Would firstly like to thank Ida 😊 she was an amazing host with quick repsponses & answering all my questions. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. We were a family of 2 adults & 2 kids and we all fitted perfect. It is close to restaurants & only 10mins to santa claus village & ski resort. The kids loved the sledging hill across the road. Perfect location for a break in rovaniemi and would highly recommended ❤️

The living space is comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, convenience, and breathtaking scenery, this is it. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Laura and Antti was most comfortable and memorable. They were both responsive and helpful. We had an early morning check in having booked the place from previous night onwards. Laura offered to pick us from the station and helped us check in. The place was exactly as described in the listing and as shown in the pictures. All things of requirement were present. The place overlooks the river and is barely a 2 min walk. The tourist informatiom center is a 5 min walk away. Most tours start from here. Supermarket, coffee shops, market place and bus stops are all at a 5-7 mins walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We enquired about getting a sledge for our 5 year old and they got that for us the very next day. We found their place through a recommnedation from a friend who stated 7-8 years ago and would definitely recommend to friends who will travel to Rovaniemi !

We had a great 8 night stay at Laura’s apartment. It had everything we needed to base ourselves for a week of adventuring in Rovaniemi and is pleasantly close to town. The apartment was peaceful and the building has a clothes washer and drying room which we really needed! The bed is somewhat firm but that’s obviously personal preference, just something to be aware of. We still slept great!

Very nice clean and spacious apartment with views of the river. Walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Communicated promptly.

This place is immaculate. It’s so light with lots of windows, and spotless. It has food stashed everywhere and even its own sauna ! It’s such a beautiful spacious apartment with lots of cute furnishings and very cosy. The hosts were very helpful. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in . Thank you! Also a great location.

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Hemos pasado 5 días en casa de Daiva fantásticos. La casa tiene de todo, super cómoda, super cerca aunque nosotros teníamos coche de alquiler. La sauna es un plus,los trineos para los peques otro plus. Recomiendo mucho esta casa y volvería a repetir encantada

Miia is a great host. She is super helpful and help us a lot before we arrive Rovaniemi. The house is such a beautiful place to stay, be it the house environment or their surrounding area. It is too big for 4 of us but we did enjoyed it due to great location in front of the lake. We experienced Northern Light just in front of the balcony. Very recommended to stay! Worth it! the accommodation was perfect, there were seven of us including two small girls and we had no problems of any kind. The house was very well-kept and clean, the spaces were large and comfortable, the location was perfect. Having rented a van we always moved around easily, we could reach the city in 5 minutes, the view was wonderful and the large windows allowed you to admire it even from inside the house. The large garden allowed the girls to have fun in the snow whenever they wanted, a few steps away there is also a playground. The house is a 10 minute drive from three perfect areas to go and see the aurora, the most convenient is perhaps Olkkajärvi Rest Stop, however if the sky is clear you can also admire it from the garden of the house. We couldn't have hoped for better!

très belle maison, chaleureuse. Bel environnement et paisible. On peut prendre un sauna et ensuite descendre les escaliers et nager dans le fleuve. Nous avons vu des aurores boréales le premier et dernier jour de nos vacances depuis le chalet. Le village du Père Noël n'est qu'à 30 mn du châlet ainsi que la ville de Rovaniemi. Hôte très réactive.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to the centre to walk everywhere but much more peaceful than the areas with all the hotels. So great having the sauna as well!

The accommodation was perfect for our stay in Rovaniemi. The flat is very central and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and you immediately feel at home. I can really recommend it! Leena is a great host and was always easy to contact.

Hôte très sympathique nous avons été bien accueillis. Asko a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment fonctionnait les différents équipements du logement et nous a donnés plusieurs conseils pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, cosy, and felt just like home. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the city centre and the Arktikum museum, making it easy to explore. Everything was well-equipped, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Abel was an amazing host, very responsive and flexible, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his hospitality. There was nothing to fault, and we loved every moment spent here. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The attention to detail made our experience even better. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Johanna. Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist ruhig, privat und eignet sich super für das Beobachten von Polarlichtern. Bei Johanna haben wir die stärksten Polarlichter unseres Lebens gesehen. Johanna selbst war eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin.

L'appartement proposé par Ansa est joliment décoré avec des pièces spacieuses et chambres séparées, équipement complet. L'immeuble est ancien mais au calme et proche du centre ville. Ansa est très réactive et nous a donné des recommandations de visite et restaurants judicieuses. Très bon séjour.

Wir waren 2 Nächte hier. Schönes sehr sauberes und gemütliche Apartment. Die Sauna ist super. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Lage sehr ruhig. Antwort und Kommunikation lief super. Danke 🙏🏽

The house is very clean and the environment is comfortable. What is surprising is the large window in the kitchen, where you can enjoy the night sky and even the aurora while dining. The owner was very kind and willing to help us a lot, we are very grateful to him. If I come to Rovaniemi next time, I will stay here again.
