We enjoyed our stay very much.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet! Franz hat an viele Details gedacht, das haben wir gemerkt - Schokoladenosterhasen 🙂, Wasser, Soda, Milch, Käse ... und die hilfreichen Anleitungen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Check-in einfach: Schlüsselbox mit Code. Lage: Da zu unserer Zeit die U6 wegen Reparaturarbeiten nicht bis nach München-Hadern fuhr, haben wir die Buslinien 54 (H Aurikelstr. 5 Min. Fußweg) oder 56 (H Marchioninistraße 18 Min. Fußweg) genutzt, um mit einem Umstieg in die U6/U3 in die Stadt zu kommen. Die Variante Marchioninistraße ließ sich gut mit einem Frühstück im Café Widmann verbinden. Mit Bus X6 und U4/U5 kommt man auch gut in die Stadt. Vielen Dank an Franz!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Apartments war wirklich klasse. Das einzige kleine Manko war, dass das Bett bei jeder kleinen Bewegung knarzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

Ein wirklich sehr tolles Haus. Leider waren wir nur ein Wochenende, wären gerne länger geblieben. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Reiko er utrolig serviceminded og har en fantastisk bolig til 4 personer. Der manglede ikke noget, og Reiko var hurtig til at svare, hvis vi spurgte om noget. Det eneste, vi savnede, var aircondition på det ene af værelserne, da der blev utrolig varmt. Vi vil helt klart anbefale hans bolig til andre.

Very easy and smooth stay. Peaceful and spacious house with everything we needed.. clean and located in a very convenient spot, close to Munich Messe. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Small town, but big enough to find everything needed. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re in the area for a tradeshow and you have a vehicle.

Die Vilstalhütte ist einfach traumhaft – perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und neue Energie zu tanken. Die Lage ist wunderschön und die Hütte top ausgestattet, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort: Hier wurde mit Herz geplant. Nic ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und sorgt dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die eine besondere Auszeit suchen!

I had a great stay at this beautiful location! The villa was exactly as described spacious, stylish, and perfect for a gathering. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. My only issue was the cleanliness, which could have been better. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I would consider booking again in the future. Looking forward to seeing improvements in that area :)

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Wir haben über Silvester wunderschöne Tage verbracht und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Dazu beigetragen hat auch Lars, der im Erdgeschoss unter der Wohnung wohnt und sehr freundlich, angenehm und hilfsbereit ist. Jeden Tag haben wir für schöne Spaziergänge in der verschneiten und ruhigen Umgebung genutzt. Insgesamt: absolute Empfehlung - vielen Dank, Lars!

Very large comfortable townhouse with everything you need. We appreciated Nadia’s communication, especially the fact that there was a seasonal time change. Munich’s historic city center is a walk and then train ride away but it is amazing! We can highly recommend this place to stay!

Inge’s home was perfect for our family of two adults and two teenage girls (15 & 18). Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fantastic, huge bathroom in the basement, laundry is also in the basement which made it very nice to wash our clothes after a week in Paris before we arrived at Inge’s wonderful home. A five minute walk to the U-Bahn stop was very convenient also. A wonderful Gasthaus is a two minute walk away with great food and prices. We got to the know Francie our waitress each time we visited and she also made our visit very memorable! 15-20 minutes to anywhere downtown or to the BMW museum in Schwabing by car also. Parking your car at Inge’s was easy. Marienplatz is only a few U-Bahn stops away and you can get to many museums by foot from there. We absolutely loved our time there! I had lived in Munich in the 1980’s so I knew my way around and Inge’s home my return very memorable! You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

Mark, the son, was ready to answer to any questions and Mark and Barbara were were best that I have ever experienced among airbnb hosts. The place was perfected located in safe, clean neighborhood, very near from the subway station, only 3 minutes walk from the exit. The house is so clean and dirtless. We had enough towels, and many kinds of toiletry. Super kind, perfectly prepared house for guests! We had a great time and we will definetely visit again when we are given a chance to be Munich again!!Thank you for everything! Going back to Korea with good memories in Munchen with Robert and Barbara, and the puppy, Peanut : ) !

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable house with a great outdoor space. The kids loved the chickens, bunnys, and the trampoline. Lots of opportunity for kids to play and have fun. Very enjoyable for us grown-ups, too, with nice indoor and outdoor spaces and a decently equipped kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Vermietern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz im Haus, einfacher Zugang zum Garten, direkter Parkplatz vor dem Haus und viele Orte fussläufig zu erreichbar. Auf jeden Fall ein toller Ort um mit seinen Kindern ereignisreiche zu verbringen. Gerne wieder :-)

it was a great staying in the house, it's really cozy and well decorated, it has all you need and the neighborhood is beautiful. 15 minutes away from the train stations if you walk.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Alexandras Unterkunft! Es ist alles liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet... Der Ofen macht es sehr gemütlich und die Sauna ist ein Highlight! Ein guter Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht - innerhalb von 30-60 Minuten kann man sehr viel unternehmen (Rodeln, Wandern, Salzbergwerk, Salzburg...). Lieben Dank, wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt!
