The house is very tidy with plenty of space for our group to cook, eat, lounge and enjoy each other's company. We liked the large table where we set up a jigsaw puzzle and still had room for mealtime. The space in the kitchen allowed us to prepare meals together rather than one person having to do it alone. Kitchen also had a lot of necessity items for cooking. Amy was very helpful with being flexible on check in and out times. I think it would be a good idea to include a few instructions on paper in a folder. Airbnb site was down so we had to contact Amy for the instructions on locking the door when we were leaving. The area was not crowded as we stayed in Nov, off season, definitely planned that way. I imagine summertime would have had more folks staying in the other units and we would have wanted a bit more privacy. Overall it was the quiet relaxing weekend we all looked forward to especially the wonderful hot tub.

The Red Zen was very peaceful and simple. The home was adorable and cozy! My children loved their rooms, and the backyard! The home is very close to EVERYTHING! I enjoyed looking at all of the surrounding, old homes. The locals were also very friendly and helpful. This is def a destination to place on your list! I also enjoyed the fact that I could rent for just 1 night.

Shane was very responsive and the house looks exactly like the photos. Amenities are great, everything you need!! The neighborhood is so peaceful. Only recommendation is to bring your own pillows, there are PLENTY but they are very soft/thin pillows.

I spent the weekend at Geoffrey and Kristina’s ModFarm Spa at Tryon Farm for a solo wellness retreat, and it exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a luxurious, treehouse-like sanctuary. The amenities are truly top-notch—I took full advantage of the sauna, hot tub, and yoga/meditation room, but my absolute favorite was the Mr. Steam shower—pure bliss! Every detail in this home has been thoughtfully curated to create a restorative and peaceful experience. I also really appreciated the quick and responsive communication from G&K, as well as the well-stocked pantry, which went above and beyond the basics and made me feel even more at home. Their care and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of the stay. If you're considering booking—do it! This place is worth every penny, and I’ll absolutely be back.

Robert was amazing with great communication during the whole stay. He was very kind and friendly. The house was clean as was the outside and hot tub. We had everything we needed during our stay. If we are back in the area ever, we would stay here again!

Had a wonderful weekend with friends! House was in a great location where you can walk to the beach, but also easy to drive to other spots (New Buffalo, MI, outlets, ect). They have a binder with all the local restaurants , which made picking out dinners an ease. The decor is a perfect blend of farmhouse and coastal, and you feel relaxed when you enter. Home is on a quiet street, but easy to find. House was spacious and had many different spots for our group to hang out. We will be back this summer!
