Great condo. Newer with lots of amenities. Would recommend having a second key fob for all guests. Host communicated very quickly and was able to provide a second key fob. Thanks for a great stay.

Marlene was an amazing host! She responded quickly and helped with all of our requests almost immediately. The place was beautiful and located in the middle of everywhere you would want to be. Very easy to travel to beaches or Old San Juan and lots of yummy local restaurants and bakeries nearby. Would definitely recommend this stay if you want peace and quiet with easy access to local spots.

Albin was flexible and communicative during our check in. He provided recommendations, clear instructions, and was friendly during our entire stay. The place looks just as it does in the photos - it was beautiful. The location makes a short trip to different areas/towns, and I enjoyed that we seemed to be in a local area. There were cafes within walking distance as well. We would stay here again!

Jose was a lovely host for a lovely place. The location was ideal for all we wanted to see, and Ubers were affordable from the area too! The patio spaces (yes 2!) were nice to dry our wet bathing suits or enjoy a drink while listening for the coqui frogs at night. We were really appreciative that Jose arranged for us to hold our bags after check out so we could enjoy the last hours unburdened before flying home. The beach is literally at the end of the street and beach towels were provided too! I saw another post say there was not hot water, but there was! It just takes a moment to heat up (I assume it’s a small shared water heater). Overall wonderful experience and will recommend this place to others!

Perfect home base to explore PR, both in comfort of the accommodations and location. The space is bigger than the pictures, with a fully equipped kitchen, beach supplies and toiletries. The space is beautiful and walkable to shopping, great food, groceries, and the beach. Parking was easy and the neighborhood feels safe. Eileen is very helpful with recommendations and thorough check in instructions made it smooth. Zero ways it could be better- absolute perfection!

Jose Antonio’s place is a great place to spent few days in Santurce. Walkable to many places like theaters, restaurants, live music, churches, etc. The description was more than accurate and Jose was always very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfy. We will definitely stay again.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the apartment! It was super clean, spacious, and had everything my family needed. The two balconies offered great views and a great place to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals. The location was fantastic—easy access to the beach, and the building felt very secure. The highlight for me was the two incredible pools, perfect for unwinding after a day out. A huge thank you to Victoria! She was incredibly kind, easy to communicate with, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was very spacious and very clean. It was more than we expected in the most positive way. There is an area nearby within walking distance that offers great options for food. Very authentic food and clubs in a safe a welcoming atmosphere.

Home was just as listed. If you are a light sleeper you will hear everything from traffic to roosters and dogs. Pool area was our favorite spot when not out and about. Everything is 15 mins away depending on traffic. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Amazing stay. The place was beautiful! Very comfortable. Will book again! The jets on the hot tub however did not work ( unless I didn’t know how to work it lol) overall very nice place. One thing I’d like to point out which was a little unusual was that the place was unlocked upon arrival. Might’ve been cleaning but still. Either way my cousin & I really enjoyed our stay here!

Terrance was amazing. Super responsive, helped us with all issues, pool is super clean, A/c was amazing. If you had to force me to say something negative, I’d be at a loss of words. I hope I can book this for the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny's home. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from the San Juan airport. The pool was a highlight of our trip for the kids and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We did encounter a minor maintenance issue during our stay, but it was handled promptly. Jenny was incredibly responsive and addressed it immediately, ensuring it didn't disrupt our experience. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, from pots and pans to cooking utensils. It made dining in so convenient when we wanted a quiet night at home. During our stay, we visited Old San Juan, El Yunique and luquillo beach. Overall the home is a great spot for a relaxing get away for our group of three families with four kids.

Booking this Airbnb was one of the best decisions I have made in a very long time. Alan and Roy went above and beyond to make sure my girls trip went as smoothly as it did. The moment we stepped inside, we knew we made the right choice. On the first night, we couldn’t figure out how to set up the pull out bed. Roy arrived within 10 minutes and showed us how set it up and even placed the linens on for us. I have nothing but positive things to say about the home and the hosts. We were gifted welcome baskets with sunscreen, face masks, slippers, a bottle of champagne and so much more. The house felt like home. There was not a day that went by where we felt unsafe or uncomfortable inside the house. We navigated it like we owned it, and that’s all I could ask for in an Airbnb. The proximity to the airport, restaurants, beaches, pharmacies, and our excursions made everything worth it. I absolutely would book with the Casa Laguna team if I’m ever back in Puerto Rico. Thank you all again.

We stayed in Renier's place during our trip to San Juan, PR. It was a great place and we really liked it. Apartment is very roomy with 3 bedrooms and queen beds which is great for families. It is in a great location only 5mins from SJU Airport by Uber. It worked great since our flight arrived early in the morning. You can hear Flight takeoff and Landing sounds as its close to airport, but it didn't bother us a lot. Renier was very nice and flexible with late checkins. He is very quick in his responses. Rental cars are in walkable distance to rent for the trip. Restaurants and Gas stations are in walkable distance as well.

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. We enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. Comfortable seating and beds. Kitchen had what we needed. Parking was close and easy and the location was convenient to drive to restaurants, marinas, etc.

Didnt disappoint. Sometimes you are unsure about what you are walking into, but the descriptions n quality were spot on. Feels like your are right at home and vacation all in one. Nice to have so many extras available when going to the beach, from chairs to umbrella to coolers n towels. Thanx again, my family will definitely use your home again

Beautiful clean place, close to restaurants and beaches. Pool was nice but make sure you enjoy in the morning because the sun sets at the front of the building. I loved that they provided beach chairs and coolers! Would stay here again for sure.

This was our 2nd time at Mary's, 4th in PR, and I'm so glad we returned. This time we stayed two weeks and still didn't want to leave. Ideal location set against the edge of rainforest for privacy and quiet (just frogs!). Walk one direction and see beautiful beaches with surfers and cool restaurants, residential streets. Walk the other way and find shallow/calm water protected by a reef--great snorkeling, and serene spots on the beach nestled against thick palm trees. Easy drive to: hiking in El Yunque, the nearby ecological preserve (stunning beaches for miles with almost no one there), ferry to Icacos Island (snorkeling), and bio bay kayaking in Fajardo. We also took an easy day trip to San Juan. The lovely condo has it all--washer/dryer, beach stuff, super comfy bed, ample seating, security, and private parking. Rooftop terrace is amazing for meals and views, and attached room is bright--a great spot for work or rest. Another couple stayed with us, w/ plenty of room. Mary is great!

We had a really wonderful time here! Rufo was extremely helpful with local recommendations, communication, and instructions. The complex was excellent - the pool, the security, the cleanliness, the very convenient location. Rufo left us some bottled water in the fridge, a selection of sunscreen, and the use of pool toys and beach chairs. The futon was all set up to use as a bed. The little restaurant downstairs - El Batey - was amazing! Our 3-day stay was exactly what we needed, and I highly recommend Rufo and this unit. Thanks, Rufo!
