Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Olimme työmatkalla ja majoitus oli tähän tarkoitukseen erittäin hyvä. Makuuhuoneet ovat tilavia ja sängyt hyvät. Äänieristys huoneissa hyvä. Kohteessa hyvä, ja neljälle hengelle iso oleskelutila. Emme käyttäneet keittiötä, mutta se vaikutti hyvin varustellulta. Kohde oli siisti ja muutenkin viihtyisä. Kulku kohteeseen tapahtui applikaation avulla ja se toimi kohdallamme hyvin. Alue on rauhallinen, mutta aivan lähellä ei ole juuri palveluita. Bussipysäkki on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä, joten liikkuminen oli melko helppoa.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig . Karin kümmert sich sofort wenn man ein Anliegen hat.Alles in Allem , wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Ihr.

had a small issue with the shower which I address myself. that aside towels were fresh and clean. shower pressure was superb. bed was comfortable also. views out of this world. thank you Heinz

Die kleine Wohnung von Katharina und Max war ideal für unseren Zwischenstopp auf der Rückreise nach Berlin. Max hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und hilfreiche Tips für den Abend gegeben. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Für ein Kurztrip nach Regensburg können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Bäcker, Restaurant und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch die Innenstadt ist nicht weit entfernt. Alles super, danke. LG Dietmar und Johannes

Wir waren 5 Tage da. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Sehr gut fand ich, dass die Kinder den Garten samt Spielzeug mitbenutzen durften.

Schöner Kurzurlaub :) Das Apartment „Abendrot“ hält was es verspricht - Einen traumhaften Ausblick und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge :) Der Check-In verlief einwandfrei, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt :) Sabine und Stefan haben sich (auch aus der Ferne) sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig, sehr kurze Antwortzeit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :)

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

Alles super funktioniert, saubere und moderne Wohnung. Hat uns gut gefallen!

Tolles AirBNB, sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet, außerdem jede Menge Ausstattung, zb zum Kochen... sehr bequemes Bett. Nur 5 Minuten zum Theresienplatz und -Center, dort gibt es einen Rewe zum Einkaufen.

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.

Schönes Apartment in super Lage ( 5 min zum See und zur SBahn!) Als Mutter mit 3 Teenagern etwas eng ( liegt in der Natur der Sache!). Aber für 2 Erwachsene mit kleinen Kindern oder zur dritt total ok. Wir hatten noch ein Luftbett dabei, damit die Geschwister nicht kuscheln mussten. Also für uns ok. Super nette Kommunikation, sehr schöne Terrasse, tolle Küche (einziger Kritikpunkt. Nur eine Kapselkaffemaschine - das war Folter für meine Ökoseele. Hätte mir ne Frenshpress o.ä. gewünscht... aber Kapseln gestellt- super lieb. Napf für Hund ebenso). Deshalb trotz der Ökosünde volle Punktzahl!!!

The communication is very good and friendly from the first minutes of booking. The apartment is located very central location and it was very clean. Highly recommended if you want to stay close to Munich City Center. I will put this apartment top of my list for my next visit to Munich.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Wunderschön, genau so wie auf den Bildern - habe mich direkt wohlgeführt und würde es immer wieder buchen!

I am very grateful to have this experience in Franz house. Everything we need is there and it's actually just 23min with car to the city center. I definitely would recommend it to my friends who really want to experience a comfort & daily life in Munich.

We loved the place, very clean, nice neighborhood, close to restaurants and coffee places. Very nice town, I will stay again. I recommended it.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Die Nachbarin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber. Einziger Nachteil an der Wohnung, ist dass der Ofen recht laut ist in der Nacht.

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft, ruhige aber gut vernetzte Lage. Für unseren Kurzurlaub mit Kids einfach ideal. Vielen Dank!

We had a great time at this beautiful home in Munich and the host, Lemlem was exceptional. She met us at the apartment when we checked in and was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this location to all fellow travelers!
