Amazing villa, we are a group of 12 friends flying from different places and celebrating two birthdays. The place is perfect for chilling and catching up, whether it's by the pool, the comfy couch, or the lounge chairs... and the 75 inch TV made our quiz night/karaoke quite fun. Place was clean at check-in and Meow came in the morning to do first round cleaning of kitchen, then in the afternoon again for our bedrooms (we typically stayed past lunch time before heading out). Meow was super helpful and responsive. Their recommended car company was also always on time and prices were also competitive to Grab, as we need a van + a car for such big group. Overall a fantastic stay, the location is a short ride up the hill but it's as expected to get that panoramic view! Highly recommend the chef service too - yummy food and prompt cleaning after.

Most probably the best villa we have stayed in. Very modern with stunning views and great location near to center and beaches. We have rented bikes and easily managed to travel up and down the hill (2 people on bike). One of very few villas that is charging energy tariff 5thb/kwh while other villas we ‘ve stayed in charged 7thb/kwh. Danny and Yo were really helpful and considerate. I hope we will be back soon, thank you👌🏼

Przepiękna willa usytuowana z widokiem na wschód słońca. Pięknie urządzona z dbałością o detale - nowocześnie z elementami nawiązującymi do tajskiej kultury. Sypialnie są bardzo komfortowe, a całe pomieszczenie idealnie czyste. Można skorzystać z pralni, co jest przydatne podczas długiego pobytu. Dojazd do willi jest stromy, dlatego trzeba mieć samochód z napędem 4x4, ale dla takiego widoku warto. Fon jest bardzo miła i komunikatywna. Pobyt w jej miejscu był wspaniały.

Miejsce wybraliśmy na końcowy kilkudniowy odpoczynek w trakcie naszego dwutygodniowego wyjazdu do Tajlandii, gdzie byliśmy świetnie zaopiekowani przez gospodarza, wszystkie nasze życzenia spełniano w ekspresowym tempie. Bardzo doceniamy możliwość prania i prasowania, serwowanej pysznej kolacji i śniadań, oraz możliwość skorzystania z masaży na miejscu. Bardzo dziękujemy, szkoda że nasz pobyt był tak krótki.

We are a family of eight (age 16-46) who stayed in Villa Vimana during Christmas 2022, and what a fantastic vacation it was! Andreas was the perfect host and there was no issue too trivial for him to help with, whether recommending restaurants, arranging airport pick-up, having groceries bought before arrival, assisting with renting scooters, or suggesting things to do on the island. The housekeeper is also a wonderful person and always willing to help. The house is lovely, clean and well kept, even better than in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and all with en-suite bathrooms, which we thought was a big advantage. The pool area is very nice and we spent long hours lazing by the pool, both day and evening. Electricity is paid for by usage and just to give an idea, we paid approx. 5.500 Baht (150 USD) for a 10-day stay. An absolutely amazing and completely unforgettable vacation, big thanks to Andreas for all the assistance. We definitely give our best recommendation.

Amazing views and villa. Absolutely breathtaking, the villa well equipped. The only thing we struggled with was no washing machine..... as a large family we accumulated lots of washing but in saying that when we asked about washing facilities, the cleaner took it away and returned it all pressed and lovely. The infinity pool and outdoor area was relaxing and beautiful, we spent lots of time out there.... if it's windy though, can't use. Overall our stay was fantastic! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Probably our favorite holiday rental ever. The care, warmth and very attentive service from Watt and Khung was incredible. Delicious breakfast prepared every day and we quickly figured out that it was far more relaxing to stay in for dinner and have our hosts prepare delicious fresh meals than go out. The house is stunning - both inside and out (view of the ocean never gets old) and very tastefully decorated. Great communication from Martin throughout as well, with helpful local recommendations

The owner was super friendly, she was very kind to let us early checkin, always online in case of any questions. She also provided us all advised and recommendation. Her guest house was very roomy, very nice and private terrace, bed and linens fresh and clean. The furniture and the kitchen appliances are not new but in very acceptable condition, AC in every room which is also very nice. Upon our request, she helped us with the transfer on fair price. Overall I can highly recommend this place to stay for more than 3 nights (that’s our stay). Please be informed that it will be an additional charge for electricity (we were charged for 85 kilowatts for 3 nights barely using AC) for about 500 baht. In general, great place, great owner, quiet neighbors and wonderful Koh Samui. Thank you, Ying !!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mandra, the villa itself is exceptional and even better than the photos would suggest. The villa was incredibly spacious, well maintained. It is incredibly tranquil based up in the mountain. Spotting an elephant from a near by Sanctury really topped it off! One thing to consider and factor in is the additional cost for electricity which is not included in the villa price. This is however mentioned in the villa description so was not a surprise for us. Nicky, the villa manager was very responsive, she gave clear instruction for ease when staying at the villa, she arranged for us to have a bike and also made great recommendations for local restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicky. The villa was immaculately maintained by a wonderful maid who spent adequate time each day cleaning the villa - fresh bedding and towels were provided daily. The pool was maintained on Tuesdays and Fridays during our stay. We would certainly love to return!

