Fully-equipped spacious house on the quiet street, but in the city centre and near all main city attractions. The house is very cozy and has all necessary things for relax and comfortable remote work. We enjoyed every minute here and totally recommend to stay at this house during your travelling in Luang Phrabang.

Couldn't be better! We loved staying in Maddie's beautiful home, it's the perfect location being opposite the Mekong and a nice walk into town (about 25 minutes into the centre). The beds are incredibly comfortable, the whole house super clean, we couldn't fault it. Maddie is an amazing host, and a visit to her cafe is a must too!

The property has everything we needed for a short vacation in Luang Prabang. The most famous Buddhist temple wat xiengthong is located directly opposite the property. And there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars on the same street further away from the house. I will definitely stay here again if I happen to come to Luang Prabang again.

여러명이 같이 간 여행이라서 아침저녁에 함께 모여 이야기할 장소가 있었으면 해서 예약한 숙소였는데, 예상한대로 넓은 거실이 있어서 이야기를 나누기가 참 좋았습니다. 조식도 매우 맛있었습니다. 물론 오성급 호텔의 부페식은 아니었지만, 아침을 많이 먹지 않는 저희에겐 딱 적절한 수준의 아침식사였습니다. 무엇보다 친절한 호스트와 스텝분들의 친절과 정성에 깊은 감명을 받았습니다. 라오스에서 내집과 같은 편안함을 느끼게 해 주셔서 감사합니다.

The home is SO peaceful, clean, comfortable and spacious! We love the big yard, patio area and front yard. Great places to spend time being present with life and nature. The house also has all the appliances you need for a long stay 😊 we love it here! We’re also able to get a lot of work done with the wifi speed. Video Conferencing with our team is great. Easy and fast to get rideshare pick ups like Xanh or Loca here. Doi Doi is so lovely and pleasant! She is willing to accommodate her guest’s needs and so quickly to respond. They have such an efficient cleaning team who comes in to clean so quickly and does such a great job! Overall such a great stay!

Great location, shopping mart downstairs, shopping mall nearby and lots of other shops too. Malina is a very responsive and helpful host. The room is somewhat small for 2 people, but very modern and convenient with good furniture. Good aircon, good city view from balcony. Swimming pool and gym facilities made the stay much better.

Chanthi is an incredible host and a lovely person! She welcomes you with a basket of fresh fruits and the warmest smile. The house is spacious and well-equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. It's a bit further from the city centre, and one of the bikes was a little tall for us, so we mostly walked or rented a motorbike. The neighbourhood dogs (all pets) can be unpredictable and bark at night, but once introduced, they become friendly. If you're afraid of dogs, talk to Chanthi—she'll happily find a solution. Overall, it was a memorable and highly recommended stay!

Compact space but has everything needed - comfortable living area, good kitchen facilities and bathroom. Washing machine on the balcony very useful. The studio flat is in a lifestyle condo - excellent swimming pool and gym on 4th floor. Shopping mall across the road with a supermarket adjacent. Ground floor cafes and restaurants and more available nearby. Easy to walk to points of interest - main bus station is a few minutes walk away. Enjoyable stay.

Endroit parfait pour une première fois à Vientiane. Proche de l'aéroport et du centre-ville, le fleuve est au bout de la rue. L'appartement était propre et bien situé.

Everything was as described. I enjoyed my stay here and it was a good choice.

We stayed for a month, working out of the apartment and enjoying the attractions at a leisurely pace. The apartment was great for working! The internet worked very well, and Damian ensured that we had ergonomic setups, even sending over a better desk and chair. Everything else we needed was already in place in the apartment. We also really enjoyed the location. The bikes made it very easy to get into town wherever we wanted, and the area felt interesting. We got to see the alms ceremony right outside on the street, a much more quiet affair than on the peninsula (well, apart from the chanting). We were also very close to a few great sunset-viewing spots b And the noodle shop across the street was very handy for breakfast or lunch. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend this place! Lot of restaurants and beautiful temples just in front of the property. Cheap but great massages around. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly from the air conditioned, shower, kitchen, washing machine, etc. It was really easy to find the location with the address that Apollo gave me and even he booked a taxi for us when we checked-out, that was super helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Totally worth it! Thanks for everything.

We loved this place. Nice house, dogs running around. We rented a bike from the owner, without needed to sort anything in the city :) Cooking was super easy. There's fully equipped kitchen. And opposite of the house is a fresh market. Internet was fast enough to work remotely. I can totally recommend this apartment.

The room is incredible has everything you need and all appliances and amenities work perfectly. Any issues we had we always communicated with the host who was super responsive and proactive—-five stars don’t make her justice. I can’t recommend this place enough. Excellent service.

Andrea and his wife Li are great hosts. Very friendly, warm and helpful. The property is all that the pictures and description says...and more. The house has been very tastefully and artistically done and still is very cosy. It is located in a residential area away from the tourist drags so is very peaceful. Andrea has his Secret Pizza in the same compound. It's open only on Tuesdays and Fridays in the evening. Do try and eat here. They make truly excellent pizzas. Definitely a place we would return to.
