My adult siblings and I are originally from the area, and needed to visit a local loved one at a challenging time. Maggie’s home was just perfect: beautiful, spacious, gracious and easy to access — and so peaceful and quiet, perfect for our needs. A real sanctuary. We stocked up on groceries from local luxurious organic market the Good Earth and cooked and ate all of our meals in the peaceful, beautiful, calm environment. (Kitchen had good pots and pans, too!) Really ideal.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Vikki made sure all accommodations and amenities were in place. We enjoyed and we will stay there again and highly recommend her. The space was excellent.

Michelle and her team are incredibly quick to respond! My original booking canceled on me last minute, and I found their place just in time. They were able to accommodate me on short notice, and I had an amazing time at their beautiful property. The outdoor deck was perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen was fully equipped, with the grill making it easy to cook. Plus, the wellness features were incredibly relaxing, providing a much-needed escape after a stressful day. Michelle was a wonderful host, so accommodating and thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here!

The house was great- 4 nice sized bedrooms and a very quiet neighborhood. Lots of interesting decor throughout the house. We were able to check in a few hours early which we loved after a having long flight from the east coast. Excellent communication from the host. The views of San Francisco and the bridge were stunning (especially sunset). We would definitely stay there again.

Holly was super responsive and so nice! The place was quiet and peaceful and my mom and I loved to walk at the park nearby. Definitely a nice little gem!

Great place to stay in Petaluma, especially with kids. Close to town and safe. Greg is an excellent host, very responsive. Our second time staying there, we hope to be back soon!

Wendy was a fantastic host and her home is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect as a peaceful and safe retreat and equally, is so close to all amenities. Can’t wait to revisit!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a BEAUTIFUL home, fully equipped. Our family traveled with kids, and the back yard was a welcomed escape. The location was walkable to downtown Burlingame, which was perfect for restaurants and grocery.

The Harry Potter theme was quite extensive. A lot to look at and smile about for the fans in our household. We spent just a couple nights in SF with our family location and space was great for our getaway!

The spot is bigger and better appointed than the photos show. The location is great and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Loved Roberto's place! Such a great neighborhood, full of great coffee and bakeries and just steps from beautiful dolores park. The listing itself was not only spacious, clean, and comfortable - it also had so many unique and fun touches that gave it true personality. Really enjoyed my time there and would be so happy to return in the future!!

Great little hideaway in a sunny part of the city, near to transportation and Golden Gate Park. Cozy spot to return to after a day exploring all SF has to offer. Be aware that the shower is over the sunken jacuzzi tub, so a big step down. Super helpful to have a good sized mini fridge and freezer as well as microwave to make breakfast or heat something from Gus’s (fancy local grocer) for a break from restaurant meals.

This little hideaway was just perfect. Comfortable bed, amazing views, warm and cozy. The view from the hot tub is worth the cost alone. The place is also perfectly stocked - everything you need, without being cluttered. Thank you for having me, Jan!

Had a great time staying here! It's a nice apartment, fairly spacious and well decorated (and many many books). The location was awesome and the highlight. You get a great view of the bay + SF from the hills. It's also close to both nice hikes and the university.

2nd time staying here! Great space with nice touches that are appreciated and it’s centrally located for Oakland and the East Bay. Will definitely come back next time I do Airbnb in Oakland

This has been the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at so far! The yard area is super cute, very well maintained and decorated. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, and the fridge was stocked with plenty of complimentary drinks for guests. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, it felt like I was sleeping in my own bed. The bathroom was well-stocked with fresh towels and personal care items. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into setting up the space. Renzo, the host, was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure the guest had a comfortable stay. Before my arrival, I asked if there happened to be a yoga mat in the unit, and Renzo made sure to get one for me. It was such a thoughtful touch (THANK YOU again!!), and I was able to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be back!

Sheila is a great host. She showed remarkable hospitality, flexibility, and understanding. Her place is a peaceful sanctuary.

Kiran is a wonderful, attentive host. Anything i needed or had a question about, he was there. It was a blessing for my family and i. I would stay there again, for absolute certainty..

Lovely spot in Bolinas, so close to the ocean that you can smell it on the breeze. Would certainly come back again.

If you are looking for a retreat that is an immersion in natural rhythms in a really quiet place (except the sound of wildlife and wind) and right on Inverness ridge trail... look no further. This place is simply magical. The soulful architecture, piles of really interesting, thought provoking literature and the expansive view of forest and rolling west marin/sonoma county hills made for the recharge I needed. Now if you are looking for the comforts of a fluffy, sterile and draft free place, or a well equipped cook's kitchen - thats not this. I was able to cook lovely food, with the sort of bare bones kitchen set up, small fridge and great sink. Very drafty and chilly at night - I built cozy fires in the wood stove (only seasonally allowed - preventing wildfires). Big windows with no curtains feels like being outside, its good that I like waking with the irrepressible sunrise - I know not everyone does. This place is rustic. I will for sure go back.

Sally’s house was beautiful! It was everything we needed and more. The location was only about 35 minutes from SF and a 5 minute walk from Mill Valley. We hope to return again. Clean and cozy! Plus Sally was very attentive.
