Becky’s spot was one of the better airbnbs I’ve stayed in while in NOLA (and I’ve been in some great spots). This airbnb stood out due to its location. It’s walkable to Magazine Street and the parade route if you’re traveling solely for Mardi Gras. Great restaurants are in the surrounding area (Pizza Domenica is amazing!!). Becky and her husband are super sweet and were the first ones to reach out to us. They were super accommodating, making sure we had a comfortable stay. The area we were in was safe (huge factor for me when staying in NOLA) and beautiful. Just the walk to Magazine Street was breathtaking. When driving to get coffee early one morning there were people (mainly women) who were out alone walking their dogs. That was super telling to me how great of an area we were in. I’d stay at Becky’s Airbnb every time if possible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Thank you Becky for a great stay!

Victoria and Luan were great hosts. The house is perfect for four people. We loved the peaceful location that made it very easy to access the Garden District and the Marigny. Walkable cafe's and great breakfast spots. Communication was fantastic. Perfect stay for Mardi Gras

Tony was a great host ! He was very helpful and communicated well when I needed help with anything ! I stayed for 3 months and I honestly would have stayed longer cause it felt like home ! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that feels like home away from home.

Great place to stay truly! Would come back if we come back again to LA! Best part was waking up every morning and seeing the horses! The place is amazing, very much what I expected if not more! Owners are super nice, we chatted with Reuben and met the puppy dog! 10/10 atmosphere, 10/10 owners, 10/10 rental!

This is the perfect space with the perfect host! The host left a wonderful surprise that made the whole experience. Easy walking distance to the French Quarter with wonderful restaurants and they also recommended great spots.

Karen's place was clean, functional, and in a great location -- two minutes walk to Audubon Park, a short walk to shops and a grocery store, and an easy stroll to the streetcar on St Charles. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet, so we got great sleep. We stayed for 5 nights while visiting our daughter's family nearby and Karen's place couldn't have been more convenient -- highly recommended!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay during our time in NOLA! I chose this place before I even booked my flight 😂 Ryan gave a lot of good recommendations for food & sightseeing. Highly recommend Superior Seafood & Oyster Bar, which is about a 5 minute walk away. We enjoyed the hop on/hop off trolley tour, food tasting, and a river cruise with the best seafood buffet. We looked forward to coming back each night to Ryan’s since it was in a quieter part of the city. Other highlights we want to shout out: Bons for their beignets & cala Alberto’s for their muffuletta French Market for their bourbon pecan pie Rouses for their praline filled king cake (even though mine didn’t have a baby) There is so much to experience in NOLA, especially the Garden District, where you can really see the true southern charm in this historic city. I look forward to booking with Ryan when I visit again!

This place was amazing, especially for Mardi gras. Great location and the place was beautiful. Sylvia does a fantastic job and we would recommend this place to everyone.

Great location to walk to all the great restaurants and shops on magazine. Very convenient to the parades as well. Overall a great place for the weekend. Casey was responsive regarding check in and check out and very helpful.

Allison was an incredible host! She communicated preemptively, effectively, and efficiently. She and John even invited us to their annual Mardi Gras party, which was a blast! My luggage was delayed arriving, and she offered me anything I needed while waiting. The place was very safe (gated front entrance) and perfectly located. I would recommend Allison's place to anyone wanting to visit NOLA.

What a beautiful place, nicely decorated with so many thoughtful amenities. We loved our stay. The neighborhood was also wonderful.

Khalil's place was fantastic! The location is perfect, right between the French Quarter and Frenchmen street. It is very quiet inside. Bed was extremely comfortable. Khalil was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay at Khalil's place again!

We stayed at Andy's place during Super Bowl week. Even though New Orleans is tremendously busy during such a week, Andy's apartment served as a great spot to be close to the city or the Superdome and escape the overall traffic at the same time. Communication with him was very easy, even though he was out of the country for a couple of days during our stay. When we needed a second set of keys, he let them deliver immediately. He took care of all the things that we needed. Great host, all in all.

Jeannette was one of the best hosts we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. The place was lovely and we felt right at home during our stay. Couldn’t recommend it more to any potential air bnb-ers.

Our stay at Jannette's was flawless. If you like to walk, the neighborhood is enchanting. Restaurants are within walking distance and a nice grocery store is only a couple of blocks away. The amenities are great. We felt very comfortable and safe. Jannette loves her home and it shows. We will be staying with Jannette again.

Given the price and location, it was absolutely worth it!

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

Perfect, walkable location in the garden district, ideal for getting to and from mardi gras parades and accessible to all of the great restaurants on or near Magazine St. Though there are several air bnb units on the property, we didn’t have any issues with noise from neighbors

This charming shotgun house in Mid City had a great location in a quiet residential neighborhood. Close to Morning Call and Cafe du Monde in City Park. Shopping and restaurants close by. The house was far removed from the noise and numbers found in the French Quarter and Central Business District, but one can easily reach them by a scenic, half hour streetcar ride with a stop just a short block away. You don't want to drive to the Quarter: the streets are torn up and crowded pedestrians, not all of whom are completely sober, and parking is nearly impossible to find on the street, and New York City prices are charged for secured private parking. Every other location in the city is just a short drive from Ian's house. My wife and I found it an ideal place for a long weekend.

This was a lovely home, very clean and host provided all the essentials for our stay. It was a bit different to find the unit so be sure to pay attention to the host’s directions. I had to call her back a few times because we got a bit lost. This was one of the most lovely and inviting places I have stayed at so far. It is very close to LSU if you are in town visiting students. The area is lovely!

Had a great stay at The Syd for a bachelor party weekend! Despite weather not being the warmest we were still able to enjoy the hot tub and even the pool as that too is heated. The location is walkable to many destination and close to trolley tracks. Definitely consider staying here if you need a place to accommodate a large group gathering!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. It was fun to look for Mardi Gras favors hidden by other guests around the home. We found something new everyday. It was unseasonably cold during our visit and so was the bathroom. We contemplated purchasing a small room heater but decided not to. We discovered that if we left the bathroom door open at all times it would warm up. The hot tub was amazing even more so with the cold temps. We would definitely stay again.
