Teresa was in constant contact via text and promptly answered any questions we had! We felt very comfortable in her home! She also has a notebook with local information and instructions for various household electronics!

This was a very quiet and peaceful space. You have your own room and bathroom down a long hall from the front door. Your hosts go up the flight of stairs to their home from the same front door. I felt very safe and comfortable with this arrangement. The small, well stocked kitchen space was complete with a sink, mini frig and coffee maker. Parking was not a problem and the hosts were responsive. Honestly, this was a perfect place to stay!

After a small issue with the instructions to enter and getting a hold of the host, the rest of the stay was wonderful and the host was communicative. This was the cleanest and one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed! I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in the area and we more than likely will use it again if available next time!

Had a great stay. Ed was very helpful and gave us loads of suggestions for places to visit. Perfect place if you want to explore Downtown Lancaster. Great restaurants nearby. Right across the street from our favorite. The Belvedere. Thank you Ed.

Melinda's place was just perfect! Easy to find, easy to enter, and absolutely immaculate. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and clear instructions. Everything was so clean and shiny that I took pictures of her cleaning products, as they looked less toxic, but obviously did an awesome job. We'll happily stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay. Laura was very friendly including the dog which made it all the more enjoyable. Her home is lovely and the accommodations were just what I needed. I will be sure to stay there again if the need arises.

We chose Rosey's because it could accommodate my sister's family and mine - eight people - for my mom's memorial service. It was perfect! Exactly as advertised; clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the sleeping arrangements were as we saw in the pictures and worked just fine. There was plenty of room in the living room dining room and kitchen to gather, have meals and talk. And the parking was easy - on the street right in front of the house. Chris and Melody's attention to details was evident everywhere and especially in the hand written note and bag of Wilbur Buds which greeted us on the dining room table. Thank you!! We highly recommend if for no other reason than to see the goats!

This was our first trip to Lancaster and so happy we rented this house. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and large enough for our family of four. Its location to downtown is excellent as we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. At the end of the day we really enjoyed the backyard. Stacy is an excellent host, she was very communicative and provided all the details to make our trip easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt's AirBnB. It was a in great location and just what we needed for our week long's stay visiting family. We will definitely come back!

Can’t say enough about this adorable, spacious and functional place in Lancaster! Super clean, modern and cozy with comfortable beds and a very helpful host! We wanted to turn two of the twin beds into a king and she was right on it! The kitchen is brand new with lots of seating and it’s bright and spacious. Living room was welcoming and cozy and bedrooms were also huge with fresh linens and crisp sheets. Walking distance to Luca but a bit further from downtown.

This place exceeds our expectations! The spacious rooms & yard, beautiful farm view and neighborhood. It had everything we needed.

Would definitely stay again if in the area. would recommend this place to anyone. Not only is the house adorable and cozy, the waterfall outside is stunning. Suzi is a great host, with the best directions, I have never been provided woth such detailed directions and it just made check in and the entire process seamless and so easy. It can be hard to find a place that allows pups, but this hidden gem does and you don't have to settle because it is lovely.

We enjoyed a special girls weekend at Shonna’s. Before we even booked our stay, she answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make our stay 100%. We relaxed by the gas fireplace and the 3 teens had their own private area in the basement with an extra bed Shonna set up for them. The master bed is super comfortable, water pressure excellent. This home is spotless and well organized. We were close to many tourist areas but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. We never saw or heard the neighbors. Check in was easy and directions well communicated. Super helpful community binder had suggestions for local attractions! Check out was also easy. Shonna was a superb hostess and we will gladly stay again if in the area!

Kate’s place was exactly as described. There were walkable breweries, a little breakfast cafe, and lots of historic buildings. The rooms were nicely sized and the beds were comfortable. Overall, it was well worth the money and we’d definitely go back.

Great place to stay for a quick trip or extended stay in the greater Lancaster Area. Super clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Within 10 minute drive of Spooky Nook Sports where a lot of club ball tournaments are held.

Good location for us as we could walk to attractions and restaurants. Finding street parking wasn’t an issue. Place was clean and comfortable but I will note that the interior brick wall on the main floor is slightly crumbling and generates a little dust along the floorboard. Not an issue for us but you may want to consider if you have severe asthma or a crawling baby. Host was thoughtful. She programmed the door entry code to the last 4 digits of my phone. She also informed us that someone would be in the alley at a certain day and time to collect trash, which was very considerate

Had a great weekend stay at Craig's place. The house was spotless, convenient to pretty much everything we had planned, and (in my opinion) a way better option than a local hotel. The house was stylish, cozy and felt very 'homie'. Craig was on the ball with info and everything was exactly as described, so I never even had a need to reach out to.hi.. This is a nice place, with plenty of space, and a great value of a rent with more space and added privacy of a single family (row) home.

We had a great stay! The townhouse had everything we needed for a relaxing girls’ trip! Kathleen was an excellent host providing lots of recommendations and always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Place is extremely well kept & decorated nicely. It was spotless clean. It's convenient to Amish surroundings & the Sight & Sound Theater, which we visited. The small complex of townhouses is in a quiet area just off the main highway. The host always quickly responded to my questions & comments.

A great place close to everything in downtown Lancaster. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Darlen’s place. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious and exactly as pictured in the listing. Everything was updated and in great condition, and the kitchen was very pleasant to cook in. We appreciated the little touches like the coffee station, the yoga equipment, and the nice bath products. The location is super convenient, and it’s only a few steps down to the Susquehanna river banks, where we enjoyed walking along the path. Finally, Darlen was responsive and very easy to communicate with.

Very nice, well kept home in great proximity to downtown. The house was a good size, and felt homey. Nice and quiet neighborhood, with super easy access to plenty of food, drink, shopping, and attractions. Great host as well, super easy and clear communication. Highly recommend!!

Love this place. It's always so clean and welcoming. Perfect location if your attending the convention center. Plenty of places to walk to, like grocery stores, restaurants, coffee spots, bars, etc. We love staying here.
