Great place for a tranquil visit! Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful home, well kept. Love the balcony in the back of the house, nice to sit outside with a morning cup of coffee!

This studio was great for my visit to University of Oregon for Dad's weekend. Fantastic location right on Laurelwood Golf Course and an easy walk to campus. Super clean and comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Our family rented the 3 bedroom loft overlooking the property and ocean. We were gathering to mourn the loss of a beloved family member and the setting was the most beautiful, peaceful, and healing space we could have hoped for. Our beloved was a former commercial fisherman so being able to see the very expanse of ocean in which she had fished for dungeness frequently made this place very special. It was big and open and perfect enough to hold the enormous, oceans of love, that we and others who gathered with us, were there to share and express. Jana was a kind, patient, and gracious host, even as she had to redirect some of our friends and family to the proper door for our unit. This place, and its host, is the embodiment of kindess, love, peace, beauty, and healing.

Highly Recommend. The house is huge, the kitchen is clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Stayed overnight on a business trip with my coworker: very affordable and clean.

We've stayed here three times now. We love the location and especially the giant living room and dining areas. Beautiful view of the river -- most visible in the winter when there are no leaves on the trees. Host is very welcoming and responsive. I'm sure we'll be back again!

Stayed in town for a volleyball tournament and this was a much better experience than the surrounding hotels. The place was perfect for our family, very comfortable and cozy. Scott's a great host and was very responsive when my daughter left her woobie behind. We will definitely stay again for the next tourney at Bob Keefer.

We’ve stayed here before and it is a go to place when visiting family in Eugene. Lots of space, clean, quiet location and easy to get to various parts of Eugene.

The location was perfect, with (mention any nearby attractions or conveniences). We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Ann and their property highly enough.

This space was great! Sarah and John were great communicators and also very friendly. The condo was clean and well-appointed with close proximity to local shops/restaurants. Looking forward to a future stay!

Our stay was amazing. The fully stocked kitchen was super helpful for our Thanksgiving get together. There was plenty of space for us 4 and our dog plus our relatives that came to visit for the holiday meal. Everything was clean and good quality. Rooms were comfy and spacious. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. This duplex is located just down the street from a grocery store and restaurants which was super convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay, clean and had some extra perks (coffee, water, toiletries). Good location, park nearby for walking.

Sean was an outstanding host, and very responsive to my questions and requests. His place was clean, spacious, and I really appreciate having a TV in the living room and in the bedroom! Everything was as advertised. Two things that I would comment on. The first is using synthetic bed linens. Practically every Airbnb host does this now and it is so annoying. What ever happened to cotton? The other thing is, and it's not the owner's fault, but the alley to reach the parking spots is full of deep potholes. My car sits low and I had to go about 3 mph so I didn't bottom out. Otherwise, everything was great.
