We had a good experience with the kids and the dogs and plan to go back.

Kim's house suited. our family perfectly. The fully fenced backyard was ideal for my autistic sister. She could walk around without me having to worry she would wander off. Wonderful bathroom and shower. Great kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub. We could walk to the park or even to downtown. Kim was lovely and responsive on email. I'd love to go back

This is a lovely, spacious place with helpful amenities. My family and I traveled to Moscow to visit my son, and we had a wonderful family weekend. We enjoyed 2 game nights using the board games provided in the house, which was a nice touch. There are a grocery store and good restaurants within walking distance. Gary was very attentive, responsive, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED staying here and cant wait to stay here again in the future. great space, excellent backyard for our dog, and an awesome neighborhood! We can't say enough good things about this place, and are so excited to come back and stay again!!!

Benjamin's home was perfect for my wife and I's extended weekend to attend a wedding. The house was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location right next to downtown was Moscow was great.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home! The location was ideal—centrally located and within walking distance of great eateries, shops, and the co-op. The house itself had so much charm—older but well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed, from a washer and dryer to condiments in the kitchen. Very small tidy items, but not worth the words to mention. The place was fantastic. It even had plenty of soap, toiletries and everything we needed! The highlight for us was the fenced backyard, which was perfect for our dogs! The only small downside was that there were no paper towels, and we did have to clean up some leftover dog waste in the yard, likely missed by the previous guests due to the snow. The bedrooms were on the smaller side, but the home was perfect for our group of four and two dogs. We loved the communal layout, the safe and quiet neighborhood, and the convenience of parking right in front of the house. Overall, a wonderful stay—we would absolutely return!

The location was just as described - in the heart of downtown, but a quiet neighborhood. The house has a nice open layout that was perfect for our family to visit in and feel at home. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace made it feel even cozier. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a great stay. The upstairs tenant is very quiet and we often forget anyone lived up there until we occasionally heard very light footsteps above. I would gladly stay there again.

had a great time at Missouri flats. was perfect for our time visiting our son at wsu. Great communication and instructions. cute little spot in a beautiful rural area.

Sophie (our boxer) and I were in the area for treatment at WSU. It was the perfect driving distance- safe location for a woman staying alone, clean, well organized and pretty much anything you would need. The area is side walked all around which provided great walking for Sophie and me. Kelly provided many special extra touches that brightened my day. I look forward to visiting again and hope that the little Green Cottage is available.

It was easy to walk into town. House was cute with everything you need. Beds were comfortable and lots of amenities. Sherry was very quick to respond. Had a great stay. I hope to stay again.

Elizabeth met us at the driveway and gave clear directions on where to park and then happily gave us a walkthrough of the property and what to do and what not to do. She was so friendly and left muffins for us to enjoy which was super appreciated. Instructions in the cabin were clear and gave us the info we needed.

Patricia was there to greet us and show us around. She provided homemade cinnamon bread which was delicious, fruit, candies, water, tea, crackers, and peanut butter in addition to what was listed. Getting in and out was very easy. A great place to stay!
