We booked this trip less than 24 hours ahead of time and thanks to the host they made it happen for us. I couldn't be more grateful! The location was perfect and it allowed us to drop our bags, rent a golf cart and, and find our way to the beach all within minutes. Can't wait to visit again!

House was just what we needed for our fishing trip. Having the canal was awesome. Wish you were available for our next trip in August but someone beat us to it. We will look this one up first in the future.

We had a great time, this house had everything we needed! It was nice having a heated pool as it was a little chilly in the evenings. The backyard was private and the street we were on was really quiet. The location was great, close enough to everything we needed but off the beaten path. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs with us too. Barbara was great with her communication and responded quickly to any questions we had. There were some gaps at the bottom of the fence in the backyard so make sure you are always with your pets, (as requested by the owners as well), so they don’t get out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and having a full size washer and dryer was wonderful!! We will be back!

This was a great space. It was clean and accurately represented the photos and description. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Jessa’s condo is amazing! It was so clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. It has amazing views of the dunes and the ocean and is just about a 5 minute walk to the beach between marker 2 and 3. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are equipped with blackout curtains. However, I never slept in because the sunrises from the balcony were too spectacular to miss. The complex is pristine, quiet, well maintained, and situated on a beautiful, sprawling piece of property. We felt very safe here. Jessa was a wonderful host and so quick to respond. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay with my adult children during the peak of spring break. The space is very cozy. Well kept and just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach!

We loved our stay! It was quiet and everything was close by. It was right next to the basketball court which was great for evening activities for my boys.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Neal's place. We did not have any issues. The condo complex was very quiet even on the weekend was never overly crowded or noisy. Overall a very nice place to stay, I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again on a future visit to Rockport.

My family of five had a wonderfully restful week of swimming, fishing, kayaking and grilling in the open air while toasting the beautiful bay just feet away, colorful sunsets above and our border collie chasing her frisbee to exhaustion. Heaven!

It was wonderful to be so close to the water. The space was just enough for me and my girls and my fur girls. It was easy access for my fur girls to go out for restroom breaks or early walks by the water.

The unit I stayed in was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Any request or question I had was promptly addressed, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The combination of a fantastic location, well-maintained facilities, and the remarkable service made my time at the Pelican Condominium unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I'll certainly be returning!
