Amber was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and helpful! We were coming into town for a funeral nearby and we were thankful for her help with hosting various guests. We were going to bring our pet and then we changed our mind and we got the pet credit back, prior to staying there. We absolutely loved how close it was to walkable shops and a local coffee shop. We love the house 🏠 clean decoration beach team. We loved the fire pits for roasting s’mores the kids love the corn hold game. Lots of trees private. The views from the deck on the lake was calming. Definitely would stay again. Host was very good responsive and friendly.

Responsive and communicative via AirBnb app. Open to small changes we had to make. Beautiful house and wonderful neighborhood. Everything as described and reasonable price. Truly provided the BnB part of AirBnb with linens, cleaning/cooking supplies, and bathroom supplies. Very scenic. The pictures don't do it justice when it comes to the proximity of the dock. It is right outside the window of the master bedroom.

We had a relaxing weekend at the river. We had so much privacy and were super happy with the house

Mary Lou asked if I was arriving after dark and had turned lights on for me. Upon entering the home a handwritten card and gourment can of peanuts were waiting. The fridge was stocked with several cold beers and bottled water. The home had everything I need for an extended stay. I can tell the hostess has put so much care into rennovations while mainyains the rustic charm of this beautiful farm house. The decor is so charming!!! There is a shelf of books for a book exchange, which I was thrilled to use. This location was ideal for peace and relaxation after work and travels. I also was able to work remote on my laptop, signal was excellent. This home made me feel at home. I have already booked anotger extended stay and will return multiple times! Hosts are a pleasure!!! Very thoughtful couple! ❤️

Great getaway for a long weekend. Lovely nautical farmhouse decor, clean. Porch is wonderful. Fully fenced back yard made it great for travel with the dogs. The Local (coffee shop) and Social 77 in Irvington were great, so we did not take full advantage of the well appointed kitchen. Loved the large island. Relaxing, lovely stay. Easy to get in and out. This home is a great place to stay! It is completely furnished with everything you need. The kitchen is completely stocked with any seasonings or coffee accessories you need. The home is wonderfully functional for larger families and kids, --lots of nooks and spaces to hang out and enjoy your vacation. My boys and I chose this rental for the kayaking, and we were not disappointed. The equipment was ready to go, and the home has it's own private slip into a beautiful calm river. This is a great home for families and friends to relax, get some time on the water, and spend time with each other. Great value.

This is our fourth? fifth? stay at Sundar's lovely spot. Private, gorgeous beach out back, great expansive views out front with ships in the distance. Home is very comfortable. We are always there in November so don't swim, or kayak, or fish. Just enjoy the comfortable home and the walks on the beach. Sundar is always very responsive and available. Kitchen has everything you need. Appliances are great. Beds are comfortable. No clutter of owner's cast-offs which many airbnb homes have. We will be back next year!!

Such a great stay, without a doubt will be coming back- we loved this spot, it doesn’t get more comfortable! The host is very helpful, responsive and beyond welcoming. I recommend this stay to anyone who will treat this wonderful getaway with respect! Hard to beat!

Wonderful house the property looks like it is set up to be some type of retreat or venue, which was absolutely perfect for our large family gathering. You won’t be disappointed staying at this lovely home.

The place is perfect for a group. Comfortable rooms, kitchen and couch area. Add in the games room and you have everything you need for fun nights. We were in the area for a sports competition and this location is only 10 minutes away.

Our stay at Brian's Place Aug 17-24, 2024 was just what we needed. The area was quiet, peaceful, and restful. The pool was used everyday; we skimmed it daily and it easily stayed clean for the whole week. My husband and sons crabbed everyday from the docks; lots of crabs caught for the week. The house was quite comfortable. The kitchen was, by far, the best equipped for a vacation rental; felt like I was right at home. The beds were quite comfortable. The whole house had lots of light. There was no TV but the internet (Starlink) was blazing fast so we brought our own devices including a TV and a Firestick...voila...access to TV! I very much appreciated the house being pet friendly as we always want to travel with our sweet pup. Restaurants we visited were Great Fortune Chinese (Kilmarnock), Horn Harbor (3 - 4 minutes from the house!) , Los Patrones (Burgess), and Crazy Crab (Reedville) ---- all with varying price points, all we would gladly re-visit. Great week, highly recommend!

Lovely home in a serene neighborhood. The pool was such a blessing as it was very hot and muggy the week of our stay. We also appreciated the central air conditioning! The house had everything we needed and made our stay very easy and comfortable. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well!

The house was exactly what my family needed. Expectations of guests were simple and required little effort from us. Would stay again.

The cottage was as described and then some! The pictures showed a good sample of the property. The host was very welcoming and pleasant to chat with. There was a binder inside with recommendations for sights and places to see. We were able to enjoy the sunset off the pier while swimming in the water. The natural beauty and tranquility of the land made the stay so worthwhile.

Susan was gracious and prompt in answering all my questions, both before and after I booked the reservation. The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood.

Such a perfect end of summer trip as two families of four. We spent almost the entire time outside, using the standup paddle boards at our small private beach, which is less than half a mile from the house and really easy to get to. The kids had so much fun, feeding the pigs and visiting the cows. We brought the kids bikes as all of the little back Roads were really fun to navigate, the kids said they would love to go back! The hosts were excellent, delicious ciders for the adults right next-door and we got ground beef and steaks from them for both the nights We were there to grill out.

Had an excellent stay at Liz’s place for a quick weekend. The photos do not do it justice. The views are incredible and it’s a really beautiful and comfortable home! Plus I was not expecting how many different restaurants, activities, little towns to explore etc. there would be nearby. Can’t wait to come back.

This was a lovely home in a lovely spot. It's got lovely architecture and an amazing view, and is well maintained. The beach was great and the house was clean, and we had a great, relaxing getaway. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend Lauren's home.

This house was perfect for our visit! Kirsten has created a beautiful place to stay. The decorations are straight out of a magazine. The home is on a quiet street with a peaceful view of the water. The beds and living room were very comfortable. The house was nice and clean! She has thought of so many things you might need. Great communication, we’d love to stay there again while visiting family in the area.
