The rental was charming in the middle of beautiful oak trees . Very safe location and provided privacy. Walkable to beach and town. Clean and well equipped. Host was available, if needed, and went over the top to make sure our stay was comfortable. Hope to return soon.

This serene home in a quiet neighborhood exceeded our expectations. It was so clean and well-organized and we almost canceled all our sight-seeing plans to just hang out in the lovely outdoor space.

Location of this place is perfect. Walking distance to the pier and local restaurants. House is functional and very nice. Tracy and Randy were formidable hosts. They were very responsive to all the questions we had.

The location can’t be beat, the house is beautiful and relaxing, and the bed was sooooo comfortable we named it the cloud. We would go back and stay again. Highly recommend!

A fabulous location, just steps from the beach and walkable to all the downtown restaurants, bars, and the pier. You really can hear the ocean. The fireplace heater was plenty for the entire unit. It's the furthest from the street, so that helped with any street noise.

I loved staying at this place with my six month old son. We had a blast walking to the beach, harbor, activities, and restaurants. The location was so perfect and we loved having our own convenient reserved parking spot. It was also so nice having a pack and play and highchair available to use. Melanie was super responsive and helpful as well. We will absolutely stay here again.

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Communication was great and the house was in very close proximity to Butterfly Beach and Downtown. Overall great experience with the family.

My family and I had a great, relaxing time at the cottage. Walkable beach is about 5 minutes from the house. Restaurants not far as well. It’s private and quiet neighborhood. The Hosts were helpful and well responsive. We will definitely be back to visit in the future!

I stayed at Ian’s for 3 nights to go mountain biking with my family. The cottage is in a wonderful location, it’s a beautiful neighborhood with views of the ocean and you can walk to a number of restaurants and a great coffee shop. Montecito is a few minutes drive away and there are so many beautiful trails right from the house. The cottage is cozy but the outdoor space is shared, which isn’t made clear in the listing and is a bit of a surprise when you get there.
