The rooms are well equipped, 15-20 minutes walk to the business district and train station, will stay again next time.

Cute, convenient and affordable flat close to great pubs (Golden Lion) (Staff of Life), a great Thai restaurant (3 Monkeys), a great Pizza place(Site Pizza). I took a wonderful class in town and my husband had lovely walks each day by the canal which our deck overlooked. And there’s a great antique store right across the street. Nick was warm, welcoming and flexible with our check in and full of recommendations.

Great apartment. Very easy to find and get into as well. The apartment is nice and I love the en-suite in one of the rooms as well. The balcony was really nice also so peaceful and a beautiful view. Naz was a fantastic host very responsive. Even left some snacks on the cooker for us which we all loved. I would definitely be back.

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

Lorraine is a very friendly host, responsive and has a beautiful accommodation. She has been generous and left us a hamper basket to make our stay that extra bit nicer. The highlight of the accommodation is how close it is to St Anne’s beach and the amazing PRIVATE heated swimming pool and hot tub that we had access to. All in all, a great weekend destination and an amazing host. Would highly recommend!

Loved the apartment. Was absolutely perfect for what we needed as a family. Was definitely the most comfortable stay I have had in blackpool. Has a beautiful large balcony but unfortunately it was very windy so we did not get to use it. I felt very safe here with gate and door lock codes being required. Lots of towels provided. Has everything you could possibly need. I would like to have been able to hoover before I left but it’s understandable that one is not provided. Also due to us only having takeaways during our stay we had some rubbish that I would have liked to have disposed of myself but I had no idea where larger bins would be. Would love to book again when I return to Blackpool.

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay after we'd had a day out in the Lakes. Perfect location for walking distance to Lancaster centre.

We have no complaints at all, spotlessly clean, and modern, fully equipped and felt at home straight away. Mark was very helpful and the place is to a very high decorative standard even with a soft close toilet. Would love to stay again, great local pub within a 100 meters with fantastic food. Lovely walks around the area, Zara (our dog) loved it.

I would highly recommend this property. From check in to check out, James was very responsive and helpful each time I reached out with a question. The apartment looks like the pictures and it is a gorgeous property by the water. The apartment was fully stocked and I was able to make meals as needed. It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and I felt safe my entire time there. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely lovely clean home, everything you could need for a relaxing stay, near to all the amenities. Beds so comfortable 😁😁. Just perfect 😁 Definitely great value for money and plenty of room.

The place was lovely and clean. It's a very cosy place to stay. However, it is smaller than the pictures but it was still up to standard. All of the essentials were provided and more. Very satisfied with my stay.

Lovely flat in an idiotic neighbourhood a stones through from city centre. Nearby shops, bars, restaurants & bakeries/cafes. The interior of the flat itself is beautiful and homely. All the amenities you need too. The balcony/decking was a great bonus - it is a big space shared with other flats but sectioned off with planters - which isn’t clear from the photos but wasn’t an issue at all. Our stay at Anthony’s place was just the peace and quiet we needed on a busy weekend in Manchester. The flat was full of useful amenities which made our stay really enjoyable. The lovely bath was a highlight, and the living room and bedroom had excellent views over the north of the city (as long as you don’t mind heights!) The flat was in easy walking distance of Victoria’s train and tram services, and there are plenty of buses running down the Cheetham Hill Road, too. We would happily stay here again.

The Pebble is a wonderful little apartment in a great location! The apartment itself is easy to find with off road parking to the rear. On the ground floor, its easily accessible, small but perfectly formed. Located off a main road, it was peaceful and quiet for our 2 night stay. The mattress is super comfortable! Inside the apartment Ian had left a folder with lots if helpful info and recommendations for local bars and restaurants and we weren't disappointed. The bars and restaurants are a 5min walk away, and if you want to head down to the beach, thats around a 10min walk. The Pebble is a wonderful place, we really enjoyed our stay there!
