This is a cozy comfortable and quiet little seaside apt. The sunflower decor is sweet and sunny with sunflowers tastefully placed around the apt. The bed and linens were very comfortable with extra special touches in bathroom with a claw foot tub ( wonderful for a relaxing soak ) and a rain shower shower head . The efficient and compact kitchen has all that you need for small meals with real dishes, glassware and silverware. There is no TV altho there is WiFi……it’s a short walk to the beautiful Heceta Beach!! You can’t beat this! I hope to return one day! Thank you Norma & Gregg❤️🌻🌞🌊

Lovely, old Craftsman home. Shower situation was as described, but doable. Would have liked to have the option of a TV to watch movies, but there is wifi, so you're good with a laptop. Location is quiet and a quick drive to restaurants and entertainment. I'd stay here again.

Great relaxing stay!

Idyllic retreat. My family enjoyed walking the riverside trails on the property in the mornings. Apartment has all the basics to be comfortable. clean, warm, and welcoming. Cute farmhouse and cowgirl theme decor. Bedrooms and living area are all connected but has sliding doors. Host was very nice. Good communication.

Great location adjacent to lovely Hendrick’s Park and the trail network. Willamette River views from the balcony. Walkable to the UO and restaurants. The house was beautiful, well equipped, comfortable and set up for hosting a large group looking to relax. Pool table, arcade games, poker table, shuffleboard table, hot tub and private deck. Highly recommend!

Lisa’s place is fantastic! It's in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with an incredible deck and backyard. This house is perfect for two families traveling together and multigenerational families traveling together. Lisa is a great communicator, answering any questions I had very quickly! You won’t be disappointed with Lisa’s place. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Ericka's home is a delight! She has thought of every amenity and comfort, so it's easy to feel welcome and pampered. Comfortable beds, luxurious linens, and a chef's kitchen, and so many little deluxe touches. The home is a pleasant walk to historic Cottage Grove, and a quick drive to the rest of the region. Delicious restaurants, antique stores, a thriving art scene, great hikes, and covered bridges... Why wouldn't you stay here?

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s a lovely home and is exactly as described on the website. Very quiet neighborhood and a beautiful walking path through the Masonic Cemetery which is just across the street. I’d love to stay there again.

Paul's place was clean, neat, quiet, co.fortable, and secure. Altough I can my own transportation, everything was within walking distance. I stayed at this airbnb for two months and I had no prolems at all. I definitely recommend Paul's place for anyone looking to spend time in Eugene, Oregon!!!

This is the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Because it is Catherine's home, not just a rental property, you feel like a special houseguest in a friend's gorgeous home. The bedrooms are exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen and pantry are stocked with everything you could possibly want. The beautifully landscaped yard--with roses and shade, a fire pit and hot tub -- is an oasis of calm. There is even a yoga studio upstairs. The "Whit" is a funky neighborhood, for sure, but Catherine's description on the listing is spot-on, and we felt completely safe. Downtown is just a mile's easy walk -- we didn't even have to rent a car. We didn't want to go home! (And don't neglect to check out her bakery, Sweet Life Patisserie, just down the street!) Thank you, Catherine, for everything.
