The place was beautiful… the surroundings were so nice and tranquil. The host was wonderfully responsive which was needed since the location was impossible to find via google maps. The road that is navigated to is closed by a gate and there is no cell service in the area. We needed a member of the team to guide us and we took notes as to which turns to take and landmarks so we could navigate back. Thankfully the host was so responsive and helpful and came right away to guide us to the location. Worth being kinda lost as the property is wonderful

Can’t say enough good things about this place! This was actually our second stay here in just four weeks, and it was just as perfect as the first time. exactly what you need whether you’re here to relax or explore. The host is awesome. Always quick to respond and makes the whole process smooth from start to finish. Location is spot on too — close to great restaurants, beaches, and everything else you might need, but still nice and quiet when you want to unwind. Definitely our favorite spot in Rio Grande. We’ll 100% be back again!

This property is absolutely stunning, conveniently located in the foothills of El Yunque, and also very close to San Juan. The walk down to the river is great and relaxing, and the outdoor cat, Michu, is adorable, and the views are really nice. Felipe was very nice and responsive. Check out The Hitching Post only 5 minutes away. Food and cocktails are awesome.

Our stay was only one night, but the amazing location next to the rainforest, rock water slide, and a beautiful waterway just steps from the front door made it feel like a great location for a longer stay to explore the rainforest. This spot is a nature lover's dream. Even though there are other properties close by, this property felt private, safe, beautiful, and like an introduction to the rainforest. The owners also appear to be actively working on improvements, plantings, etc. on the property, which would make it exciting to see again in the future.

Our stay was fantastic with the most amazing views. They responded right away every time we needed anything even at odd hours. There recommendations were spot on and they went above and beyond by even letting us drop our groceries off because we didn’t have a cooler! It was refreshing to be in a place that was “tourist beautiful “ with an absolute local vibe!

The home was a perfect location for myself and colleagues as we traveled around San Juan. Cristina was very quick to send instructions and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. A big home with plenty of space. It was a great place to stay and a great price!

This place was perfect for our 1-night stay. We had a late flight arriving after midnight, so didn’t want to waste paying high price at the resort for that night. This place was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 5. It was clean and there was an AC and TV in every room. There was a 24h Walgreens 10 minutes away, and a closer one if during regular hours, as well as Walmart. We felt safe. There are some stray cats in the area, but it didn’t bother us. We met Luis as we checked out and he was very nice. I even got to practice some Spanish as I told him how nice the place was and how we enjoyed our stay.

El lugar espectacular, igual que en las imágenes. Bien tranquilo, bien familiar. Tuvimos la oportunidad de hacerle los 50 de mi madre y nos llevamos la mejor experiencia. Anfitriona siempre bien atenta y amable. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados y volvería una y otra vez. El lugar es bien cómodo, y la vista de la piscina impresionante.

It was such a pleasure staying at Ricardo’s place. Checking in and out was very easy, Ricardo was very responsive and prompt with any questions we had. I love that it’s a ground level location and handicap accessible from the main entrance into the apartment. Things were very easy to locate, the pool was beautiful, even the front and back yard areas were comfortable and a nice place to relax after a long day of traveling and activities. The location is perfect, 30 minutes from the airport and very close to several beaches and the rain forest. It’s a private gated community and everyone we encountered were pleasant and courteous, it felt very safe! There’s also a gas station conveniently on the corner from the property gated exit where you can fill up before turning in a car rental. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. This was our second time staying with Rafael. We loved it so much the first time, we had to return. The view is nothing short of amazing. The apartment is very clean and well kept. The AC works wonderfully. The pool is a wonderful added amenity as some times you just want your own peace vs the beach. There are more restaurants nearby than our previous trip so that was a bonus. The new doors are appreciated! I would suggest to any first time guests to have a sleeping mask unless you like to wake early, as the sun definitely makes an appearance. The sunrise is amazing so highly recommend walk-in up for it. The kitchen is just what you need for a short getaway. Rafael and hosts are always great with communication. Thank you again for another wonderful stay.

Lisa & Ryan provided everything we could have ever needed during our stay! The FOOD- AMAZING! Every Single Meal we had was SO good! Best meals we had on the Island! The location of Casa Encanto is perfect! Close to the rainforest, the "hidden gem" beach, the waterslides and so much more! Lisa & Ryan had the very best recommendations on MUST SEE places to visit! Daddy’s place met our expectations and more! The pool and the view of the mountains were absolutely stunning.The inside of the home was beautiful and very cozy. My boys loved the jenga on patio. The fire pit and patio couch were great to use after a long day from the beach. I would recommend Daddy’s place to anyone who is looking for a staycation or vacation! José is super friendly and has excellent communication. He made sure we had all our needs met and made sure we checked in accordingly. Over all we are beyond happy we booked this stay and would love to be back for future visits!

We spent 9 nights at the house- loved it. John and Arturo were quick to respond to any questions we had and super easy to deal with. I feel like I know them and we’ve never met. Place was spotless- has absolutely anything you would need. Beds are comfortable- linens and towels are lovely. The backyard pool area is superb- like your own little private resort. We felt 100% safe there- it’s a quiet neighborhood and fairly private. Ralph’s was great for groceries; beaches are not far driving distances.. Highly recommend!

This place is beautiful! Very peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful view from the pool. The beach is in walking distance. Everything was clean and the kitchen appliances are a dream! Beds were really comfortable and the sheets are excellent quality. Highly recommend!!

No complaints about this place at all. Space was just like the pictures, had a beautiful outdoor area with pool and the host was very nice and responsive. Only problem we had was finding the location but Andrew sent us the correct address and we were able to get there quickly! 100% recommended.

This beautiful home was exactly how the pictures and description stated. Rebecca was attentive and always responded quickly even late at night. She is willing to help you any way she can. I had a medical issue and she was there to help me and offer suggestions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

I went once a few month ago with a group and knew immediately I wanted to go back. The views are stunning and the addition of the pool make it a perfect spot for a quite weekend.

In the area for work and this was a good home base. Plenty of privacy and parking. There is a fantastic yard! Keys can be difficult on the front door and padlock but usually workable if you spend a little time with it. Manuel gave great local reccomendations. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
