el complejo esta en una bellísima locacion, la playa esta a 3 minutos caminando dentro del mismo complejo de villas. la casa super limpia las personas del servicio muy agradables y serviciales y aprovecho y resalto el buen servicio y la comida tan exquisita de la cocinera evelin 😍 gracias nicole por todo gracias franci por tu amabilidad y disponibilidad. definitivamente 1000% recomendada 👌

Love this place. Great location off Ballenas beach. Quiet (most of the time), peaceful and comfortable. Pretty outdoor area, with a warm pool and colourful vegetation. Kitchen is fully outfitted, and easy to use. Good beds and lots of seating inside and out. Property manager and regular staff (cleaner, pool and gardeners) all friendly and efficient. The owner is responsive and helpful, and communication was easy. We’ve stayed here before and have already booked for next year. A great choice… you’ll be happy here!

Eight of us had a fantastic Christmas in this beautiful home just a short walk to the beach. The space is open and modern, with ample seating areas, lovely decor (lots of white) and comfortable bedrooms freshened by ever-whirling ceiling fans. The pool was clean and inviting, the outdoor lounge chairs had wheels so we could rapidly zip out of the rain or turn to face the sun, and towels were replenished daily (we had no idea daily housekeeping was included - what a luxury!). Max helped us arrange for absolutely everything in advance - round trip transfer from the airport, quad and scooter rentals, grocery shopping and a (darling) chef for every dinner. He was always instantly available via text to answer questions and offer recommendations or advice and he couldn't have been friendlier!! With four days of rain, we did not explore as much as we'd have liked, but the accommodations and truly pleasant interactions with Max and staff allowed us to RELAX and enjoy the down time regardless!

Great place! Even better that the pictures. High end details and a welcoming environment. And the host was very cordial and professional. Truly a “repeat” when it comes to to places to stay in Las terrenas.

We had an incredible nice stay in this house! It's really paradise and one of the best houses we ever have booked on this platform. Your stay is very comfortable, the house has everything and it's super clean! We love the bohemian decoration vibe, also the surroundings are paradisal. Definitely worth every cent you are paying for this house.

The views were exactly what were described, very spacious for everyone. Guillermo was great easy to communicate. I would say you definitely need a 4WD vehicle to get up to the villa. But once you’re up it’s easy to get to. None the less it was an amazing experience that will be remembered.

Had the pleasure of staying at Arnaud’s beautiful home and it was an unforgettable experience. The property itself was stunning and served as ideal for bonding with my friends I hadn’t seen in a long time. Despite being in a quiet area, it was just a short distance from everything we needed. Arnaud was exceptional – responsive, kind, and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made a difference and added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to all the amenities of Las Terrenas.

Beautiful villa , few minutes walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants to choose from and the view was amazing. The host and co-host were super helpful and responsive helped with everything i needed during my stay.

A number of things were remarkably good for us - our Christmas Eve dinner at Mosquito at Porto (I think that’s what it’s called), a great restaurant which is closeby; there was a lot of bustle in town in Terrenas, but just beyond Playa Bonita offered a different vibe and is a lot of fun; the availability of other local excursions and renting a fun Polaris; the easy walk to the beach from the house; the pool and garden with its bbq grill; being able to order from the Bodega; a friendly and accommodating housekeeper. The house was also very attractive and well maintained and equipped, and extremely comfortable for our group. Emanuel Marte is a great host and was readily available before and throughout our stay.

Very nice house to have vacations with family. Very friendly host. We enjoyed the place very much. The beach is near, so it’s a short walk.

From the moment we walked in and saw the stunning ocean view, we knew we were in paradise. Opening the sliding doors to the pool area and feeling the ocean breeze was incredible. The front garden is beautifully landscaped, and the backyard leads to the beach with a wet bar by the sand. The pool is always crystal-clear, and every bedroom has AC and ocean views. The house is perfect for entertaining, with a BBQ area, spacious living areas, and a seamless indoor-outdoor design. We explored Salto del Limón, Cayo Levantado, and even saw humpback whales. Off-road 4-wheelers were available for adventure. Jenny took care of the house, arranged grocery deliveries, and cooked delicious meals. Jason handled security and helped with errands. Betty made booking seamless and ensured everything we needed was available. This home, combined with the warm hospitality, made for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return!

