I loved the building, it has everything I needed (Gym, pool, sauna). The room was good too, we had minor hiccups but the host resolved them quickly. I'd definitely go back if I come to Chiang Mai. Thank you for David for your hospitality!

Tai ist super lieb und herzlich! Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen hier ein Paar Tage zu entspannen. Richtige Oase der Erholung. Insbesondere die Sauna ist klasse, da man selber Aufgüsse durchführen kann.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i lejligheden. Vi havde ikke brug for kommunikation under opholdet - men de gange vi skrev sammen inden, var der hurtig svartid. Generelt en fin lejlighed, men det man havde brug for.

院子里好多非常漂亮而且古老的树，有个超大鱼池，好多漂亮的鲤鱼，晚上的落日很漂亮，大厨房烧饭有煤气，每天有服务员打扫卫生，收拾院子，傍晚来点蚊香，很多户外桌椅，可以自由选择在不同风景中吃饭喝茶，我们住了7天，外面景点和饭店都不如这里漂亮，真的就是住在风景里的感觉，太喜欢了

The place was clean and comfortable as described. The host was friendly and responsive.

Nice place in a great area for walking to market, restaurants and bars. It’s lovely to be right on the river. Very authentic place and had a nice common area with coffee and fruit everyday. The people are so friendly and helpful. Lots of fun little kitties to play with too!

A great place to stay for us, everything we needed, very good kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious, clean and well equipped. Swimming pool and shopping centre with a wide variety of shops and places to eat all within walking distance. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Wandee is a great host, very quick to respond, arranging transport to and from the airport for us, cleaning the house regularly and even providing a motorbike for us to use locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Our family had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Jitrada’s place. It is a very special place which surrounded by trees. We also love the Lana style rooms. Overall, we had a great stay. Jitrada was very responsive and helpful, which made us feel at home. I would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to stay in Chiang Mai.

ห้องพักสะอาด มีวิวสระว่ายน้ำที่สวยงาม อยู่ติดกับห้างเซ็นทรัล อยู่ติดถนนสายหลักของเมือง มีความสะดวกสบายในการเดินทางไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ จะมาพักอีกนะคะ

Beautiful apartment and surroundings. Very clean, great view of the beautiful garden and the pool. And the most important thing is, the host is so kind, so helpful and friendly. As a couple, we had a great time at this place.

Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Pool und die Anlage! Man kann von 8-22 Uhr im Pool schwimmen, aber nicht den Gym Raum verwenden. Keine Ahnung warum. Ist aber nicht so wichtig gewesen. Es war ein sehr toller und entspannter Aufenthalt! Gleich gegenüber gibt es einen 7/11 und bolte können einen für unter 100 Baht in die Stadt fahren. Zu Fuß dauert es ungefähr 45 Minuten. Ich würde wieder hier buchen!

The place was peaceful and well-equipped, there are food places close by, and convenience store. The only down side was that it got quite hot in the afternoon, but otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

The accommodation was conveniently situated within walking distance of the vibrant night market and my preferred five-star restaurant, Chow Chow. The ambiance was aesthetically pleasing, accurately reflecting the captivating image portrayed on Airbnb. We will undoubtedly return and appreciate the host’s exceptional efforts to make our stay truly memorable. The pool view was breathtaking and serene, while the lush green garden provided an idyllic setting for relaxation amidst the soothing sounds of nature. The vibrant night market, which was in full swing every evening, added to the overall ambiance and entertainment value of our stay.

핑강 바로 동쪽에 있습니다. 근처에 유명 관광지나 맛집 그리고 마사지샵은 없습니다. 하지만 번잡하지 않아서 오히려 좋았습니다. 콘도 입구 바로 옆에 맥주, 음료수 등을 살 수 있는 작은 상점이 있고, 핑강을 건너서 도보 7분 거리에 큰 로터스 편의점이 있어서 필요한 물건을 사는 데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 다양한 과일, 야채, 고기를 저렴한 가격에 살 수 있는 므앙마이 시장도 걸어서 10분이면 충분합니다. 환율이 좋은 Mr Pierre 환전소까지 도보 15분, 올드 타운의 동쪽 입구인 타패 게이트까지 도보 20분 걸립니다. 콘도에서 올드 타운, 님만해민, 골프장을 가기 위해 그랩을 이용해서 택시를 불렀는데 약 5분 이내에 택시가 도착할 정도로 편했습니다. 2개의 침실과 침대의 크기는 만족스러웠습니다. 다만, 마지막 하나는 독립된 침실이 아니라 파티션으로 구분된 부분입니다. 세탁기가 평소에는 잠겨 있는 다용도실(staff only)에 있어서 직접 세탁을 할 수 없었지만 관리인 아주머니가 매일 방문해서 세탁, 청소, 설거지를 해주셨습니다(물론 수고비를 드렸지요. ^^). 관리인 아주머니는 우리가 부탁한 물, 키친 타월 등을 충분히 무료로 제공해 주셨습니다. 의사소통에도 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 인덕션, 전자레인지, 식기세척기 그리고 아주 많은 식기가 있어서 생활하는 데 편리했습니다. 2월 11일부터 18일까지 7박 8일 묵었고 숙소가 마음에 들어서 하루 연장했습니다. 베란다에서 내려다 보이는 핑강의 야경이 그립습니다.

Great Location, Great Amenities! This condo was the perfect base for our Chiang Mai trip. Being right next to Central Festival mall was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!
