Gorgeous house a short walk from beach and town! The host is very responsive and accommodating. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Our group absolutely loved this place. It looked just like the photos and more. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing; complemented by the views, birds, landscaping, and iguanas in the trees. The house is super walkable and convenient. We had plenty of drinking water and appreciated the fridge ice machine working off of the water jugs. Ester from the property management company was welcoming and quick to respond. We took her recommendation and hired Chef Roberto and crew to cook for our last night - I can't recommend them enough! Housekeeping and a pool cleaner came a couple times during our weeklong stay. We would definitely book this place again. One issue we did have was that the hot water didn't work in a few of the units. They swapped out the gas tanks which helped with some, but the studio never got hot water or working gas for the stove.

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour. Les lieux sont dans un bon état en général. Les rideaux de certaines chambres laissaient passer beaucoup trop de lumière mais notre hôte a été très réceptif et a installer de nouveau rideaux des que nous lui en avons fait mention. Certains éléments vue sur les photos étaient par contre manquant comme la table de ping pong ou la table de air hockey ainsi que la machine à eau. Par contre ils ont acheté une nouvelle machine à eau rapidement et sont venus l’installer. Notre hôte était très gentil et réceptif.

My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

Great place for a large group, while still giving everyone plenty of space. Would love to come back.

We spent 10 days in at Roberto’s home for my 50th birthday, and it was one of my best trips to Mexico! This place is perfectly imperfect—comfortable, welcoming, and full of character and good design. It was ideal for our family of four (kids 10 & 13). The ocean and mountain are super amazing! The primary suite is private and spacious, with 360-degree views that were both calming and inspiring. I loved the unique shower designs and tried all three—each was incredible. The home had great spots to relax: the hot tub, front patio, cozy living room, and my favorite, the hammock off the primary suite. The pool was fresh and perfect for cooling off and the design of the downstairs is amazing, each room has a private patio. All the beds are comfy. Perched on a mountain, the location was private yet immersed in the culture, sounds, and energy of Mexico. The road up is steep but worth it. The hosts were wonderful—responsive and kind. This home is a true retreat. Can’t wait to return! ❤️?

My family and I loved our stay at Casa Luna Llena! Each room is en suite, the highlight is the awesome rooftop pool and lounge area which also conveniently has its own WC. The house is at the top of a hill so it has a beautiful view of the ocean, but also very walkable to great restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend!

Passei uma semana na Penthouse com minha mãe e minha irmã, e logo que chegamos sentimos a energia tranquila da casa. Adoramos a vibe boêmia e tropical! A vista para o Pão de Açúcar é maravilhosa - e se você prestar atenção, toda manhã é possível ver uma migração de pássaros naquela direção. Ficamos encantadas! A casa reflete a alma carioca. Acho que, tanto para quem já é brasileiro, mas especialmente pra quem vem de fora, a estadia na Penthouse será especial.

Karina and her beachside cabana was exactly like the pictures - nice design, beachy, clean. Great space for a couple. Steps from the pool - has to be one of the best pools in Condado - and steps from the beach. We could hear the waves crashing from our cabana. Karina was super responsive before, during and after the vacation. Total pro! Karina's cabana is like the last stop on the Condado/commercial strip. Walk west along Ashford Ave. and find all the comforts of home - smoothie shops, Walgreens, big hotels, sports bars, etc. Being vegan, we had to cast a wider net. So glad we did! Heading east towards Loiza/Ocean Park you get a local vibe. Berlingeri was our best vegan restaurant and Cafe Regina had the best cashew iced lattes. Going south under the expressway you'll find many surprises along a stretch of Avendia Ponce De Leon: Museums of Art and Contemporary Art, La Santurcina Pizza (we cheated), Better Foods Corp (home cooked vegan) and more heading up into the Miramar district.

