Place was great and just what we need for a quick trip. Lots of good restaurants near the house. House was clean and provided everything we needed and location was nice. No issues and the team responded back quickly. Would recommend.

Janet and Eric’s place is a fantastic place to stay for your visit to Michigan City. The location is walkable to downtown restaurants and entertainment, or just a short uber ride to about anywhere else you’d want to go. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and instructions were clear and simple as was accessing the apartment and checking out. Overall the apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and felt like home. They also had some great local art and artifacts in the space and some recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend Janet and Eric as hosts and their property!

Stayed for a weekend trip to the beach. Central location, about 5 minutes drive from Mount Baldy, and 5 minutes drive from Washington Park Beach. The suite is spotless, well decorated, and has more and better quality kitchen supplies than most AirBNB options (has a full spice rack, dishes, pots and pans, and a full knife block!). Beds were comfortable and they generously provided beach towels, bikes, 4 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The only negatives were that it is two blocks from a train station (as is everything else with close availability to the beach) with some early morning trains that could wake up late sleepers, and a construction site across the street- the construction noise was minimal to us, and the construction should at some point be completed. We hope to stay with Jessie again for our next visit!

She recommended the Farmer’s market and we walked there. We really had no plans and I was impressed how much was around that we could walk too. We did door dash a few times because we just wanted to relax. Outlet mall was literally across the street and we did explore that. The place was comfortable and quaint. It was plenty big enough.

Adorable 1 bed apartment steps from the beach. Stayed here for a month and was felt right at home. The apartment has everything needed. Really appreciated the comfortable mattress and furniture. Host was super with any problems and questions we had. Highly recommend!

We had a blessed Christmas Eve and Christmas with family. Thanks for helping to make that possible.

This was a very spacious and nicely kept area, had everything I needed to enjoy my couple day trip. Very close to the shopping outlet, the beach, a couple of nice restaurants (fiddleheads was great). The hosts communicated very clearly and well, they seemed super nice (didnt get a chance to meet them in person). 10/10 place and experience :)

Robert was amazing with great communication during the whole stay. He was very kind and friendly. The house was clean as was the outside and hot tub. We had everything we needed during our stay. If we are back in the area ever, we would stay here again!

This was a lovely beachfront rental with many amenities that was very clean and comfortable.. The townhouse has an array of nice decorative touches in addition to nice quality bedding and lots of fluffy towels. There are also 3 TVs, 32 balconies including a roof top outdoor area with ample seating, plus 2 ground floor sitting areas and fire pit. Multiple floors ensure quiet in the bedrooms. The unit fronts a very nice wide beach area which is only steps away. It is within a short drive of multiple restaurants, parks, wineries, and breweries. We had a last minute power outage at our regularly scheduled rental. The owner of this unit was very flexible regarding check in terms when we needed to find another rental with no advance notice.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house near Lake Michigan! The private beach access was a highlight, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The house was clean, well-equipped, and just a short walk to the beach. We could hear the waves from the back porch. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

It was the absolute perfect place for the 6 of us to rent for the Notre Dame college playoff game! Annie was a gracious host & we were welcomed by a personal note & goody basket. We have rented this place before - and have not been disappointed either time! The views of the snowy trees were breathtaking.

Nice neighborhood, easily walkable to the beach. The house is comfortable, big dining table that easily fit 8 people. We were there in December but were still able to sit outside at the fire pit. In the summer the yard would be lovely.

Great place to stay if you’re going to Notre Dame football game. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Great place for a peaceful walk or jog. The fall colors around the lake are amazing.
