Great place to stay! The views of the water were amazing. Would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Place was nice- convenient location. Was lovely having the hotel amenities available to us. Place was clean and didn’t need any assistance during our stay. Communication was clear. Having the beach right across the street was the best part

Estilia was a wonderful , responsive host. As I was coming in late, she had brought in a little dinner for me. Arrived on one of the last cold days in Fla and not sure apt was heated. Estilia had a little heater in condo and bought me a heated throw the next day. Apt very clean and uncluttered , but with just the right amount of needed amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay. Hope to be back.

Our stay was great!! The unit was just as described, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful ocean view and enjoyed the amenities, specifically beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids. It was a quick walk to the beach and the entire unit was quiet - everyone in the building respected quiet hours. Just what we needed for a quick beach getaway for our family.

Esta ja foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos em Fort Lauderdale no apartamento do George, e foi excelente, como ja era esperado. Local bem localizado, apartamento excelente, com uma otima vista e muito bem cuidado. Com certeza uma otima opcao para quem vem passar alguns dias em Fort Lauderdale. George tambem foi um otimo Host , com informacoes claras e respostas rapidas.

At first look the building looked like it was frozen in time from the 70's. But the place was located perfectly in between restaurants on one side and the beach on the other. Location, location, location. coming back next year

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage am Strand ist toll und es gibt eine super Ausstattung für Strandausflüge auf dem Zimmer. Auch das Fitnessstudio im Gebäude ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt im Gebäude alles was man braucht - allerdings braucht man bei den Aufzügen etwas mehr Zeit, wenn viel los ist. Der gratis Transport (Trolley) ist zwar super aber zeitlich nicht sehr zuverlässig. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand, ist aber nicht so super nah am Zentrum, was immer etwas Reisezeit benötigt wenn man in die Stadt will. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, gut zu erreichen und wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Wer viel am Strand sein möchte, hat hier die perfekte Unterkunft gefunden!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is the perfect location on Ft. Lauderdale's strip - right off A1A with some distance from the Spring Break area. The unit was great - perfect for our family. Very spacious and clean, and right down the hall from the Residence pool. Having access to the resort amenities was also great. Salil was extremely responsive and easy going. Very easy to work with. Would highly recommend if traveling with kids. We hope to be back!

I had a great stay in Miami with my Family! The apartment was excellent—spacious, well-maintained, and in a great property. Hillary provided outstanding support throughout my stay. I initially raised a concern about the lack of utensils, and to my surprise, I received everything I needed within 10 minutes—an amazing level of service! I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Miami. The only small issue I noticed was a slight smell in the lobby area, which might be due to an external factor. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely choose and recommend this property.

This was a well-kept, nice place that is a condo but quiet enough not to bother me during my stay in terms of road and neighbor noise. When it rains, the skylight is loud. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. I stayed for a month by myself, but I think that more than one person staying here might be tough because the bedroom is a loft bedroom and you can hear everything upstairs or downstairs. The sheets on the bed were too small for the bed and were ripped on the corners because of it when I got there. A few of the kitchen bar stool chairs needed fixing. But overall I was very happy with my stay here, it had everything that I needed.

We recently stayed at a Latitude Key property and had an excellent experience. The unit was stunning, with full-length windows offering peaceful views of the canal—an ideal backdrop for both relaxation and conversation. With three well-appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms, the space easily exceeded our expectations and provided plenty of room for comfort and privacy. The property is part of a well-maintained community that features shared amenities, including a heated pool, grills, and outdoor tables. Other guests were courteous and friendly, which made the shared spaces pleasant to use. That said, it's helpful to know in advance that these areas are communal—so you're aware that others may be nearby. The Latitude Key staff stood out for their professionalism and quick response times. Every question or request was handled with care, making the experience smooth from check-in to departure. We’re already looking forward to booking with Latitude Key again for our next trip. Grateful

I recently stayed at a beautiful apartment in Miami, hosted by Dmitry and Maria, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The apartment offered stunning views of the water and boats, making every moment feel like a picturesque escape. It was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Dmitry and Maria were incredibly kind and flexible, always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Miami.

Tamara's unit 208 was just as it was advertised. Some things that she doesn't mention and she doesn't really need to is that the unit faces east and gets the morning sun. The shades and curtains do a good job blocking the heat and sun when you need them to. The Wi-Fi is very fast. The neighbors are very friendly and they all seem to speak French. The only TV is via Roku. There doesn't seem to be a cable box or an antenna that I could find so you won't get local channels. The kitchen is immaculate and well stocked but I couldn't turn off the ice maker and it makes a lot of noise. One thing that Tamara didn't mention and she should have is that the parking for this unit is in the rear. The driveway to access it is on the right of the building as you face it. I felt that my car was very secure back there. I liked the place so much that I hope to be back soon.

Paula is wonderful and love this place comfy and can’t beat the location, walked to beach so close 3 minute walk 1 minute run aha, clean and very fairly priced.

Daniel was a great host and the place was as described. The unit is renovated, bright, clean. Like other guests described there is beach access a few minutes away. We also used the pool and saw there is a gym on main. The coffee shop in the building is good and closes at 3 pm on most days and there is a convenience store on main as well. The publix is a short drive down the street. I couldn't get the TV working right away but Daniel got back to me within a few minutes and all was OK. Overall, a great stay. I would not hesitate to book this AirBnB again!

Amazing stay at Stephan and David’s nicely appointed place. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, the pool, coffee provided and it fit our needs perfectly. Would love to stay here again!
