We had a relaxing weekend. The hot tub was a great way to end the evening. We didn't run into any issues at all while staying here, so I never needed to message the host. There were other guests staying at other cottages on the property, but the cottages are spaced out so you don't really see each other.

What a beautiful secluded oasis. It was even better than described. Our dogs played and enjoyed the safe confines of the property and we enjoyed time by the pool and time unplugged as a family. Will come again ASAP

Perfect birthday surprise! The hot tub late at night with nobody on the road is so peaceful, the garden lights made a great atmosphere! The bedroom was twice as big as I thought it would be and the bed felt amazing. We will definitely be thinking about visiting again!

We had a fantastic stay! Easy check in, easy access, super clean. It is about 0.5 miles from Main Street, so we had the choice to walk or do a short drive to town. Super comfortable for our group of 7, with working hot tub, fire pit and a nice kitchen to cook our group meals with all the essentials in place. Lots of towels, linens and house supplies available for our guests. Thank you for such a great visit to Fredericksburg!

We enjoyed our stay, everything was as shown in the listing. The location was great, not too far but far enough to be out of the middle of the action. However, the most impressive part of our trip was the communication. We had not booked the place we stayed. We were on our way when Catalina phone us and explained that there had been an issue with frozen pipes (the area had been in some very unseasonable cold weather) at our original booking and we would be unable to stay at our original choice. She quickly provided us two great options and we seamlessly had a different place to stay before we arrived into Fredericksburg. Very happy with the our stay and the communication. .

Beautiful cottage with spectacular view of the river. So close to the river parks which were both wonderful! House was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need (even things you didn’t think you needed). Hosts were incredible and so inviting. We felt right at home! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Le spa est très propre et fonctionne très bien. Les lits sont confortables. Si nous retournons à Fort Lauderdale, nous tenterons de louer de logement de Raymond de nouveau!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Peaceful, beautiful and a wonderful place for a few girlfriends to hang out. The pool was wonderful and clean, and the view was spectacular! Our group is already planning to come back.

What a great host Dallas was. She was so attentive to our needs and the place was in a fabulous location for everything we needed during our weekend stay. If ever in Tampa again, we would definitely stay again! Her place was very comfortable and homey, and parking was great too!

We loved Limoncello and hope to stay there on our next trip! The whole place was lovely, the bed was so comfortable and it was the perfect amount of space for the two of us and our dog. The vaulted ceilings make the cottage feel spacious despite the smaller footprint, and we appreciated how clean and well kept the whole place was. Another bonus was it was an easy walk to Target/TJ Maxx/the movie theatre and many restaurants! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

Everything about our stay was great! Victoria's commination was great! Very convenient location for the ocean, shopping, and restaurants. Check-in was easy and convenient, home was clean and had everything we needed

Overall, a great place to stay. I was a bit shocked that the location did not have a television. Other than that, it was well worth it and quiet!

Lovely cottage and a great location. Short walking distance to the restaurants and bars, but on a quiet street and secluded patio. Barbara was welcoming and the instructions were clear. The cottage itself was clean, functional and overall a lively place. We can’t wait to be back to this place!

Emmanuelle met us on day one and was super friendly and inviting. Her cottage is just what we needed. It allowed dogs (we have 3), it had a fenced in area where we could let them off lease and see the horses, and it had a beautiful walking/biking path very nearby. My only nit pick is that the bed is on the smaller size for two adults, but like it said, that’s nit picking. Otherwise, it is a perfect country getaway where you can connect with nature and is only 25-30 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine.

Karen was an awesome host! The house was a great little house and we loved it. Karen was very accommodating and flexible on check in so we could surprise my daughter. Super nice host!

Lovely house for couples and a good location near the beach.

Such an awesome place to stay! Fantastic responsive host who got me everything I wanted and knew the local area. Extremely friendly and professional. The place was super quiet. Much of the nearby town has train noise but not here. It was a few miles outside of town, super peaceful, in a great nature setting near a pond. Outdoor seating available. My best stay anywhere. Super comfortable bed as well. Highly recommend!

This is my second time in almost 8 years, and I am still very much in love with this vacation home. Stefan was an amazing host then and is still wonderful now. My fiance and I felt right at home. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals and enjoy the peacefulness of nature. This location is extremely private, so it's perfect for a romantic getaway, or if you'd like some downtime solo, I'd recommend it for sure. I'll give a little tour of the space on my TikTok @naturally_tones for those who want another review. You're truly one of a kind Stefan! I'm still waiting on you to open a wedding venue hahaha.

Loved every moment of it. Felt comfortable knowing that we could come and go as please and not have to worry about an upstairs/downstairs neighbor like if we was in a hotel room.

What a joy to stay at this location. The home dates back to the 1930-40 era. The opportunity to just see what an awesome decorative style Maribel has spun upon this era of a home is worth the stay alone. Everything was beyond our expectation and the convenience of the location to town with sidewalks all the way is a real plus. As we revisit Umatilla it will be our first choice for lodging. The porch with a glass of Maribel's complimentary " RED Relaxation" liquid spirit was such a welcome treat upon our weary travels. The Porch is fantastic. One cannot visit this area without immersing themselves in the nostalgia offered by the owner and cottage.

Excelente acomodação. O lugar é muito bem localizado, levamos cerca de 20 minutos ou menos para chegar ao Magic Kingdom e Hollywood Studios. O único detalhe foi o banheiro, ao usarmos a ducha vazava muita água e tínhamos que ficar secando sempre que terminava o banho, mas isso não foi um agravante, apenas um detalhe. Com certeza fica a minha recomendação para quem está procurando um local pequeno, aconchegante e bem localizado. Obrigada Jon e Jenn por nos receber!
