When we arrived there were a lot of others checking in so that process was a little slow but when we got to the condo the view was worth the wait. Overlooking both the pool and ocean. Two queen beds in main bedroom and a trundle bed in living room. Location is 20 min to Ft Lauderdale, 40 min to Miami and 3 1/2 hours to Orlando. We did a day trip to Magic Kingdom. Long day but with it to roll into the same vacation. 4 Beach chairs and umbrella available for use was helpful.

We had a great time at Robert’s place and would give more stars if we could! Everything that we could possibly need was in the apartment- fully stocked kitchen, linens, blankets, towels… you name it! The Murphy bed transforms the apartment to be comfortable for sleep but also plenty of space for the day. We will definitely stay here in future trips!

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

The unit is clean, comfortable and well designed. The location is ideal. Steps to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. I have stayed a different buildings nearby over the years and this building is my favourite so far. In my view, the building is well maintained and well managed.

We really enjoyed this house. I can say that it was the easiest check in we have ever had. We were really surprised when we entered the house, it already looked beautiful in the listing, but it is much more beautiful than it looks. It is in a perfect location right on the corner by the canal. It is very pleasant to watch the boats in the evenings. Actually, we are used to staying in much bigger and luxurious houses, but this place gave us a lot of pleasure. The house is spotless and very spacious. The bed is very comfortable; everything you need has been thought of and put in. This is the first time I have stayed in Brampton Parks houses but it is obviously a very visionary and high quality management company. They are very helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend it and if I can find availability when I go to Deerfield Beach, I will definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at the Monte Carlo. Our place was great and will definitely come back again. The pools are always heated at a nice temperature. The beach is great with chairs and towels provided at no extra cost. This place is within walking distance to a Publix and many restaurants.

After having trouble with another host and leaving the Airbnb I had already rented and paid for, I found Rittas place. I am SO glad I elected to spend a little more and go with her unit. You will not be disappointed. From responding quickly to clear instructions to being flexible to just going a stellar place in a great location. This place has it all. I didn’t even want to leave the room and didn’t one night, I had Uber eats just to stay in and enjoy the view! You’ll feel like you’re worth a million bucks just staying here one night even. I wouldn’t mind living there. Anyway, you can’t go wrong here. If you’re looking for something cheaper, don’t even waste your time. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years and this was probably the nicest of them all. Thank you for letting me use your place for the weekend. You helped me salvage what started out as a bad trip.

Chloé notre hôte a été super ! Une petite vidéo explicative pour une arrivée en toute facilité! Logement bien placer car pas loin de tout! Super rapport qualité prix! Ménage et linge de lit inclus fait à l’arrivée donc comme dans un hôtel! Seul petit point négatif la pièce de vie n’est pas très lumineuse, mais comme Miami est à lieu où l’on sort, ça ne pose pas de problème ! Les chambres sont spacieuse et confortable. Il y a les essentiel fourni, produits vaisselle, éponges, papier toilette, et mer du café ! Bref rien a faire plus qu’as kiffer ! Et Chloé a été super, attentive, et réactive à nos questions ! Donc merci!

Lightning can strike twice! Our second stay was just as good if not better than the first. Scott is the definition of a super host. He made sure we were taken care of before arriving to Miami. Proactive communication, great restaurant recommendations and a beautiful,clean home. 10/10 must recommend.

Great apartment in Bar Harbor! It was my first time on the island, and the location was excellent—just a block away from a couple of coffee shops and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The apartment was bigger than expected, which was a nice surprise compared to Miami Beach Airbnbs. It was also super clean. I highly recommend it!

Overall it was a Very SAFE, Clean and comfortable stay! Felt right at home and it was close to a lot of restaurants, and beaches. I Highly recommend this place. For sure I would reserve it again.

It was the most convenient and easy AirBnB experience I've ever had. Francisco was so responsive to all my questions, and took the initiative to communicate before check in and check out too. The room was attached to a home but it felt like our own private home. We had our own door code, bathroom, small kitchen, desk, bed, and all the appliances. It was exactly what we needed for 5 days. While his home is located 15-20 minutes away from busy Miami areas, we felt that it was an easily drivable distance and didn't find it a hassle to commute, especially since we had a car. He has a private gate for the home so our car was safely parked inside the premises. Everything felt clean, safe, and easy! We really enjoyed staying there, and would definitely stay there again if we ever go to Miami.

Beautiful mini apartment, perfect for a couple or small family. Joshua was very responsive when we requested additional cleaning. The landscaping and lush vegetation around the property are absolutely stunning—truly a highlight of our stay. The pool area is also lovely and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Marvin was an exceptional host. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed, including soaps, pack and play, various snacks and so much more. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was a delight. Impeccably clean, great location and with all the amenities. The king bed was luxurious and the condo was very modern and comfortable. I couldn't figure out the Sling TV so I had to watch the Super Bowl on my laptop unfortunately. Other than that, the condo was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.