This villa was probably one of the best vacations we have ever had. My group was impressed with the entire experience from the beautiful location, to the concierge service to Rosario’s delicious cooking. Every request was granted with a smile and we felt like we were in paradise. The beach was easily accessible as was the complex pools and hot tubs. The sunsets were beautiful and we could even see whales from the unit while we were eating lunch. Don’t hesitate to book this place. We can’t wait to return! It was a good 50 minutes from the airport and we used a taxi. We did go to dinner once at Si Sushi via cab we reserved from the W next door which was a very easy process. They even picked us up at the villa entrance. Perfect trip!

We had a truly wonderful week staying in the Casa Grande. There is so much to do and see in Puerto Vallarta, but it was sometimes hard to leave the oasis Susan has created here! You inevitably do, but you really look forward to arriving back at the end of the day. The location, the amenities, and the hosting is unmatched. We especially enjoyed sunsets on the patio and time spent in the adjoining garden. Susan went above and beyond in many ways to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you - we can’t wait to return!

El departamento de José está impecablemente diseñado. Cada espacio ha sido cuidadosamente pensado, logrando un equilibrio perfecto entre funcionalidad y estética. Toda la infraestructura y los equipamientos son de alta calidad, lo que se aprecia en cada detalle. El calefón funcionó perfectamente, con un rendimiento más similar a lo que estamos acostumbrados en Chile, especialmente en climas fríos, que a lo que hemos experimentado en Río en el pasado. Esto hizo que la ducha fuera un verdadero lujo. También fue un gran plus contar con la lavadora y secadora LG, así como con el Smart TV Samsung, que sumaron comodidad a nuestra estadía. La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo unas cuadras de la playa de Ipanema, con una gran variedad de tiendas y restaurantes a pocos pasos. Para una pareja, este departamento es una elección acertada en todos los sentidos.

This place is stunning and spacious!! The view from the roof and living areas are breathtaking. I will definitely be staying here when I revisit DR.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has all the essentials—pots, plates, knives—and everything is of excellent quality. All the appliances are top-notch and in perfect working condition. The air conditioning in every room is fantastic. The balcony is absolutely stunning, complete with a jacuzzi and breathtaking views. Sunsets here are truly magical. It's just a 1-minute walk to the beach and pool, with the best beach in Cap Cana—clean, with soft white sand. The pool is enormous, and it's only an 8-minute drive to the marina, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. There are also two parks nearby to visit. It’s incredibly peaceful at night, making it the perfect vacation spot for my family. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning! Thank you, Pablo, for being such a great host!

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

An amazing two bedroom condo right in the heart of the zona romantica. The condo itself was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities were so great. The room top pool, gym, views, and bar elevated the experience! The area is full of amazing Mexican culture and cuisine. It is a short three block distance from the beach. I’m ready to book again for my next trip.

Desde el primer momento, la comodidad, la limpieza y la decoración (sobre todo) nos impresionaron. Se nota que cada detalle ha sido pensado para brindar una experiencia acogedora y placentera. Robert el anfitrión fue excelente, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier necesidad. Las atenciones y pequeños detalles hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera aún más especial. Además, la ubicación es perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. Sin duda, recomendamos este lugar 100% para cualquiera que busque una escapada tranquila, cómoda y bien atendida en Juan Dolio. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

We loved the location because we could walk to everything. The pool and hottub were very clean and the pool area with all the plants was beautiful and pristine. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The condo was beautiful and cheerful, and the king size bed was comfortable.

This was our 7th trip to PV and amongst the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Great located, views, and amenities. Jorge was a great host - we will definitely put this on our list of places to stay again. Also recommend the in-home chef!

Great place to stay

Tim’s place was excellent! Hard to beat direct access to the beach. The property manager Tricia was very responsive and available to help us with any reservations when needed. The apartment was clean and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay!

Excelente apartamento, muy bonito y muy bien equipado, cómodo, bonita vista y con salida a la playa, el apt tiene todo, no te varas por nada, nos sentimos mejor que en un hotel 5 estrellas, la ubicación es perfecta, estás rodeado de restaurantes, farmacias, supermercados, excelente servicio de los porteros, Nicole muy atenta. Más que recomendado.
