This home was incredibly beautiful, it's astonishing how cozy and spacious it felt despite its size. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat. The location was perfect, close to the beach, and the private pool was absolutely delightful. Communication with the host was top-notch; they were always quick to respond, which made the experience even better. Overall, my stay was amazing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway.

Highly recommend this beautiful house on a very secluded beach. As a family with young kids the tide pools were lots of fun to explore and also enjoy a dip in the largest pool. There are soft sandy beaches just either side which are great for surfing or jumping waves. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay and Brittany was a great host making sure we had every we needed. We hope to visit again someday!

Beautiful, new beachfront property. This is the top floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and balcony. It was all very clean. The pool and patio below are shared with single rooms on the first floor. The home is nice and easy to find. There are not many restaurants nearby but Elisa’s cooking is delicious! There is no shade outside, and the sun is intense. Sunsets are incredible. It was hard to leave!

Our group of 12 (3 children) and adults really enjoyed our time at Jake’s! We spent the early morning in the center of Leon and then headed that way closer to check - in. Place was easy to find (if you are not from Nicaragua) we recommend you use location app Waze because Jakes place is marked there for easy find. The place is very clean and rooms offer all comforts- each have their own bathrooms and AC. The poo was perfect for the children and the place offers plenty outdoor showers to wash off the sand. There is a kitchenette attached to a bedroom (if you are renting the whole space) and a full kitchen for your use. They offer recommendations for restaurants but Ana, one of their staff, who we absolutely adored and was so nice and on it, ended up cooking for us. Breakfast was delicious and we wish we could have stayed for more than one night, but due to our schedule we were not able to. Access to water is phenomenal and almost flat with no rocks

Nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances 2025 de 53 jours (8 janvier au 28 février) chez Jenelle et Jon. L’aménagement des espaces communs est absolument génial. Nous passions des journées entières à l’extérieur. Le grand rancho (gazebo) abrite une cuisine bien équipée, une grande table, un mobilier de jardin confortable et quelques bons hamacs. Nous y passions tout notre temps libre à nous détendre en y observant les nombreux oiseaux qui ont aussi adopté ce petit paradis. On avait le sentiment d’avoir une vie d’enfants insouciants. La chambre et le lit étaient aussi très confortables. Jenelle et Jon sont très avenants et généreux de leurs conseils et n’hésitent pas à aller au-delà des attentes de leurs invités. D’ailleurs, ils se rendent régulièrement à Managua et acceptent volontiers de nous acheter les produits moins faciles à trouver à El Transito. Nous prévoyons déjà y revenir en 2026. 💕💕💕💕💕

Best spot in Las Peñitas! Wonderful escape from the city. We had a blast!

Great low key place to get away from the crowds. Will was a great host. Always there when you needed anything. Hope to visit again when we come back!

La casa es muy hermosa y estaba todo absolutamente limpio. Magda esta siempre atenta a cualquier inconveniente y contesta muy rápido. Como parte del precio incluye el acceso al restaurante y piscinas. Definitivamente volvería a llegar.
