Также он предлагает показать окрестности. Интернет в аппаратах отличный, мне было это важно для работы и никаких проблем. На диване спать было неудобно, чувствуются пружины, но 2 просторные кровати в спальне очень удобные. Расположение апартаментов отличное: рядом 2 небольших магазина. Немного подальше есть крупные магазины. Также много мелких магазинах с фруктами, хозяйственными и пляжными товарами, с одеждой. Шикарная набережная, рестораны, бары, мороженное. Я довольна жильём и хотела бы вернуться ещё.

Bright and spotlessly clean apartment right on the seafront. Toni's communication was excellent. The parking space was a real bonus. Recommended!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Der Garagenparkplatz ist sehr praktisch! Die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. Sobald wir Hilfe benötigten oder Fragen hatten, wurde uns schnell und zuvorkommend von Bernardo und Carolina geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es gibt einen direkten Bus 112 in die Stadt Valencia, welcher auch häufig fährt. Ein Consum ist in der Nähe 10-20 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto ab ca. 5-10 min besuchbar. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und hat alle wichtigsten Sachen vorhanden, welche man gänig braucht.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en el apartamento frente al mar en Puçol. Como familia, hemos disfrutado de una semana muy especial en Valencia, llena de tranquilidad y momentos inolvidables. La ubicación es inmejorable, con la playa a solo unos pasos y un ambiente muy acogedor. El apartamento está reformado con mucho gusto, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La comunicación fue excelente desde el primer momento. ¡Sin duda volveríamos encantados!

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

Chez Rosana on se sent bien ! Tout était parfait pour nos vacances en famille. L’appartement est beau, la cuisine moderne il y a de l’espace comme sur la grande terrasse avec le petit plus ! Le podium avec vue sur la mer (idéal pour le café du matin ou les quelques bières à l’apéro). Une porte nous sépare de la plage c’est génial ! Il y a une atmosphère très chill & surf. Les commerces et restos sont à quelques minutes à pieds de la maison easy A refaire sans hésiter

Everything we needed for a family stay. i especially loved the wealth of towels, including beach towels which was so handy! there were also loads of toys, buckets for the beach, high chair baby bath, washing machine. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped with lots of essentials. José was friendly and helpful and it was super clean. we had a two year old and five year old and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Tolle Wohnung in TOP Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Meer, Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Markthalle ist nicht weit und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt. Alles war sauber und hervorragend eingerichtet. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

Een gezellig huis in een relaxte buurt op loopafstand van het strand. Communicatie was perfect!

Das Appartement liegt zwar ausserhalb von Valencia, ist aber sehr einfach zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Haustüre fährt ein Bus in dir Stadt. Habe es sehr genossen, nach langen Ausflügen in der Stadt an diesem gemütlichen und ruhigen Ort zu sein. Mein Highlight war es, dass man heizen konnte! Das wäre im März sonst sehr kalt gewesen.

Martinez’s place is amazing. Very well described and looked exactly like the photos. Loved that we had a supermarket directly opposite. Martinez was a great host, always answered messages quickly and gave us recommendations and very helpful and clear instructions on the public transport. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you Martinez for a great stay.

Carla is a great host. She waited for us to arrive late into the night. The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything one initially needs—especially the Nescafé coffee machine. There are local stores one can walk to you can buy the essentials like bread and coffee. There’s a Carrefour supermarket just 10 minutes drive and a couple other supermarkets in the town of Puçol. The location is perfect for a quick drive into the city (25 minutes). The boardwalk in Poçul is only a couple of blocks from the apartment with restaurants and ice cream shops. A Valencia is a beautiful city and we followed the recommendations Carla gave us. Our stay was too short 5 days but we plan on coming back for a longer time. 100% recommend!

Все понравилось, было очень чисто. Квартира находится в хорошем месте, очень близко к набережной. Отличный хозяин.

La pasamos increible. muy buena ubicacion y David siempre al pendiente. excelente para pasar unos dias tranquilos con la familia frente al mar.

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]

L’appartement correspondait à la description. Maison propre, bien équipée et le parking était un vrai +. L’hôte Eva était très sympathique et accueillante.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.