For starters, thank you Emanuela for hosting us at your beautiful Villa. The Villa was more beautiful in person, immaculate, and it came with delicious complimentary breakfast. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately. She even brought us Champagne on New Year’s Eve. Which I must say, what a view to watch the fireworks from the top of the mountains and bring in the New Year! Guillermina, the cook was AMAZING! We paid her extra to cook dinner and the food was spectacular. She was accommodating, happy to service us and never rushed us. My family felt super comfortable around her!! Another point to mention, the morning view while drinking coffee and at night the stars were so visible! We highly recommend Villa Sunrise and we will be returning!

I only have one bad review about this place! The pictures don’t show how beautiful this place is!my new favorite place in Portillo!!! Mary and Jessica are super host! The staff Corina and Karina and Pedro make everything easy! Don’t hesitate to book this place worth every penny!!!. Thanks a lot for having me and my family!!! Definitely coming back soon!!!

We had a fantastic time in Las Terrenas ( Casa Luna ) - super private , nice accommodations and the staff is fantastic. The pool and hot tub are the center of the property - The kitchen and main room open up to a large covered porch with a oversized table for breakfast/ lunch / dinner- the lightening and feel of this property is a vibe. We used every inch of the property which is well maintained. The house keep IRIS showed up everyday, the pool man came every other day and the grounds keeper kept busy. Just the right amount of staff w/out being overbearing. We did use the chef 3 x out of the week - **Keep records of what the chef buys at the store to make sure there is no mis-understanding. Sacha who manages the property will help you with any questions you may have , he was on point and has the answers to your questions. The house is not on the beach - 100 yards out of the back gate down a nice path - Great spot, multiple restaurant options w/in walking distance. Enjoyed!

We had a wonderful stay in Las Terrenas. Jacques was so responsive and helpful, Carmen was amazing and was so accommodating and caring for our large group. There is so much to do in Las Terrenas—it is a hidden gem and we would love to visit again. Highly recommend renting ATVs so you can explore, the beach area outside of the villas is so fun!

We had a wonderful stay! Our teens enjoyed the ping pong table, the pool and badmitten. It was a five minute walk to a wonderful beach. The home was clean and well appointed with everything you could need. The extensive tropical landscaping was an added bonus with humingbirds visiting the big pink bush everyday. Oliver arranged for transportation to and from the airport with very safe drivers (extra cost). We had a maid who did our laundry and dishes every day (included). We also had Daniel as a chef for breakfast and dinners (reasonable cost and very affordable compared to eating out every day). Olivier was also extremely responsive to anything we needed - we never waited for a response! Everyone had a very relaxing vacation and we highly recommend Olivier's home! Thank you Olivier!

Everything was stunning! Loved my stay

Mike and Anyelo were fantastic! They helped me arrange a taxi for both my arrival and departure, as well as a 4x4 rental. The beach is just a quick 2–3 minute walk away. The local restaurants were good, but if you have transportation, I highly recommend exploring the eateries in El Centro del Pueblo and the hidden gems that feel like dining in someone’s home—those were a real treat! Playa Ballenas is just a 10-minute drive away. In my opinion, Punta Popy is even better, but there are some nice restaurants near Playa Ballenas as well. On my last day, we spent time at Playa Ballenas and had a wonderful meal right on the beach. Overall, a great experience—I highly recommend staying here!

Great place, very modern and comfortable. Parking for 2 cars and the house is equipped with everything you might need.

The experience was amazing! Marine was great, kind and generous! She even let us stay a few hours more! I would definitely would come back and have another beautiful experience

El lugar es precioso. La madre de Ysabel vive en la propiedad (no en la misma villa) y extremadamente amable y de gran ayuda. Está a unos pocos pasos de la playa y muchísimos restaurantes, así que fácilmente puedes movilizarte caminando. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio al llegar, la piscina es increíble y se comparte con otra casa que se encuentra en la propiedad (afortunadamente estuvo vacía durante mi estadía). El lugar de Ysabel es perfecto para familias, hay mucho espacio que los niños pueden disfrutar. Súper recomendado!
