Le logement correspondait à nos attentes et à nos besoins, le temps de ce long week-end professionnel à Tours. Calme et fonctionnel, places de parking en bas d'immeuble et ligne de bus toute proche.

Appartement bien aménagé avec beaucoup de goût qui crée une ambiance chaleureuse. Décoration épurée et très soignée, la cheminée fonctionnelle est un plus. L'appartement est très bien situé au cœur du centre historique, au calme et aux abords immédiats de la Loire. Description et photos conforme à l'annonce. Merci à Harold, notre hôte, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa réactivité, et ses nombreux conseils sur la ville et la région. C'est avec plaisir que nous reprendrons ce logement pour un prochain séjour.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! A huge thank you to Vincent and David for their easy communication and willingness to help throughout our stay—it made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location right in the city center, making it super convenient for exploring. It’s beautifully decorated with a unique and tasteful style, and the kitchen is absolutely amazing—perfect for anyone who loves to cook. The place is fully equipped with everything you could need, from a great TV area to Bluetooth speakers and top-notch bathroom hardware. One of the biggest highlights was the private garage—an absolute lifesaver that saved us a lot of hassle while traveling around the region. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting! Would love to come back.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette petite maison atypique. La terrasse est agréable pour prendre un café au soleil (nous ne l'avions pas vue sur les photos donc c'était une bonne surprise). Si nous devons repasser dans la région nous reprendrons le même logement sans hésitation.

Logement hyper propre, hote super accueillant ,souriant, super réactif et chaleureux. Sam est une personne accueillante et se souciant du confort des voyageurs. La descriptions du logement ainsi que les photos correspondent à l'annonce. Un grand merci a Sam pour ce sejour. Je recommande le logement ainsi que l'hote. Nous y reviendrons volontiers ☺️

Logement idéalement situé pour notre famille en recherche de calme, tout en restant aux portes de Tours. La maison d'Alexandre est très propre et joliment aménagée. Nous n avons manqué de rien (mention particulière pour la cuisine bien équipée). Alexandre est très réactif et l'accès à la maison avec appli sur smartphone se fait facilement.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Gennes chez Myriam. Hôte sympathique et attentionnée. Belle maison dans un écrin de verdure. Bien aménagée, fonctionnelle et meublée avec goût. Je recommande à 100%.

Séjour entre amis très agréable dans une maison spacieuse et confortable. Céline a été très amicale, s'assurant que tout se passait au mieux. Le logement est très bien équipé pour des moments de convivialité et de détente, dans un quartier très calme. Je recommande fortement !

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Had a great stay in Tours at a very well located flat in a lovely part of the town. Close to the river and easy walking distance to the town centre and train station, and the garden was really pleasant to sit outside in when the weather was good. Adeline was a great host and would definitely stay again the next time I’m in Tours.

I stayed at Jean-Marc's place for the weekend, and the studio was better than I had expected! It is quite centrally located, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Being a studio, every inch of the space was well thought through, to maximize space. Well worth it, I definitely recommend it!

Albert est un hôte accueillant et le contact est facile. Le studio est bien amenagé et propre. Idealement situé proche de la gare. Le bruit des trains n'a pas ete gênant pour moi. Merci Albert et à bientôt
