Had a great stay at Bernie's beautiful lodge, she was a very good host and I would thoroughly recommend staying here, would definately book here again, thanks Bernie!

John was very kind and considerate and even helped me get to somewhere local I wanted to see. Room was cozy with two beds and a comfortable chair by the window with a coffee and tea service. There is a living room with comfortable leather furniture and a nice big TV. Internet was fast with password clearly posted in room. There was a space heater to augment the radiator should you need more heat. A nice and comfortable setup. Would stay again.

I've stayed with Bernie twice now and I absolutely love the space. It's a short, easy drive from Tullamore and other amenities. The breakfast and sitting room gets such nice light in the morning and afternoons, it's very hard not to tarry there longer. The ensuite and room are as listed and very clean. Hairdryer and flat iron provided with small vanity mirror. Bernie is a wonderful host, responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend to others looking for some quiet space in the country.

staying with Jean was just what we needed after getting engaged over xmas. Jean is such a fantastic host , very engaging and helpful. the house was beautiful, comfortable, cleand and relaxing. without a doubt we will be returning.

Mon copain et moi avons séjourné 1 mois dans le meilleur Airbnb d’Irlande qu’il pouvait y avoir. Nous 2 sommes Français, qui parlait à peine anglais, mais Uve et son mari nous ont super bien accueillit : on s’est senti chez nous. La chambre, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont super. C’est aussi génial de pouvoir parler avec les autres convives, cela nous a permis d’améliorer notre anglais. Je vous recommande fortement se logement et remercie cette famille, ainsi que le super Blackie, de nous avoir si bien accueilli !
