We loved the condo!!! When we opened the door we were so surprised how nice the condo was. Very roomy comfortable and very clean. The hosts get back to you right away. Condo is close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Beaches are a short drive away. We can not wait to come back. Will definitely stay again.

The place was exactly as described. Would definitely stay again or recommend to someone else

El plus del beach club es realmente importante. El lugar tiene magia. La cama es cómoda. El acceso es fácil, es apenas la escalera como se ve en las fotos. Me sentí muy segura. Tiene el supermercado muy cerca para tus compras. Tiene todas las comodidades como si estuvieras en tu casa y hay un aroma muy agradable todo el tiempo . Gracias ! Mariana y Lucía

The place was great, we went to the races so only came in and out. Looking to come back soon to enjoy the peace and quiet by the river and do some fishing. And hopefully back next year for some races. Thanks Rick

Nach anstrengender Reise durch die Deep South States, war diese Unterkunft eine wahre Oase der Ruhe und Erholung; eine Wohltat für Augen und Seele ! Ich reise seit 40 Jahren, in Europa, USA (Nord/Süd), Asien und Australien und war selten so angetan von einer Unterkunft, wie von diesem Appartement, Garten mit großem Erholungswert. Besonders was Geräumigkeit, Effektivität, Sauberkeit, aber auch wohl durch- dachten Annehmlichkeiten für den Durchreisenden,( aber auch, und besonders für einen längeren Aufenthalt ) angeht, - perfekt für 2 Personen mit kleineren Kindern. (Gerade diese Empfehlung des Gastgebers finde ich sehr passend). Die beste Wahl für ein gehobenes, dabei erschwingliches, ' American way of good Holidays` Gefühl, ,-)). Beautiful house and yard! House was an easy walk to the beach. The location was also about 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! We booked both condos as we were traveling with 8 adults and 7 kids. Great for a large group. We had small kids and the beach area was great place for them to play as the ocean was calm and shallow. There was also a sand pad away from the ocean. The space was great . She really thought through all amenities. We enjoyed the coffee bar each morning and drinking pork coffee on the deck or by the beach. She has a great amount of beach toys and kayaks , paddle boards, chairs, bikes , etc for the beach and outside activities as well. Would definitely recommend.

Diane is a wonderful charming host. Her home is nestled in a beautiful bay very short distance from the Paradise Island and downtown. We were lucky to visit during an “off season” (if there is such a thing); neighbors were absent so we enjoyed absolute privacy. The property is well maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities, fast WiFi, reliable source of energy (has generator), close to shopping and restaurants, safe neighborhood. We were very happy to have stayed with Diane and not in one of the crowded and overpriced resorts. Absolutely magical stay. Thank you.

Amazing stay! Home was absolutely beautiful with lots of space and high end accommodations. Beds are super comfortable and home equipped with everything. The property is very quiet and has lots of outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful coast. Our host was very responsive and flexible especially after she heard that our reservation at another home was canceled due to not being up to standards. Looking forward to visiting again and staying at this wonderful home.

We enjoyed our time in Troy’s place in Punta Gorda. The home is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool is amazing and fishing from the dock was fun.

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

The home was immaculately clean—truly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. The beds were super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep, and the patio was the perfect spot to relax with a beautiful view. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We were so pleased with this air bnb. it was gorgeous! Our favorite part was the balcony overlooking the little canal that connected to the intercoastal waterway. we spent a lot of our time out there meditating. It was so peaceful and picturesque. We also ļoved how spacious it is. Great kitchen with everything we needed. We made use of the outdoor grill. we would totally stay here again!

We were in town for a wedding, had 7 adults in the place and fit perfectly! Great location to the venue and walkable to really anywhere we needed to go. The place was very clean and they offered many extra towels for beach and pool days which was appreciated. Jack & Shelly were very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend staying at their property!

We loved staying at Brian's place! It was everything we expected and much, much more. Such a beautiful area on the Intercoastal Waterway! We will definitely look forward to coming back!

This a quaint little gem. The boat dock was a great addition to the promised sunrise view. The location provided us easy access to everything we wanted. Kimberly was quick to respond to all communications. We will keep this one on our list for our next visit.

Die Lage war unschlagbar! In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Duval Street! Der kleine Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Für uns als 6-köpfige Familie war es eine sehr tolle Unterkunft auf unserem Roadtrip!

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!
