This is a great spot and a really nice deal. The patio hut tub area next to the river is absolutely beautiful. The room itself is very comfortable with all the amenities you could want. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a great location right near the university and downtown. It worked well for us with 2 bedrooms and just enough space to be comfortable. We were mostly out and about, but enjoyed our stay. There's only one bathroom and it's a bit small, so having more than 3 people would get crowded, we also found the dining room table just barely large enough to have 3 people working on laptops, but there are great coffee shops nearby. All in all, it was a great value!

The pictures don't do this place justice! The view from the patio is gorgeous and felt very private. We loved using the fire table. This is the most well-stocked AirBnb I have ever stayed in, they thought of everything. The bed was amazing, everyone slept really well. I highly recommend this place for families. Lots of books and games for kids. And the best part is it was CLEAN and not run down. The carpet and furniture are new. You won't regret booking this beautiful home!

Great spot! The description is accurate. Description says one bedroom, so if you’re like me and only look at pictures, it looks like more than one bed room. This was not an issue for us! Just wanted to write this as a heads up to anyone! Really enjoyed our stay! Close to downtown and everywhere else in Loveland. Super quick trip up to Fort Collins too!

Lovely basement suite in a nice neighborhood in Fort Collins. Lots to do within walking distance and incredible biking trails. It’s an old house so there’s a bit of squeaking when people upstairs are walking around, but an absolutely charming place. We’d love to stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Laura’s place. It was very peaceful and clean. The sauna was great. Thank you for being a great hostess 😀

Absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and clearly well maintained. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s a gorgeous space, and you can tell they put a lot of care into it. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

christine gave me another quiet and lovely time. arriving late at 7:00 p.m. i was greeted by cha cha and cosmo (and christine, of course). those dogs make you feel like you are their best friend. i went into my cozy nest and all was just as i left it last month. the beauty of retreating in the same place is that you recognize everything. your old friends are still around. a cup (and saucer!) of tea and a sweet treat on the love seat with the zen light casting shadows on the wall - - ah! just what i needed to begin a much needed time of quiet rest. thank you again, christine. you put a lot of love and attention into The Quiet Place and it shows.

We drove from Virginia to Ft. Collins to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who is working on her doctorate at CSU. This was only a couple of blocks away from her house. Becky and Ryan were very friendly and super responsive. It felt just like home. If we came back we’d stay again.

Our family of four had a good stay. The location was very easy to find, not far to downtown and near a supermarket. Even though it’s on a main street we didn’t notice any noise. Jill was quick to respond to our questions and check in was easy. Everything inside was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Beds were comfy. The layout of the space is a little quirky but it worked fine for us. We had everything we needed.

Erin’s place was beautiful, clean, and a wonderful location with spectacular views! Was a nice get away in Fort Collins, outside of town, but still not too far from everything. Erin was quick to respond and a great host!

Very kind and responsive host. Our arrival was delayed and he was very accommodating. Beautiful location that felt secluded and peaceful, but also very close to the city. Best of both! Don’t miss the sunrises off the private deck!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was spotless and we had every amenity we could need. The location was great, about an hour from the airport and Estes park but so much less busy and more peaceful. The Airbnb was quirky, the downstairs floor of an old school house. It was spacious and relaxing, with a great pool table to hang out. This made a great home base to hike and mountain bike (we found MTB rentals and trails in Fort Collins). Tons of local restaurants and places to explore! If you have time i highly recommend driving the scenic route through the mountains, the windy roads and scenery made a fun and worthwhile trip (plus avoids traffic!). The host was responsive and friendly, and we were appreciative of the waters and snacks. Super clean bathroom and laundry.

This is the most serene and lovely places I have ever stayed. The garden was heaven. The place was cute, cottage-feel, clean, and full of amenities. I would stay here again.

Truly enjoyed our stay! House is in great location close to CSU and Old Town. Very cozy and updated. We had our dog with us and he was very comfortable too (we put his bed in the large bathroom). Would absolutely stay here again in a future visit in FoCo.
