This was an amazing visit!!! I have this on my go to places in Rocky Point!! The check in was so smooth and the host gave us contact if we needed anything. That was great! Contacting Chuck before the trip made everything even better. He has knowledge of the area and how to find what you need. The garage for your vehicle is a BIG BIG plus that makes you feel safe at night. Felt so secure in this rental. I WILL BE BACK!!!! Thank you Chuck!!!!

Yoshy was a GREAT host. He was available at all times as needed. We experienced a little hiccup and Yoshy did everything within his power to make things right. Yoshy went above and beyond. As we all know things can occur whenever and Yoshy handled our situation very well and professionally. Yoshy place is amazing and very clean makes you feel at home. Minutes away from the beach (walking distance). Mannys Beach House is right there. Very fun atmosphere. Some of us within our group were first timers to Rocky Point and they loved their experience. We will definitely be going back and if Yoshy’s place is available we will gladly stay there again. Thank you very much Yoshy for being such a GREAT host! 🤗

Gorgeous place! The pictures don’t do it justice. Ample space in every room. We loved every inch of it. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared. More amenities than expected, a/c everywhere including the elevators, beautiful and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, convenient trash disposal, covered parking, huge terrace and both bedrooms have ocean views! Best experience so far in PP.

Chuck and his staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The space is beautiful and modern. The beach is sandy and beautiful. Had a wonderful experience.

The place was easy to find and easy to check in. The Views are great especially from the rooftop area! The Place was spacious and the AC worked great! It looks better in person than in the pictures. Would stay here again. He has 4 units there, so a group could work out renting them all if needed and available.

The unit was comfortable and colorful and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The beach was beautiful, sandy, perfect for swimming and long beach walks. It is a 25 minute drive from town so bring food and drinking water with you so you don't have to go back. We liked the peace and quiet and it felt very safe. There are palapas in front of the units that are amazing. If you want jet skis and banana boats, there is a resort down the beach that attracted some of that. Also Chuck responded to all my questions right away. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great beach access, definitely would stay again

Great place to stay walking distance to playa bonita and the calle 13 night life worth the deal. Tight neat place with hot water and secured lot for parking. Thank you.

Excelente lugar para vacaciones! 😎 familiares y además siempre nos atendieron y ayudaron en lo que necesitamos. Eduardo el encargado, es una gran persona y muy servicial, las instalaciones muy limpias, zona muy tranquila. Como observación, se necesita mejorar el señalamiento para las villas porque se pierde tiempo buscando la ubicación. Fuera de eso.. todo excelente! Con gusto volveremos.

This was our first time to Puerto Penasco. The condo was amazing! We watched the sunrise on one side of the house and set on the other side. We will definitely return.

The whole section is amazing upon entry and love the fact you have access to a private beach. Love the fact that there is no vendors and it’s just peaceful and easy to enjoy our activities. The malecon is about 15-20 minutes away but other than that the place is pretty awesome.

Very relaxing and quite, good place to spend with your family. my kids love the pool and the beach and walk around the area. very recommended will stay here again

Stayed at Eagle Village for the Eastern Weekend. Was a great place that looked new and had great amenities. I would go back and stay here anytime.

Lo que hicimos fue un viaje familiar y la verdad mi familia quedó encantada con la casa, super comoda y la anfitriona super amable y atenta, quedamos con ganas de quedarnos un día más de tan cómodos que nos sentimos, la recomiendo 1000 porciento y no dudaré en regresar a hospedarnos ahí
