A beautiful, spacious home and a great host!

This place was great! The pool was nice and clean, the backyard was well laid out too. The inside was beautiful, fun and felt much larger than it is. It was very clean, the furnishings and beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. We walked to breakfast most mornings at the local shopping plaza with a Publix, only .3 miles away. And the drive to the beach is not bad but you can also park in town and take a trolly. I highly recommend this rental!!

We loved our stay in Largo FL! This listing was the perfect gathering place for our wedding weekend. Lots of sleeping options for ourselves, our kids, and family. The detached bungalow was an excellent bonus for the parents to escape. The kids loved the pool and pool table (although the pool ques need new tips). The kitchen was on the small side compared to the number of people the home can accommodate. Host was also responsive and helpful.

Edgar was extremely responsive. The home was perfect for staying for the weekend. The only complaint was that the stairs could have been mopped and there was a dirty dish towel. But other than that, the home was perfect!

The house was wonderful, well kept, secure, and had what we needed. The host was responsive and gave well written instructions. Thank you for hosting us, hope to be back.

The stay at Julie's house was everything we could have hoped for. It has everything you need for a large group to stay and be entertained whether it's all adults or kids included. In addition to the pool there is a hot tub inside the linai. There are condiments / spices in the pantry to help with cooking, so you don't need to shop for every little thing. Plenty of entertaining space. Finally, the hosts were responsive every step of the way and even asked if we needed anything after a full day into the visit. Would definitely visit again if our group is in Tampa.

Danielle was so responsive and her house was so cute! It was perfect for me and my friends to relax after going to the beach.

We were blown away by how beautiful and clean the house and pool were! The yard and firepit were nice too! Felt right at home and comfortable as soon as we walked in. I would highly recommend staying here. It had everything we needed, and was a perfect fit for our family!

We had so much fun in Tampa for the Women’s Final Four. Anna’s place was a great location. Easy walk to Amalie Arena. Never had any issues. Great safe neighborhood. Quiet apartment! If we go back we would definitely stay again!!!

We had a great stay at Monica’s! The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed the snacks she left for us. We were glad to have the washer and dryer!

John was fantastic! So friendly and helpful! The apartment was very cozy and comfortable! He had the a/c going when I arrived which I really appreciated! Super quiet neighborhood and easy to access. Would definitely stay again when I’m in town visiting my daughter and granddaughter!

We booked last minute and so glad we did. Walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Rey nice having the beach chairs and umbrella. Will def stay again

This was my first experience with Airbnb and Jeremy made this a very easy trip all the way around. The pictures are accurate, it was a little cottage that had everything you can possibly need for a nights stay. there is a corner store and coffee ship right around the corner if you forget to bring anything. The beaches are just a few miles down the road. I was able to bring my dog there with no problems at all. He also enjoyed his stay. Thank you Jeremy for excellent communication and a great stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at David Johns. Everything was just as described and Emily was so helpful making sure we everything we needed. I was traveling with my daughter and 15 month old grandson and she put a pack and play up for us. That made it so much easier keeping the little guy in check. I would definitely recommend their place to anyone needing a place with no more than 4 in your family. Thank you again for everything and your kindness.

This was our third time staying in a unit at Beach Cottages. All three have been excellent! We love this low key stretch of beach and sitting in the balcony listening to the waves. This unit was as pictured. We mostly ate out but the kitchen seemed well equipped if you wanted to cook in. And there was a ton of the stuff that’s annoying to buy for a week already available in the unit - foil, oil, salt/pepper, coffee filters (probably enough for the next year or two), dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc. A few beach towels were also available along with chairs, toys, etc for the beach. The bed was a little firm for our liking, but the sheets and towels were of good quality. Bathroom had a hair dryer which was nice since I didn’t take mine. Overall, we enjoyed a relaxing week at the beach!

Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

Great unit across the street from the beach. The photos matched the amenities. We felt right at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The neighbors were friendly. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and cooler were provided. Nice restaurants and market were within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here.

Roomy place with amazing beach views and access. Place was exactly as the pictures showed and location was convenient if you wanted to check out both Clearwater or St Petersburg. Was also nice to be able to walk right out onto the beach if you wanted to stay put

Our family of 6 had the best time! Our condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well!! The beach and view was amazing. We had no idea it would be so beautiful. The pool wasn’t quite ready but that didn’t matter (repairs due to the hurricane) the ocean was enough. Our son rented a fishing pole from Hubbards Marina and had the best time fishing off the shore while our other kids swam. We would go back and stay at the same place again. The beach was not crazy busy. Early mornings and late evenings were so peaceful.

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

Perfect location! The place had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat - just walk out the door and you are right there. Both the beach and pool were amazing and never super crowded. The place is spacious and allowed the 4 of us to have our own space, but also be together in the kitchen/living room area and balcony. There are big TVs in every room, which allowed us to watch our own thing late at night. The 2.5 bathrooms helped us all clean up quickly after a day at the beach. Even the garage parking spot was nice and close to the elevator, which helped when we had luggage and groceries to bring up. The condo even provides luggage and shopping carts in the garage, so we only had to take one trip up. There is a full closet of beach items for everything you will need. There are also several games and puzzles to keep you busy inside. We washed clothes several times during the week. Melody was very responsive for the couple questions that we had during the trip.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.
