Nuestra estancia fue excelente, la casa es amplia y muy linda, muy bien cuidada, don Alexis y Doña Blanca están pendientes de lo que pueden ayudarte y te hacen sentir bienvenido, me gustó que te muestran toda la casa y te entregan lo que puedes encontrar en la cocina para ayudarte en tu estancia. Que estuviera frente a la playa fue muy importante para nosotros ya que íbamos con un adulto mayor que no puede caminar mucho y pudo disfrutarlo. Los cuartos son cómodos y ofrecen privacidad.

Dana's place is right on the beach, and a lovely spot to enjoy the Pacific ocean! Her family is amazing - Mario, Lucy, Angie and the boys are the most amazing family. They truly were there for any little thing anyone might need, and they sincerely wanted to make my stay amazing. The house is literally three doors down from a great restaurant with some of the coldest beers in Nicaragua. There are two lovely hammocks, and two private bedrooms. One private bath with hot water and the best of all - an outdoor shower. I can't say enough about how wonderful this family is! Unfortunately I had to leave early - and they were all there to see me off. They are absolutely incredible! I can't wait to return. Thanks, Dana - for everything, and hopefully see you and your family soon

Our stay at Casa Surfin was absolutely amazing! A fantastic place to unwind, in a beautiful, peaceful location with sea views and direct access to the long untouched beach. The outside terrace and garden is perfect, complete with viewing deck, deckchairs and outdoor bbq. The communication from the host and Solomon was great, offering tips and even lending us a surfboard. The track to the house is a long bumpy dirt road, it’s perfectly fine but SUV needed. Do your shopping first so you don’t have to go back and forward. A great place - We would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

La playa, la casa, el entorno del lugar lo califico como muy bonito, la atención es rápida, el personal atento, la comodidad del lugar es muy agradable, es para pasar una temporada de varios días y no falta absolutamente nada, el acceso en verano es bien fácil, en invierno es un poco fangoso, se puede entrar en vehículo bajo pero se tiene que saber manejar, es época de lluvia es mejor y seguro el vehículo 4x4, me encantó, se mezcla excelente con la naturaleza, la playa es fundamentalmente preciosa por su arena suave y playa bastante plana, la respuesta del anfitrión John es muy fluida, educada y sincera, gracias, mi familia y yo pasamos un fin de semana encantador

I love El Transito -- our family has been coming for years to the beach and this year was extra special since my parents were celebrating 50yrs of their wedding anniversary. We splurged and rented this beautiful home for a weekend and we just had a blissful time. We arrived earlier than expected, but we were able to drop off our bags w/o issues. Nelson was fantastic -- very humble and super friendly. He showed us around the house and the property. The home was huge and spacious, we took all food and took advantage of the nicely stocked kitchen and grill. The pool is immense and beautiful..I love that it overlooks the beach...I spent every waking hour in the water. The rooms and bed are very comfortable -- we didn't know how to work the cold shower I'm the bathrooms, so that should be looked at with instructions with future guests. My entire family had a fantastic time in Marazul.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely house! It was fully equipped. The place was spotless, and despite being small, it felt incredibly cozy and comfortable. The beds were absolutely amazing—definitely some of the best I’ve ever slept in! The highlight of the stay was the view. The sunset was absolutely breathtaking. The only downside was that the water was out for a while due to some ongoing repairs at the resort, but the hosts kept us informed. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

House is in a great location , it had all the necessities and amenities. Leon was a 20 minute drive to go out and eat and go out at night.

Es un lugar perfecto para descansar, lejos del ruido, muy privado. La playa es linda, logras conectar mucho con la naturaleza si eso es lo que buscas. Me gusto la casa, tal y como estaba en la descripción.

There are so many things I could say about my time here. It’s been nothing short of amazing. Helena is an extremely attentive, helpful host. Heidi the caretaker is so smiley and friendly and keeps the property clean, it’s always a pleasure to see her around. The views are stunning, wonderful sunsets. I wanted a month of solitude and peace right on the beach and this place has been absolutely perfect. More than I could’ve asked for. It’s a very pleasant walk to town, either along the beach or the road (which is fun to say hi to the locals). The walk didn’t feel far at all and there is also a fruit truck which comes by most days so you will always be stocked up and there is also a delivery service from the grocery store. If you want a simple, peaceful place to relax and connect, this place is it. It like an artists get away, it’s given me lots of creativity to write and explore new interests.

Great low key place to get away from the crowds. Will was a great host. Always there when you needed anything. Hope to visit again when we come back!

The Location is the best,right on the ocean.2 toilets,2 sort of 3 showers ,one outside. Good ac in the bedrooms Kitchen is lacking pots and you Have to buy a jug of water just down the street but is inexpensive and not an issue at all. Italian restaurant close by is excellent. Also good surf beach,rentals and lessons a 2 minute walk. Also can rent a boogey board for like $7 for the day. Suggest taking the plastic chairs and sitting in the surf to watch the sunset We’ve been there twice and will be back. Lovely hosts

My husband, our friends and our kids stayed at Jared and Jenn's for 3 days. The property is amazing, with a path right from the back door to the beach and beautiful tide pools up and down the beach that are great for kids, it was much safer than other open ocean areas. It was very clean when we checked in, Fran is amazing and so kind. Emir was great and found fresh fish for us in the village each day. Wifi was good and air conditioners were well maintained and cold.You will need a high clearance vehicle like a truck or SUV to get back to the house, it's an undeveloped road but it wasn't any issue with our truck and it's only 1km. You walk from the house along the beach to the center of El Transito in about 30-40 minutes. After being in El Transito one night, I see why the road is like that, it keeps the beach where the house is super clean, quiet, and uncrowded. You can't hear the music from town, just waves and birds during the day. We'll be back, such a special spot!!
