Great location and easy to find. WiFi worked very well - important as one of us was “WFH”. Good restaurants within walking distance. One great advantage of February - Sunrise visible from the apartment over the water at a reasonable time of day. Good communications with host. Beautifully clean. Hallway is quite dark - use your phone’s torch or something to open the key box! Instructions for aircon/heating and hot water work well (aircon will work in reverse and heat - it’s a proper heat pump). Thoroughly recommended - thank you!

The apartment is nice and cute how at home you live in it The hostess is a very cool person I often come to Cyprus and believe me I have seen different things here from paying for light and water, etc. This is the first apartment in Cyprus from which mnp did not want to leave! Thanks to Andreas - we were looking for a comfortable spot right next to the beach, and this was it! So many listings are not truly beachfront - well, this one is! Andreas was super-responsive, the place was immaculate, and we really enjoyed.

We had great time staying in Fadi’s apartment. Place was well equipped and clean,baby crib and high chair was provided by host. Fadi was an amazing host,he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Anthi was a great host, extremely responsive and helpful aswell as flexible. The place was spotless clean and just like the photos. The location was perfect, next to all shops and restaurants! Would definitely stay again and recommend! Thank you for the lovely stay!

In one word – breathtaking. We visited this place as two adults with two small children, and we all fell in love with it. Since we needed to prepare food for the kids frequently, the fully equipped kitchen—for example with plenty of sharp knives, pots, and dishes—was a huge advantage. In March, the sea was still cold, but the children couldn’t resist jumping in several times a day. That’s why we truly appreciated the enclosed outdoor shower with hot water for a quick wash and warm-up. The host responds very quickly and is extremely helpful. He knows how to be there for you as a guest. We truly enjoyed our vacation days, had a great rest, and would love to return. Thank you!

To był bardzo miło spędzony czas. Willa jak na zdjęciach. Widok wspaniały. Okolica cicha. Blisko do morza. W domu wszytko co trzeba. Czysto i pachnąco. Polecam wszystkim to miejsce !!

Wir waren als 4-köpfige familie mit kids 5 und 7 jährig dort und das haus sowie die lage sind perfekt. der strand ist in unmitelbarer nähe und das wasser dort sehr klar und sauber. alle unsere fragen wurden von der gastgeberin sehr schnell beantwortet. wir buchen wieder und können eine klare empfehlung abgeben.

Nice place to relax. Sauna was big plus for us and we loved the garden. Theres cafe within 1 min walking distance, for some fresh juice snacks and ice cream. And decent cafe/restoraunt in 3 min drive. Small minus: wifi was slow, and no working place(table and chair) Not a problem for most but i had some work to do and used bed for working and mobile hotspot.

נהננו מאוד מהשהייה אצל אלנה, מארחת ידידותית מאוד, תחושה ביתית ונעימה, מטבח מאובזר ונוח, מרפסת גדולה וכיפית, מיטות נוחות, נוף נפלא. באזור חופים חמודים, מסעדות טובות, מרחק נוח מלרנקה, קרוב לכפר לפקרה, שעה נסיעה לאיה נאפה וללימסול.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist phänomenal, alles ist sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation war tiptop, der Check-in einfach und die Lage für Ausflüge super. Wenn wir nochmal nach Zypern kämen, würden wir sicher wieder hier übernachten wollen.

Super süße kleine Doppelhaushälfte, wenige Schritte zum Strand und mit Meerblick vom Balkon. Sehr schön eingerichtet- ohne viel Gedöns, aber mit allem, was man braucht. Hervorragendes Restaurant Theta zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im März war es wunderbar ruhig. Ich komme gerne wieder 😍

Mon séjour dans le logement de Abdo c’est déroulé parfaitement. Il y a rien a redire. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir Larnaca à pied. Le logement est propre et bien climatisé. De plus, la communication avec l’hôte est parfaite et il est très à l’écoute de nos moindres questions. Je recommande ce logement à 100%

Очень понравились аппартаменты!!!!В квартире есть всё необходимое!!!Чисто,уютно!Christakis всегда на связи,если это необходимо!Большой плюс для нас,что есть балкон. Из балкона шикарный вид. Можно наблюдать за самолётами идущими на посадку. Очень красиво!!!В 10 минутах хотьбы пляж,где есть огромный выбор ресторанов на любой вкус. Под домом хороший магазинчик со всем необходимым.Работает до часу ночи. Рядом с магазином есть маленькая кофейня. Однозначно рекомендую аппартаменты всем!!!!

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Es war eine tolle Zeit bei Paula und Lion! Beide haben sich Mühe gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sauber, neu und sehr schön eingerichtet! Auch gab es ein kleines Extra wie Wein und Schokolade was sehr aufmerksam war. Die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm, viele nette Cafés und Restaurants. Die Stadt und der Flughafen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

We had pleasant 3 days at Chris's apartment. Chris was super informative. We got a huuuuuge, detailed message with all necessary information about check-in, neighborhood, shops, restaurants... Literally, everything you should know :)

The house was wonderful, very quiet and welcoming environment, very clean house and the hostess was really very kind, she accompanied me to the airport, very nice :) the environment is serene and under the house there is a convenience store and a pharmacy, total relaxation!!

Great communication with Varnavas Vine Chease Ham fresk bread Snacks And 10 grapefruits from his ovne garden, vas prepared for us at arrival. Apartment had everything we needed. Best see veuve on the backside, and great mountain veuve on the front. He also helped us wit different questions about Larnacar, before we arrived Great Hoast
