Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Das Preis Leistungsverhähltniss war super. Der Host war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns bei allen Anliegen weitergeholfen. In der Umgebung sind viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu Fuß zu unternehmen und es ist nah an Mactan Newton. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die ich so noch in keiner Unterkunft gesehen habe und ebenfalls ein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen!

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Cebu and worth the price. Minimalist design, free of clutter and very cozy. Balcony was also perfect since you can see CCLEX from there. Just some concerns (although they really didn't affect our stay so much) that might be improved on for future guests-- the sink was smelly, when we got in the first time, we smelled the stench right away and it always smells whenever we use the sink, might have something to do with the building's plumbing not really the owner.. Then next is the internet connection, we can use it for FB messenger but we're unable to watch videos on our phones and watch Netflix on TV. We didn't complain because everything was bearable. Just sharing it here to set expectations especially for those who are planning to work remotely. Overall, it was still a great stay. We'll surely go back, we loved the bathroom so much. 100% for the unit's aesthetics. The owner was very responsive and always available whenever we had concerns or questions. 💜

I stayed for 3 weeks working remotely. I was sold on the chair and it delivered. The place itself has everything one could need and is ideal for working. It is in a good location, near many places in IT park.

Clean towels and bedsheets. Good aircon. Safe with locking gate at entry. Outlets for charging. Water bottle dispenser. Good refrigerator. Comfy bed. Convenient to Talisay and Cebu.

여러가지 걱정과 우려가 많아 여행하면서 에어비앤비는 이용하지 않았었습니다. 이즈미씨의 숙소를 예약하고, 이용한 후 에어비앤비에 대한 저의 생각이 기우였다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 숙소는 깨끗하고, 사진과 동일했고, 보안도 잘 되어 안심이 되는 곳이었습니다. 호스트인 이즈미씨는 친절하시고, 연락도 항상 먼저 주시고, 답변도 빨리 해주셨습니다. 지내는동안 불편함은 전혀 없었습니다. 추후 세부 방문시 숙소로 또 예약 예정입니다:)

Marn's is a excellent host I had a little issue with my keys and she was able to provide a alternative way to get back in the apartment. Very responsive even though she was away so I high recommend her place. Just some feed back that they should mention if you rent car that you will be charged for parking if you stay over night I was under the impression it was included.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was beautiful and had all the essentials. Adeline was a legend— responsive and made check-in and out a breeze. Spot on location. Highly recommended, and would 100% stay here again :)

The place is peaceful and we love that the unit is in the ground flr. The balcony is facing the pool so we enjoyed hanging out there. It is also very convenient when we had food delivered coz we didn't need to step out to get the orders. The riders just handed them to us at our balcony. The place has everything described and has all the necessities. The bed is very comfy, sheets and towels were fresh. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We actually booked his place twice and will definitely stay at his place again. We had a wonderful and restful stay. Oh and there's a 7/11 right at the main entrance of the property. Wet market is also very close where we got our fresh fish, meat, and vegetables. There's also a sari-sari store across from the entrance that also sells cooked food (carenderia). Pharmacies and bakeries are also close. You can drive there and park at 7/11 or you can take a tricycle. The location is great and the place is wonderful!

I recommend this place. Go for it and book. You will have a great time during your stay at this home like place.

Very nice place to stay. All the amenities are perfect. Stores and eateries are very close by. Room was very comfortable.

Excellent host, very responsive! We needed additional towels and the host was there the same day to hand deliver the towels! The condo was neat and clean and the Air Con in the living room and bedroom was perfect!

What a delightful stay at this Airbnb, indeed! The place was immaculate, with charm and coziness, but most importantly, my every ounce of being felt secure. One could see that the hosts had carefully worked towards offering an inviting and comfortable experience for every guest. We stayed with my family during Christmas, from December 24th to 26th. The room was beautiful and amazing. It feels like home. Overall, it's a great place to stay in a bustling, developing area! The swimming pool was super nice and great for photos. Ms. Ailyn was accommodating and quick to address your concerns. Great stay. GREAT VALUE.