The service of the staff is amazing and the view is second to none. The home feels like a resort and was more than plenty of space to host our family. Do note that the property is on a steep hill (which is why the view is amazing) that it's not easy to get around and even catching taxi was a bit difficult.

Where to start This was the best Airbnb we stayed at Fantastic house with spacious pool nice rooms and everything to high level of quality! The absolute extra are Mahd and Kai who are there to help around the house and also make the breakfast everyday. They made us feel like home and where always very helpful The house is located at the hill just to know not every taxi goes up there but must highly recommended!

Jim’s place was perfect for our vacation! It was quiet, beautiful views with a great pool. You almost don’t need to step outside. The highlight for us was the private chef experience (CHADA) who prepared personalized, delicious breakfast. We pretty much woke up for it lol. Can’t recommend Jim’s place enough, everything was perfect!!

We had a group of six friends stay here and it was perfect. The view with the infinity pool is incredible, and Theresa and her team were so communicative and accomodating. The location is up mountain/hill of sorts, and so there isn’t much in walking distance, which was peaceful and fine for us but worth flagging. Overall, I can’t recommend the place enough and we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

Having just returned from our stay in Villa Roxanne (two families of four), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was exactly what we after to allow us to relax and enjoy our first visit to Ko Samui. The villa itself is well stocked with things and we used the local delivery service to get certain food and drink delivered. The views were stunning from the sun loungers and whilst we didn’t use the rooftop terrace on an evening, no doubt others will. Having read the latest description of the place, it’s quite accurate and Cindy was very helpful with questions we had before booking and after as the listing had no reviews, and was helpful during stay.

Très belle maison en bord de plage. Ce qui fait la différence, c'est la cuisinière COB, qui est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et à qui nous avons accepté qu'elle nous fasse 2 repas divins (100 euros environ pour 2 repas de 4 personnes, nous avons même mangé un 3e repas). C'était divin. Vraiment exceptionnel. A recommander. La maison était particulièrement propre, chambres et salle de bain faîtes chaque jour. Accès direct à la plage au calme. Dommage que nous ayons eu 2 jours de pluie incessantes sur 4. Nous avons pu louer grâce à COB des scooters livrés à domicile en 30 mns. Petite recommandation au propriétaire : penser à changer prochainement les meubles de la cuisine (seul petit point négatif). Tout le reste est TOP.

Me and my friends loved staying at the ridge so much. We spent 16 days there and everything was absolutely incredible, it was even better than in the pictures! Pictures really don’t do this villa and its view justice, just waking up every morning to the view from the bedroom was a dream, and I’ve been dreaming of my stay there ever since I left. The place was clean and spotless, the cleaners were great and the host was very welcoming, flexible and helpful. Leaving the ridge was hard to do and I can’t wait to go back

We all really enjoyed our week stay at Paul's villa. The villa was spacious and comfortable and was peaceful and quiet, with beautiful views across the ocean and over to Koh Phangan. The two infinity pools were spectacular and immaculately kept. The ladies who greeted us and cleaned the villa were lovely. Wifi was fast and reliable for us to work online without a hitch. We decided not to rent a car, so had a 15 minute walk down (and back up!) a hill to shops, restaurants and the beach, which was at times challenging and not recommended for children or elderly (or the summer months). We would definitely stay again or recommend Paul's villa but next time would rent a car. My only suggestion would be to have a hairdryer and washing machine available for guests. Thank you Paul for a memorable holiday!

Super tolle Lage, super Unterkunft. der Strand ist direkt vor der tür. tolle große Küche mit allem was man braucht ( im Kühlschrank stand für uns direkt wasser, säfte, kaffee bereit) . Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Im großen und ganzen alle Erwartungen getroffen. Unterkunft ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Pia war hervorragend. Alles entspricht den Beschreibungen und den Fotos. Die Pool Area ist sehr schön gestaltet, ebenso der Innenbereich. Modern und sehr sauber. Audrey und Eric sind herzliche Gastgeber, und jederzeit erreichbar. Man sollte einen Roller haben, aber auch mit einem Taxi ist es einfach, von A nach B zu gelangen. Wir können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt empfehlen 👍

Wat een super plek! Ideaal als uitvalsbasis maar ook bij slecht weer een heel fijne plek om de dag door te brengen. Louane is een super host en snel met reageren.
