Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit unserem Kleinkind. Lourdes hat alles dafür gegeben, damit wir die Wohnung so früh wie möglich beziehen konnten. Lourdes ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch und hat sogar extra für unseren Besuch einen Kinderhochstuhl organisiert und Sandspielsachen fũr unser Kind bereitgelegt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top und die Ausstattung wie beschrieben in der Küche waren sogar eine Gewürze vorhanden. Klare Empfehlung :)

La estancia ha sido magnífica. Desde el apartamento te puedes mover con coche sin problema a cualquier parte de la isla. Puedes combinar perfectamente la estancia en la ciudad e ir a las playas.

Great location close to San Telmo station, which is a hub for the Global buses that go everywhere on the island. The neighborhood Triana is tranquil and authentic. Much nicer than the rest of the city up north. The apartment itself was cozy and clean, with good amenities. Javier is responsive and flexible about check-in/out arrangements. His brother Martin who showed us inside was also friendly. Thank you gentlemen.

There were 7 of us and we had a lovely stay, eating out at the local restaurant one evening and barbecuing the second night with food bought at the shop 4.5km away. Plenty of parking space.

Dieses Haus entfaltet eine positive Atmosphäre, und die Bilder sind authentisch. Die Terrasse bietet bei (nicht unüblichem) Wind einen perfekten Schutz. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig (keine Strassengeräusche). Das Haus hat eine optimale Lage zu den zentralen Bereichen der Insel und zu der Hauptstadt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Precioso el lugar , un poco lejos de la playa , el piso es muy conveniente tiene todo lo necesario para descansar y viajar en familia, el único tema es el del Parqueo que es complicado

Fantastic house on a small street within easy walking distance both to the sandy beach and to the rocky beautiful area off the town. Very friendly hosts, always responsive. And the house itself - brand new, very comfy beds, fully equipped and very spacious, with the “inner terrace” with jacuzzi a great highlight. Definitely recommended!

The property is beautiful & was spotlessly clean, it has a well equipped kitchen. Free parking is very close by, we found it can be tricky to find a spot if returning before the evening. Saúl our host was extremely responsive & gave us many recommendations of places to eat/visit on the island. The sleepy village of Teror is picturesque, an ideal base for hiking & exploring nearby areas by car/bus. The only negative points for us were every morning around 5am we were woken due to traffic or local businesses having deliveries. Also, the floors in the property are very creaky which is to be expected as it is an old building & this is part of the charm, but may be a problem if any guest is getting up in the night as it may wake the rest of the house. Easily solved with earplugs though.

Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt – genau wie beschrieben! Sie ist gross, sauber, gemütlich und zentral gelegen. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Bäckerei direkt unten im Haus, wo wir jeden Morgen frische Brötchen fürs Frühstück geholt haben. Auch die Lage war ideal für unsere Ausflüge. Die Bushaltestelle war ganz in der Nähe, was das Reisen sehr bequem gemacht hat. Antonio ist ein exzellenter Gastgeber – hilfsbereit, nett und äusserst freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ana has a beautiful apartment in the old town of Las Palmas. The highlights of this area are all within walking distance. The kitchen is very complete with all the things you need. It was great that Ana provided coffee, tea, fruits and water. I absolutely appreciate that. We were travelling with a baby, a cot and care products were available, making this a great place to stay with a family. Two things to keep in mind is that it can become warm in the apartment so you need to open the windows, while in the city there is always some noice coming from outside, like cars and garage doors. The other thing is parking, in the street this is only for residents so reach out to Ana for details on before hand. Great apartment, kind host, clear instructions so I would definitely stay again.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Cordelia, mit vielen Wanderungen in der spektakulären Landschaft dieser Region! Cornelia ist eine sehr liebenswürdig Gastgeberin, kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste und und ist immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und hat alles was man erwarten kann. Der Luxus von frisch vom Baum gepflückt Orangen und Zitronen ist toll. Durch das Gekrähe von Hähne und Pfauen in der Gegend sollte man sich nicht gestört fühlen. Die Aussicht über das Tal ist wunderschön! Die steile Zufahrt ist für ängstliche Autofahrer etwas herausfordernd, aber wer die Straßen in Gran Canaria befährt muß sowieso mutig sein! Vielen Dank für diese Zeit in deiner schönen Finka!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dem eben erst renovierten Appartement. Vor allem die gut ausgestattete Küche und das schöne geräumige Badezimmer haben uns gut gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer ist durch ein kluges Schiebetüren-System angenehm ruhig und gut abzudunkeln. Wir haben die Wohnung u.a. zum Arbeiten genutzt – da sich nebenan eine Schule und ein Kindergarten befinden, war es tagsüber oft etwas lauter (zum Arbeiten am besten Noise Cancelling Kopfhörer mitbringen). Die Lage in direkter Strandnähe ist hervorragend. Wir können das Appartement jedem empfehlen.

Olin toista kertaa saman majoittajan tarjoamassa huoneistossa. Gloria oli valmiina odottamassa minua ja opasti ja varmisti, että kaikki toimii. Täydellinen huoneisto kuukauden lomailuun. Nopea internet, iso äly-televisio, pimennysverhot, ranta ja kaupat vieressä. Bussiasemalle 12 minuutin kävely, kuntosalit lähellä. Täysin varusteltu keittiö pesukone ja tiskikone kuin uudet. Minulle tuotiin lisäksi 2 uutta paistinpannua. Silloin kun majoitustoimintaa tehdään intohimolla ja täydellä sydämellä, se näyttää parhaimmillaan tältä. 5/5 tähteä ehdottomasti. Ioan was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our week long holiday! Bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything that we needed. Ioan is a very attentive host that responded very quickly and gave me and my friend great recommendations for our travels around Gran Canaria. Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en el apartamento de Carmen. El apartamento es bonito, limpio, comodo y muy bien ubicado. Además está abastecido con los artículos esenciales como lavadora, secadora, utensilios de cocina etc Carmen es muy educada, amable y una excelente anfitriona. Nuestra experiencia fue impecable.

A lovely apartment within easy walking distance of local attractions, bars and restaurants. Lola was so easy to communicate with and quickly answered any questions we had. Thank you Lola!

The place is very clean with comfortable beds, kitchen equipped for simple cooking and good wi-fi. However the best part of this apartment was the view! There are plenty of grocery shops around and good restaurants are in the walking distance. It is easy to get there. Airport bus stops at Santa Catalina, from there you can take a bus but walking is also fine. If you rent a car the main motorway is around a corner which spares you driving around narrow streets of Las Palmas. Finding a free parking parking space was doable after some searching. Greatly recommended for a relaxing stay.
