The flat is located perfectly- in the middle of town centre. It was quiet though, so no problem working or sleeping. The WiFi is super fast and stable. The maintenance issues (like bad smell in the bathroom and unresponsive keypad) were resolved promptly, within 24 hours. Also, we got a very fast response regarding finding extra bed linen. Kitchen was sufficient for moderate amount of cooking. The sofa bed in the living room was easy to set up and use. There is a door between the living room and bedroom, so which was good for privacy of online work meetings. The living room kept a temperature close to 23 deg Celcius no matter how much I adjusted the thermostat dial, but opening the window and balcony door at night helped to cool the flat off for sleep. The cleaning is once a week on Wednesday, and the cleaning crew did a grear job. Overall, it's a great place to stay, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Logement très bien équipée avec du mobilier et de l’électroménager neuf , il n’y a rien à ajouter . Convient parfaitement à une famille , toute commodité à proximité ! Bien éclairée et surtout bien agencée il peut aussi convenir à une personne en situation de handicap je pense ! N’hésitez pas je recommande fortement .

El departamento estaba impecable, equipado, con dos terrazas hermosas. Es ideal para 2 adultos y 2 niños. La ducha es genial. El barrio es increíble, parece un sueño. Está un poco alejado de Amsterdam, pero caminando 15 minutos se llega a la estación de tren y desde ahí se llega a cualquier lugar (alrededor de 10 euros por persona ida y vuelta). Es muy silencioso, se descansa perfectamente. Vale la pena la distancia. Lo recomiendo!!!

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Mooie ruimte met alles wat we nodig hadden. Wel heel gehorig, maar op een rustige locatie. Alles was op loopafstand.

The apartment is in a good location, if you’re traveling by public transportation, as it’s right next to the train station. From there, it’s just 20 minutes to Amersfoort and 40 minutes to Amsterdam. We traveled by car, and the only downside was that parking options were limited to paid parking, which was less convenient. Marco was very responsive and helpful, making our stay smooth.

An amazing host! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Great communication and thoughtful touches made my stay even better. Highly recommend!

I've stayed in alphabet apartments a few times and it has always been an enjoyable stay. they are helpful and usually quick to respond if needed

I know anyone who is looking for a place in Amsterdam must be wanting to live in the heart of it - but let me just share that this place is just out of the world where you can enjoy the charm of an amazing quite and upmarket classy suburb with the city very close with just a train ride away ! Highly recommend it!

Robin was super communicative and did everything to ensure my checkin was as smooth as possible. I got a wonderful night's sleep and will definitely stay at her place again in the future.

Eine schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit großzügiger Küche. Das große Bett (für Paare geeignet), ist im oberen Geschoss. Sollte man, wie wir, ein 2.Bett benötigen, muss eine Person auf einem nicht allzu großen Sofa schlafen. Das ist aber auch schon der einzige kleine Makel. Es ist eine tolle und ruhige Umgebung, die zum Spazierengehen einlädt. Mit dem Auto ist man auch recht schnell in Amsterdam. Es war sehr sauber und der Gastgeber stellt kostenlose Heißgetränke (Kaffe, Tee) zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt geht schnell und war sehr freundlich! Eine Empfehlung für Amsterdam-Besucher mit Auto! Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und wurden direkt sehr herzlich von Annemarieke und Joop empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und hat alles was man benötigt. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Een heerlijk plekje om tot rust te komen. Heel leuk dat je vanuit het keukenraam en vanuit een slaapkamer in de stal kijkt. Nieuwsgierige koeien kijken zo het huisje binnen. Het huisje was schoon, de bedden lagen lekker en het uitzicht over de weilanden is prachtig.

Michele's flat is an incredible value for the location! The flat is just steps away from public transport. There are also lots of great cafes and restraunts that are waling distance. She was a great host! She gave us some great reccomedations and was very accomidating and responsive. I highly reccomend for your stay in Amsterdam!

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Nächte dort. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder waren eine tolle Möglichkeit um eine gemütliche abendliche Runde zu fahren oder auch in nichtmal 20 Minuten etwas einkaufen zu können. Mit unserem Auto sind wir in knapp 1h nach Zandvoort ans Meer gefahren. Es war unglaublich entspannend und die Gegend ist sehr schön.

Me and my partner stayed here for our first holiday together. It was perfect! I’m a light sleeper but it was such a quiet neighbourhood so I slept through solid every night. The property is lovely and homely, with a comfortable bed and sofas. The bath is a great bonus! It’s a perfect spot, nearby shops, bars and cafes without it being so close that you’re near a lot of party goers. 10/10 would stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at Ella’s airbnb with my family ! The location in the heart of De Pijp couldn’t have been more convenient—everything I needed was close by. The space itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. One of the highlights was discovering a charming market just a few minutes’ walk away that sells the most delicious poffertjes. It was such a treat to explore the neighborhood! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
