Beautiful home and property! Very clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed—extra towels, paper products, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. The large bedrooms, comfortable beds and stunning views of the water and night sky made for a peaceful retreat for a family of 6. Thoughtful touches, like candles and lighters, hand soaps in every bathroom, and extra cleaning supplies were much appreciated. The host was kind, communicative and accommodating, making our experience even more special. Located on a very “country road” that turns off deeper into “the woods” to get there! Very dark at night! Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Kristy & Joon are a super lovely couple that we reallyenjoyed talking with! The lower cottage was right on the water and newly renovated. We also loved being able to keep our boat at the dock!

Morgan’s place is beautifully peaceful. We arrived to a toasty (little heater) welcome inside with soft music playing in the background. Which was just what we needed considering we had driven in the cold rain to get there. If you’re looking for a place to unplug, unwind or regroup, this “lil camper that could” can do just that. The sunrises and sunsets next to the water were amazing. It was blustery cold one of the nights we stayed but we didn’t feel it a bit. There are plenty of nature trails within a short driving distance and plenty of beach to take quiet strolls by or just sit and drink your morning coffee. My guy who is over 6 ft tall and I, being close to it, were very comfortable as well as our full grown Great Dane. The wash room was only a couple of steps away. We didn’t use the stove but we brought up enough frig foods to sustain us for an extended weekend. All and all this lil camper was worth every penny and gave us some much needed relaxation.

We absolutely loved Phillip’s incredibly charming and cozy cottage! The interior is gorgeous and the exterior waterfront view will take your breath away! We spent a lot of time fishing on the dock and loved eating our bountiful catch! Lots to explore nearby in the quaint small towns of the Northern Neck! Phillip was very quick to respond to my many questions and always offered local recommendations which we really appreciated! We did a quick run to Walmart to get firewood for the outdoor pit, bait and $9 camping chairs. The chairs made our dock fishing more comfortable than the built-in dock bench. My advice is run, don’t walk, to secure a reservation at this stunning waterfront oasis! We can’t wait to return! K Helms, Clifton, VA

Responsive and communicative via AirBnb app. Open to small changes we had to make. Beautiful house and wonderful neighborhood. Everything as described and reasonable price. Truly provided the BnB part of AirBnb with linens, cleaning/cooking supplies, and bathroom supplies. Very scenic. The pictures don't do it justice when it comes to the proximity of the dock. It is right outside the window of the master bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay at Tim’s Airbnb in Lancaster, VA! The home was peaceful, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind. Its location was ideal, with a short drive to both Belle Isle State Park and the beach, making it easy to enjoy outdoor activities and scenic views. Tim was an excellent host, ensuring everything was ready for our stay. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Beautiful, peaceful, and fun. Home is in a small private community at the mouth of the Rappahannock River near Windmill Point Marina. Great for relaxing, outdoor adventure, or both. White Stone, Irvington, and Kilmarnock, with many shops and restaurants were a 10-15 min ride and well worth it. Highly recommend!

My wife, our two dogs, and I had a great stay! We will definitely be back. We came with the goal of disconnecting and resting and were able to do just that. We had our dogs on a long lead since they're bad with recall, and they still had a great time. The sand bar that forms is really cool, and there are plenty of views and seating options to take it all in. The bed was really comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
